Charlie Adelson is charged with first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit first-degree murder and solicitation in relation to the 2014 murder-for-hire of FSU professor Dan Markel.

I especially loved the prosecutor's question "Was the murder of Dan Markel your Father's big birthday gift?" Wendi trying to act hurt and offended saying that was a horrible thing to say came off as so fake, plus its funny how she could remember what they ate at the party but couldn't remember anything else.

Nobody else benefited from this tragedy. In my personal opinion, she is probably a sociopath and has no remorse. No matter how bad the marriage and relationship was, no one should be murdered. For people like me (poor financially), we don’t have that mentality that we can buy anything or anyone; thus, sociopathy and wealth gives them that high of being invisible/untouchable which I hope the justice system proves wrong in this case, no one is above the law.

To me, it seemed like the most cunning was Charlie's girl friend. Charlie talked like a high profile mobster and the hitmen made so many mistakes there was no chance they were not getting caught. Rent a car, use of phones, posting to instagram, using Toll highways. I think the shear volume of evidence is what delayed this case so long. Figuring out the story was the biggest hurdle.
I hope the jury are paying attention to this man's smirking. I feel so sad for Mr Markel family witnessing such arrogance and disrespect. When the children get older, they will see for themselves the twisted family they are living in.

She only has partial immunity which is nothing in court can be used against her but any evidence or witnesses can be. And not giving an interview or be put on the stand doesn't mean your guilty so I think that's a poor example. But I do believe based on evidence and testimony they're definitely 100% guilty and deserves prison!!!
lol... When the state subpeonas someone, use and derivitive immunity is automatically given. The immunity applies and transfers to related prosecution charged at the federal, US District court level.

She is being too snarky and not even getting the point across of what she is asking. I’ve rewatched this several times. I think Georgia knows some stuff that she hasn’t laid out yet, just by the questions she’s asking and her response to Wendi’s answers on some of them.

Even if Wendi never goes down for this, I take solace in knowing that everybody knows she was involved. This is a perfect example of how some people are on completely different level: knowing the magnitude of the criminal court proceedings and while her brother is being accused of hiring a hitman, who killed her ex - Wendi’s laughing about banana bread. The manner and the note of how she handles herself is incredible and scary at the same time.
