I got it met, I'm grateful to have found you ever since I found you and Amy Dott I've seriously lost a lot of pounds like last time I checked I was in 260 something or just 250 at max. I've wait for a very long time. I was not taking care of myself but now I recently discovered and I hope I'm still at 235 pounds. I've lost over 20 or 15 pounds since I discover this. And it makes me realize it's small. It doesn't feel like much but it's helping me. I want to thank you for that.
The music is so sentimental for me. During each stretch I was reminiscing on my times in New York on a wet/cold day. It kinda reminds me of The Peanuts you know Charlie Brown theme songs. Love it.

I hope this isn't too long of a post, but I feel I have to share. I'm a pretty healthy person overall. I don't drink or smoke (I've been sober for a little over 4 years now). I eat a whoe food, plant-based diet and I run at least 5 miles a day. I even meditate on a daily basis. That being said, I've had high blood pressure most of my life. But, about a month ago, I decided to try yoga and I've been going through your videos first thing every morning. My blood pressure readings have dropped to normal levels for this first time in 20 years! Thank you for these videos and please keep putting them out!
