- This cozy yoga class is a deep stretch and is perfect for times when you don't feel like doing a lot. It's like a gentle hug while offering the body tension relief. This class can be practiced anytime of the day but surely makes a great bedtime yoga routine to help you sleep better at night. Be sue to have pillows or bolsters near by if you feel you may need them. Remember to always skip poses that don't feel good and come to something that feels best for you.

This was exactly what I needed today. For whatever reason, I stopped doing yoga for almost a week and my body was aching all over and I felt so stiff. I wonder if you could make a video for when we're bleeding. While I certainly feel sluggish today, there wasn't enough space in these poses for my tender womb. I stayed in shavasana most of the time, but I'm wondering what other poses might be nurturing when we're bleeding. You rock!
