I hope Katie gets penalized harshly for selfishly sitting in jail for years hiding information for people who could careless about her, and neglecting her kids for these people.
I think if Katie will tell the truth more likely her family will get hurt by Adelsons. Now Adelsons helps her kids with money for sure. And is so obvious Katie and Adelsons were involved.

She knew he was going to be leaving town that Friday morning for a trip to Tennessee. But he left a day early. It looks like she wanted him to take the blame, deflecting it from her mom and brother. She is a piece of work.
So get that money and an education!
Wendi was smart enough to keep her hands clean. Wendi didn't pay her baby daddy and his best friend to murder someone. It ain't about wealth, education or privilege. They simply don't have the goods on Wendi.

Wendi's testimony is she saw the crime tape & DID NOT go down Prescott .... another lie she told among the many ! Including lying to the Judge about spelling her nickname for her EX Jibbles because she had it in her phone spelled out but told the Judge she didn't know how to spell it ! Small lie but shows Wendi would lie about anything !

Beautiful Waterfall Could it be that the prosecution hopes one of these defendants will cooperate after they are found guilty. I thought it was interesting the prosecution had Wendi to testify that Charlie has a child. Must have upset the defendant as she was having an affair with him for quite a while.
They are NOT being charged because law enforcement screwed up thinking Katie was the liaison between that family and the contract killers. She is now stating in open court she believed the family IS behind the contract kill but she cant flip on them because she has no info to provide to flip on them. I cant see how everyone following this doesnt get it. IF she was involved she would have immunity and the family behind all this would be on trial.

Evidence: connecting her by phone, text or in person communicating with Charlie or katie, or killers or Donna, immediately before after killing.
If arrested, she must be tried soon, and if evidence is weak she may get away with it and cannot be tried again.
This line of questioning from defense about him not seeing a woman in the van is futile - Wendi admitted to driving there and turning around during her interrogation!
True. The two defense attorneys are just marking time asking foolish questions about Wendi's van that have no bearing whatsoever on their clients. Either they like the sound of their own voices or they like to be the center of attention. Ridiculous.
These male Defence lawyers are asking really weak questions, I don't see that they're making any real points to assist their client. And they're just getting scolded by the judge. They seem like a bunch of yahoos in suits.

IKR, especially after objecting to prevent the officer stating that he was told what Wendi's vehicle looked like. Then specifically asking questions around being told that exact same thing....

If I had been that cop I would have said I didn't stop her because I figured if it had been his ex she would have inquired what was going on. After all her kids were with him that morning.

He put a quick stop to the BS line of questioning by that defense attorney regarding the fingerprint witness.
Fitness center should install more cameras.
Why? It showed Dan going in and out, showed Rivera and Garcia driving around, Dan pulling out, and the 2 following him out. Idk of anything it missed except Garcia peed in the bushes somewhere

He drilled that officer forever, accusing him of making it look to the jury like wendi pulled up to the crime scene. Turns out it WAS her who came by and turned around.

Obviously two defendants couldn't have the same lawyer; that would be a conflict.
If the client has no objection to the same counsel and submits to the court no objection they certainly have the same lawyer. Happens all the time (the parents of the school shooter named Ethan had the same lawyers but cut ties mid case )

Reviewing this trial and i couldn't remember what is the significance of Sigfredo s fingerprint on the pawn form..anyone help?
Anyone..why is the fingerprint important. I missed this somewhere.
It proves that the defendant has touched the document providing his phone number to the pawnshop and further supports that it was a phone number used for his personal business, versus the defense trying to claim it was added after the fact by police or was unknown to him.
The defense attorney as well as the prosecution sound like they’re both trying to show guilt on Wendi’s part. Wendi’s not on trial here. Maybe that’s the problem. 🤷🏻♀️

I don’t think they knew at the time it was her car. She admits she drove by and saw police tape yet thought it was a tree that fell! The prosecution should have came down harder on her for that. Who drives by their house, sees police tape and thins it’s a tree fall?.
I’m watching this again after her last testimony recently. This had few views and many following the case don’t know about this.

He is the nicest, fairest judge I've ever seen.
Personal preference. They are equal. Judge evaluates the law. Jury evaluates the facts of the case.
This is not the only difference between court cases.
Everyone but the judge stands for the jury. The judge runs the courtroom. The jury are his guests. They answer to him. He instructs them.
