i’ve been doing this workout and her 10 min abs workout routine everyday for about a month now and i just want to say that IT WORKSSS!!! i had a pretty flabby stomach before and now it’s toned and i feel much more confident in my body. i didn’t change my diet that much, but i did include more veggies and fruits. GIRL U CAN DO THIS I BELIEVE IN U!!! KEEP ON GOING💖💖💖

every like equals a day i’ll be doing this. i’ll update!! since everyone is deciding to complain in the comments.... i decided to stop doing this workout after doing my research and talking to a personal trainer. constant ab workouts will just make you look boxy ( which are not the results i want ) because you are growing your oblique muscles which will make you look wider. instead of this i’ve been doing cardio, fat burning workouts, different ab exercises that are more beneficial and lifting. this workout will still tone you ( if you have a low body fat percentage) and help you lose weight ( because you are burning calories), but those are not the results i wanted so i switched my workout routine.
I’ve been doing this workout 2x right when i wake up to start my day, and the Chloe Ting hourglass workout at night after i run/walk a mile and GUYS, it’s been 4 days AND I CAN SEE ABS AND MY WAIST IS SHRINKING !

I’ve been doing this workout along with her 10 minute beach butt workout for the past month to month and a half and I’ve already lost a half inch on my waist and my butt is more shaped than ever before! Heyy in case anyone is reading this I just wanna say I've been training since forever, and working my abs without stretching my back and warming up has made it really hard for me to do an abs routine. I recommend that if you are trying this out to just do some waist twists and arch your back before. That way your back and waist won't be too sore and you'll work your abs with more efficency. Hey guys!!! So I’ve tried her workouts before they are SUPPPPER EFFECTIVE as I’m sure almost everyone agrees!!! I always go to the comments first though to hear and read about other people’s advice, and Im I’m going to do the workouts so might as well update you guys!!! Day 1: just finished the workout, really felt the burn excited!!! Obviously no change yet. Day 2: a little easier but I have to tap out sometimes because i can’t do it all in a row without stopping yet but super motivated. No Change yet. But I definite feel a change. Day 3: !!!! I almost did the entire thing without stopping, but I stopped once at the end. No huge significant change yet. But I definitely look more toned than before. My waist looks a little smaller! I’ll update you guys as I keeping doing it. I do it every morning and night !!! Update day 4: I’m not even kidding I took measurement of my waist 5 days ago and now. And there’s a difference of 2 in... I know that sounds ridiculous and in five days you can’t lose 2 inches but I’m not lying I don’t know how!!! It could just be though that’s when I took the original measurements I had just eaten a meal and now I just woke up!! But my waist looks smaller and tightened more!! I feel so much more confident

I love her! I started her workout last week and I’ve already noticed results! My body feels toner and my waist looks smaller. You can’t just workout though. Dieting is also important. I’m intermittent fasting and drink about 2-2.5 liters of waters a day. Consistency gets you a long way

Doing this workout with the other one in about 1 month (beginning at july), didn't do it everyday but i would say at least 3 times at week. I've begin with a 25,2 inches waist and now i have a 24,8 inches maybe it is not a huge change, but i like the satisfaction that i get after i finish a workout. Keep it up!

I’m going to try this starting from tomorrow for 30 days I’ll update you guys Day 1: pretty hard and I just got through it without pausing the video. No visible changes (I also did about 45mins of cardio) Day 2: was hurting a bit from yesterday so I had to pause the video twice. My abs do look a little more defined and my waist looks a LITTLE bit smaller (I also did about 1hr of cardio) Day 3: not hurting that much and found the workout a lot easier. No visible changes (no cardio today) Day 4: aching a little but found the workout pretty easy. Still no more visible changes (no cardio) Day 5: not really aching but I really didn’t feel like working out today but I still did it ! I added 2.5kg weights to the Russian twists. Still no visible changes but I do feel stronger (30 mins of cardio) Day 6: rest day Day 7: not feeling any different from day 5/6 and no more visible changes I will update you guys every week now

Jacinta Candiloro so i would do this one once a day and the other abs workout twice a day ,i do intermittent fasting (16-8) and i try to eat healthy buuuuut i have a sweet tooth (thank god i have a fast metabolism)
@@fernandagonzalezkinzel1061 if you want to get skinnier you have to be in a caloric deficit as well as doing this. If not it will just give you more definition and core strength
@@mariposamendoza169 doing this workout can’t change your anatomy so it won’t change your shape. But if you do this as well as being in a caloric deficit, you will get a smaller waist.
Idk if anyone cares but im going to do this for 2 weeks! I have a little fat on my stomach and some hip dips but my butt is pretty big i really want this to tone everything and give myself more of a figure. Day 1: i already feel my abs wanting to come out😂 im sweating a lot but it felt super good Day 2: its a little easier, still hard tho! Sweating a lot again but it feels even better after than yesterday. My arms feel way stronger, same with my back Day 3: damn this time it felt sooo good. Waist| 24” Day 1: okay it was so much harder then I remembered Day 2: sooo painful however it’s making me feel so much better mentally about my body knowing that there will be results in the outcome :))) Day 3: did the workout without stopping see a tiny bit more definition Day 4 & 5 I skipped I’ve definitely strained my abdominal I can’t move without them hurting I will try to do it though lmao I’ve missed out so many days of updating yet I’ve done the workout every day and I’m noticing a huge difference there is more definition in the middle and abs

Day 1: In pain for sure, the planks we re pretty hard and for some reason the left side crunch thing was harder than the right Day 2: Definitely harder today, had to take a few breaks Day 3: Ouch Day 4: For sure easier, obviously no difference yet but I can do everything but I just have to take a few breaks Day 5: Easier, no breaks. No differences yet Day 6: I've actually lost 2 pounds while doing this workout! I can tell a difference in my posture too. Day 7: One week in! no difference yet, workout is extremely easy now though but I really feel the burn Day 8: Felt the burn once again, I notice my stomach getting a little smaller, I have not weighed myself Day 9: Lost a pound. My stomach is getting a little smaller I've noticed Day 10: My stomach is for sure smaller, I can say that. If anyone is wondering I've been eating mostly proteins and fruit and veggies, it was a pretty hard change but Im getting used to it. Day 11: Crunches KILLED me for some reason. Hello you beautiful cinnamon sprinkled graham crackers! I started this excericise on 3/17/20 because of other videos recommending this! Before this, I've been using other an workouts (including leg ones not in this case) that did allow me to have a kind of hour glass figure, but no abs! 😖 So With great expectations I start this exercise! I will leave a daily chain of what I experience and am hopeful/ expecting to see progress & Improvement! I do this after I finish all my meals (with legs, arm, and cardio through the morning). 💮Day 1: Seemed kindof easy to which came to my surprise. I defintially felt my core being worked out more than my previous workouts and I felt inspired. I did have to drink a lot of water afterwords doe 😂 🌸Day 2: I was insanely sore from yesterday, I guess I wasn't used to it being this intense! Nevertheless, I felt this makes this workout actually more effective, at least to my body type..? Anyways I did it anyways in which I was almost dying at the end NGL! I hope as I progress through it will get easier or I will get more used to it. No progress seen yet but my stomach feels like steel after the workout! 😉 💮Day 3: The soreness wasn't as bad as it was yesterday but my allergies were pretty bad so I wasn't so enthusiastic doing the workout 😂! I prevailed and did it anyways but didn't see much of difference yet besides my hips and back hurting! 🌸 Day 4: I wasn't sore throughout the day which was a big reliever! Although still felt like a dying donkey during the workout! haven't seen a difference yet but then again nothing comes instantly! 😊 💮Day 5: Couldnt do my cardio today since I was visiting my Grampapas and was had a slight headache afterwards. I wasn't sore at all anymore though! No difference seen yet but atleast its getting easier I think! 🐣 🌸Day 6: Didnt hurt as much but still felt like it was really challenging my inner core and sides! I'm kinda excited because (I'm not tots sure), but I think my side profile tummy is looking more toned a bit! Will keep up tmr! 😙✌ 💮Day 7: First Week Complete! Thats a special milestone for me I guess! 😯! Today felt much easier and I think I might be bloating less, although I'm not sure if its from this workout! 🌸Day 8: My stomach was filled with drinks when I did this so it felt really juggy, but when I looked in the mirror I felt better about my tum! It ain't looking like no pro athlete pack but it is looking more toned! BTW the drink I was drinking was the Dunkin Donuts Limited Edition Mint Chocolate Coffee! It was so good & creamy and I really enojoyed it 10/10 💮Day 9: The workout seemed more stressful and hard today but I'm sure that was affected because I was bored & sad today. I might also be hallucinating but I think I can put my belt tighter today! 🙃 🌸Day 10: I'm starting to felt more confident on my tummie! It seems more toned and doesn't seem to bloat as obviously?? I'm so glad I found this workout 😁😄 💮Day 11: Before doing the workout I took a walk with my dog to retrieve a package so it kinda made the workout more exhausting and sweating! Still filled with courage tho and commuted 💪 🌸Day 12: Fairly easy today! I had a lot of protein today and let me tell you it def makes a difference! I'm no longer sore throughout the day, or tense only for a little bit after the workout! 💮Day 13: Almost on my second week and feeling achieved! I do believe I see two vertical lines starting to pop up 😊 🌸Day 14: Two weeks in and def confident! Hoping I will stay consistent with this amaz workout since its done so much wonders so far! 🐸 💮Day 15: I just realized this was the perfect time to start this exercises during quarantine (I have done dif ones before but none of them had similar effects). I'm going to have a glow up when this is all over 😂 🌸Day 16: I finally memorized the workout so I don't freak out every time the beep goes off! 😂 I can def see a difference in my tummie now! I have a wide rib cage, so its hard for me to get noticeable abs but the side profile looks really toned! Even in the front it looks slimmer! I had a great day today because I finally got the try the chai tea creme frappe! 10/10!! (I got it in the drive thru on Starbucks, no worries! 🤗 hope everyone is safe! 💮Day 18: I was in such a good mood today that this excerise seemed so easy febreezy! My bday orders are finally going in and I got a few today! ^

I will be updating this as I do the workout for a weeks :) like for support if u want day one (july 27): completed! this workout is short but intense, I can feel my abs burning in every exercise day two (july 28): completed! I'm sweating so much day three (july 29): completed! i see a bit of upper abs day four (july 30): completed! i took a 30 second break cause i walked for two hours today day five (july 31): completed! i can see abs above my belly button but not below my belly button area day six (august 1): completed! i can feels my abs burning for a while right after the workout day seven (august 2): completed! finially done! results: i can definitely clearly see upper abs when i look in the mirror, but there are no lower abs at all, i also see a thinner waistline when i look closely but you cant tell that much. I recommend doing this for more than a week to see more results! good luck guys!

I used to not be able to but I did Alexis's 10 minute ab workout several times a week for a few months and the Russian twists became as easy as pie. Seriously consistency is the key. I got to busy with work and now I only work out maybe twice a week and it's still pretty easy
I am now determined to do this workout and the ab workout everyday for two weeks. Maybe more This is day 1. I’ve already done the ab workout. Now is this one Day 2 - workouts complete plus Chloe tings slim thigh workout a which I’m doing every other day. The two ab workouts I am doing everyday for two weeks, day 8 is my rest day for the ab workouts though Day 3 - workout complete along with the ab one. I feel a little stronger than day 1 but only slightly. I’m still pushing my self to have a rest and pause the video every few exercises or when needed. I am also taking W breaks to drink water too Day 4 - my rest day Day 5 - workout felt so good. I found it slightly easier than the other days. Day 6 - workout done. It tired me out a little but I don’t take any breaks as I pushed my self Day 7 - workout complete. Some of theses exercises, you really feel the burn as they are back to back. Day 8 - Rest day Day 9 - workout complete, i felt the burn on all exercises. It felt so good to get it out the way. I find working out helps me get rid of stress and make me feel more confident in myself Day 10 - workout complete. It was intense but I pushed trough and completed it Day 11 - workout complete. It was not as bad as the other days as I can feel my core getting stronger with each passing day Day 12 - Rest Day Day 13 - workout felt good. It does make me sweat though as I push through it to copy the workout actually. Meaning I do not take breaks Day 14 - workout complete. Man doing this and the ab after each other has made me sweat a lot. It felt so good to do it Overall from doing this workout and the ab one everyday with rest days every 3 days. I have noticed I’m a lot slimmer and I can see definition forming. I’m doing this for another two weeks to see what the results are. Day 15 - workout complete. It felt so good to complete it. I’m glad I can see a little definition forming. I have never focused on my abs before and this and the ab workout are the first two. I hate my body and I wanna change it. Day 16 - Rest Day Day 17 - workout complete ✅. I love doing the workouts even though there are intense and make you sweat. I have never really worked on my stomach only when I wanted it flatter but this time I want definition. I can see definition forming and my tummy is a lot slimmer already. Day 18 - workout complete. Man this makes you sweat even though it’s only 5 minutes. There is no breaks and it really is intense. I have seen my stomach a a lot slimmer and definition is forming. Day 19 - workout complete ✅. Can not believe the results already. Little definition and a lot slimmer. I’m also drinking as much water as I can a day and cutting back on snacks after 8pm Day 20 - Rest Day Day 21 - workout complete ✅. I love working out. This workout with the ab has changed my body so much already. I’m also more contingent in my appearance. I have decided to my next rest day is day 27. This is because I am hoping to improve my results and definition by not having as many rests day as previously done. I also know by pushing my body to complete the workout for the few days, it means I can maximum the workout and get better results. I am hoping to by reducing my rest days, my results will be better. Day 22 - workout complete ✅. Wow even though it’s 5 minutes and it’s been 3 weeks , I still feel the burn on all exercises and it makes me sweat. I live the burn and cannot wait for the results form the two workouts . Day 23 - workout complete ✅ it is intense still 3 weeks in. I feel so good to get it done. I love the sweating and Gabriella and chloe are the only two people I have followed that have made me sweat and give me the results I wanted. Day 24 - workout complete ✅. Since doing this workout, I have noticed a massive change in my stomach area - it’s a lot slimmer and I can see definition starting to form, I have noticed I am not bloating as much either. I am drinking by 2-3 glasses of water a day so that may factor into it. Day 25 - workout complete ✅. Man this workout is intense for only being 5 minutes. I have noticed a change in my stomach as when I touch it I can feel the abs underneath. At least I think it’s abs. I don’t really know as I’ve never had abs or worked on it before. I do feel stringer in my core and definition is visible in the mirror. Maybe in a week or so I will see a lot more definition Day 26 - workout complete ✅. I feel the abs under a layer of skin, I also drink 2-3 glasses of water a day which I don’t mind drinking as it completely changed my skin and I am not bloating as much anymore. I am slimmer as well Day 27 - workout complete ✅. I have noticed my stomach is much slimmer since starting this challenge. I can see definition in the mirror. Not as much definition as I would like but it’s a start. I also feel stronger in my core too which is probably why I don’t need to take breaks during this workout and the ab workout. Day 28 - Rest Day Day 29 - workout complete ✅ wow I never realised how much rest days are important till I researched and found out they are just important as the workout. I have seen a huge difference from day 1 till now. It has helped me stay motivated, drink a ton of water (2-4 glasses a day, half a pint glasses) take rest days when my body tells me. I cannot wait to see the end result Day 30 - workout complete ✅. It feels so good to complete it and see a difference. I may take a while to reach my goal but I will definitely bring working out consistently and effectively Day 31 - workout complete ✅. I can feel the muscle under my skin which I have never felt before. Even if I don’t get much definition of this 36 day challenge I still think I’m improved a lot. For starters, my stomach is so much slimmer and I can feel the muscle under the skin. I feel more confident as well. I can also see a little definition here and there but not completely. I also think drinking the amount of water I do helps too. I have also started a 30 day flat ab challenge where you have 4 exercises and it increases each day. You also have drink a certain amount of glasses of water a day which is keeping my hydrated. I am currently on day 8 for that challenge. I also feel a lot stronger since day 1 in the stomach area which I think it helps coz I don’t need to takes breaks. I was originally take a rest day after each exercise and now I don’t need to Day 32 - workout complete ✅ I have to say this workout and the ab one has changed how I feel about my body. I’m a lot more confident and I’m so much slimmer. All I need now is the definition which I can see a little Day 33 - workout complete ✅ Day 34 - workout complete ✅. I really does work. I am a lot slimmer and I can feel my core getting stronger. I am little worried as when I do some of the workouts my joints or bones click and I can hear it and I’m not sure what that means Day 35 - workout complete ✅. Man for a 5 minute workout it is intense. It feels good though Day 36 - workout complete ✅. I can’t believe it’s been 36 days already. I will post my measurements later on. Results from 36 day challenge Waist after workout - 68 cm Left arm after workout - 25 cm Right arm after workout - 25 cm Hips after workout- 82 cm Overall, I have lost about 1.5-2 cm total of both my arms About 3-4 cm off my hips Waist I gained but 1 cm but I am doing a different workout that should get rid of a bit off my waist Overall I am quite pleased with the results, my stomach is also a lot slimmer than day 1 and I can see some definition. My stomach area feels strong too.

linç atmaya geldim i also drink 2-3 glasses of water a day to help. I have noticed a massive change and I now enjoy working out. My plan is to do this and the other for 35 or 36 days just to counteract the rest days I have taken. My stomach area is so much more slimmer and each day I notice more and more definition. The top part I think I actually have abs

hi! i started this workout 2 days ago and I will keep posted about the results! i am doing this one as well as her beach butt workout, inner thigh workout, and ab workout! i am doing a few other short ones from other youtubers as well. ok here we goo :)) Day 1: I did pretty good, pretty strong and pushed through :)
tried this for the first time today and how she keeps her legs up for the Russian twists is BEYOND me! I did her other workout for a month and I’m now doing someone else’s so if I keep doing this I’ll update. Day 1: like I said Russian twists were hard and that other one with the legs up. It was so short but I’m still sweating more than I expected lol Didn’t do it this day Day 2: did better on the v hold, still couldn’t keep my legs balanced for Russian twists for more than like 7 seconds lol Day 3: finished the v hold! Focusing on my breathing helped. Now gonna try to tackle those Russian twists Day 4: Russian twists are getting a lot better! Also I just love how short this is Day 5: actually starting to enjoy v-hold! Russian twists still need a 2 sec break but we’re getting there Day 6: pretty much the same * decided it would be smart to have days to let my muscles rest so I’ll now be doing this every other day and working out different areas on the other days Day 7: still getting there w Russian twists. Definitely noticing a little more definition Donated blood so I didn’t do this for two days (the day before was one of the off days) Day 8: dang just two days off slowed my Russian twists progress lol. But I focused on my breathing a lot today and it definitely helps so much. Also my stomach has been looking smaller for sure. Idk how long I intend on doing this btw probably just until I see the results I want or when it gets easy Day 9: same as usual still focusing on breathing Day 10: idk why the Russian twists are still so hard 😭 Day 11: decided to start doing this twice since it’s so short but I’m definitely slower the second time around Day 12: did some other workouts so I only did one circuit Day 13: only did one circuit cuz my stomach feels weird Day 14: one circuit today, haven’t noticed too much change in my stomach it kinda fluctuates but also my eating has been a lil off lately Day 15: one circuit cuz I’m doing some other workouts as well. Planks getting super easy Day 16: FINALLY got Russian twists down with no breaks Day 17: same as before Day 18: I’ve been forgetting to update but I still do this around 3 days a week! I’ve definitely noticed much more definition around my upper to mid ab area, I used to never have any muscles to flex there but now they show which is amazing! I still have a bit of lower belly tho but it has decreased a little (only kinda flat when I wake up in the morning). I don’t always do two circuits of this but I try to Day 19: so I’ve been slacking lately and I haven’t worked out for about two weeks :/. Sad I hindered my progress but glad I’m back on it :) Day 20: glad I’m back with consistency! When I hit day 30 I’ll probably move on to a different workout. this workout rocks. I started doing it in April and have been doing it a few times a week (a whole bunch when I first started it but then I got forgetful) but I lost an inch and that wasn't even my intention! great for upper abs and waist slimming. I started at 27" and surprisingly lost a whole inch to 26". I also do cardio & her butt workout so who knows if that helped too. highly recommend!

since everyone is deciding to complain in the comments.... i decided to stop doing this workout after doing my research and talking to a personal trainer. constant ab workouts will just make you look boxy ( which are not the results i want ) because you are growing your oblique muscles which will make you look wider. instead of this i’ve been doing cardio, fat burning workouts, different ab exercises that are more beneficial and lifting. this workout will still tone you ( if you have a low body fat percentage) and help you lose weight ( because you are burning calories), but those are not the results i wanted so i switched my workout routine.

Heyy in case anyone is reading this I just wanna say I've been training since forever, and working my abs without stretching my back and warming up has made it really hard for me to do an abs routine. I recommend that if you are trying this out to just do some waist twists and arch your back before. That way your back and waist won't be too sore and you'll work your abs with more efficency.

Hey guys!!! So I’ve tried her workouts before they are SUPPPPER EFFECTIVE as I’m sure almost everyone agrees!!! I always go to the comments first though to hear and read about other people’s advice, and Im I’m going to do the workouts so might as well update you guys!!!
Day 1: just finished the workout, really felt the burn excited!!! Obviously no change yet.
Day 2: a little easier but I have to tap out sometimes because i can’t do it all in a row without stopping yet but super motivated. No Change yet. But I definite feel a change.
Day 3: !!!! I almost did the entire thing without stopping, but I stopped once at the end. No huge significant change yet. But I definitely look more toned than before. My waist looks a little smaller! I’ll update you guys as I keeping doing it. I do it every morning and night !!!
Update day 4: I’m not even kidding I took measurement of my waist 5 days ago and now. And there’s a difference of 2 in... I know that sounds ridiculous and in five days you can’t lose 2 inches but I’m not lying I don’t know how!!! It could just be though that’s when I took the original measurements I had just eaten a meal and now I just woke up!! But my waist looks smaller and tightened more!! I feel so much more confident

I love her! I started her workout last week and I’ve already noticed results! My body feels toner and my waist looks smaller. You can’t just workout though. Dieting is also important. I’m intermittent fasting and drink about 2-2.5 liters of waters a day. Consistency gets you a long way

I've recently started to do both of her ab workouts and the 2 combined are just a killer! I can already tell that I'll get amazing results, I love it
Doing this workout with the other one in about 1 month (beginning at july), didn't do it everyday but i would say at least 3 times at week.
I've begin with a 25,2 inches waist and now i have a 24,8 inches maybe it is not a huge change, but i like the satisfaction that i get after i finish a workout.

Day 1: pretty hard and I just got through it without pausing the video. No visible changes (I also did about 45mins of cardio)
Day 2: was hurting a bit from yesterday so I had to pause the video twice. My abs do look a little more defined and my waist looks a LITTLE bit smaller (I also did about 1hr of cardio)
Day 3: not hurting that much and found the workout a lot easier. No visible changes (no cardio today)
Day 4: aching a little but found the workout pretty easy. Still no more visible changes (no cardio)
Day 5: not really aching but I really didn’t feel like working out today but I still did it ! I added 2.5kg weights to the Russian twists. Still no visible changes but I do feel stronger (30 mins of cardio)
Day 6: rest day
Day 7: not feeling any different from day 5/6 and no more visible changes

Jacinta Candiloro so i would do this one once a day and the other abs workout twice a day ,i do intermittent fasting (16-8) and i try to eat healthy buuuuut i have a sweet tooth (thank god i have a fast metabolism)

Day 1: In pain for sure, the planks we re pretty hard and for some reason the left side crunch thing was harder than the right

Day 6: I've actually lost 2 pounds while doing this workout! I can tell a difference in my posture too.

Hello you beautiful cinnamon sprinkled graham crackers! I started this excericise on 3/17/20 because of other videos recommending this! Before this, I've been using other an workouts (including leg ones not in this case) that did allow me to have a kind of hour glass figure, but no abs! 😖 So With great expectations I start this exercise! I will leave a daily chain of what I experience and am hopeful/ expecting to see progress & Improvement! I do this after I finish all my meals (with legs, arm, and cardio through the morning).
💮Day 1: Seemed kindof easy to which came to my surprise. I defintially felt my core being worked out more than my previous workouts and I felt inspired. I did have to drink a lot of water afterwords doe 😂
🌸Day 2: I was insanely sore from yesterday, I guess I wasn't used to it being this intense! Nevertheless, I felt this makes this workout actually more effective, at least to my body type..? Anyways I did it anyways in which I was almost dying at the end NGL! I hope as I progress through it will get easier or I will get more used to it. No progress seen yet but my stomach feels like steel after the workout! 😉
💮Day 3: The soreness wasn't as bad as it was yesterday but my allergies were pretty bad so I wasn't so enthusiastic doing the workout 😂! I prevailed and did it anyways but didn't see much of difference yet besides my hips and back hurting!
🌸 Day 4: I wasn't sore throughout the day which was a big reliever! Although still felt like a dying donkey during the workout! haven't seen a difference yet but then again nothing comes instantly! 😊
💮Day 5: Couldnt do my cardio today since I was visiting my Grampapas and was had a slight headache afterwards. I wasn't sore at all anymore though! No difference seen yet but atleast its getting easier I think! 🐣
🌸Day 6: Didnt hurt as much but still felt like it was really challenging my inner core and sides! I'm kinda excited because (I'm not tots sure), but I think my side profile tummy is looking more toned a bit! Will keep up tmr! 😙✌
💮Day 7: First Week Complete! Thats a special milestone for me I guess! 😯! Today felt much easier and I think I might be bloating less, although I'm not sure if its from this workout!
🌸Day 8: My stomach was filled with drinks when I did this so it felt really juggy, but when I looked in the mirror I felt better about my tum! It ain't looking like no pro athlete pack but it is looking more toned! BTW the drink I was drinking was the Dunkin Donuts Limited Edition Mint Chocolate Coffee! It was so good & creamy and I really enojoyed it 10/10
💮Day 9: The workout seemed more stressful and hard today but I'm sure that was affected because I was bored & sad today. I might also be hallucinating but I think I can put my belt tighter today! 🙃
🌸Day 10: I'm starting to felt more confident on my tummie! It seems more toned and doesn't seem to bloat as obviously?? I'm so glad I found this workout 😁😄
💮Day 11: Before doing the workout I took a walk with my dog to retrieve a package so it kinda made the workout more exhausting and sweating! Still filled with courage tho and commuted 💪
🌸Day 12: Fairly easy today! I had a lot of protein today and let me tell you it def makes a difference! I'm no longer sore throughout the day, or tense only for a little bit after the workout!
💮Day 13: Almost on my second week and feeling achieved! I do believe I see two vertical lines starting to pop up 😊
🌸Day 14: Two weeks in and def confident! Hoping I will stay consistent with this amaz workout since its done so much wonders so far! 🐸

🌸Day 16: I finally memorized the workout so I don't freak out every time the beep goes off! 😂 I can def see a difference in my tummie now! I have a wide rib cage, so its hard for me to get noticeable abs but the side profile looks really toned! Even in the front it looks slimmer! day one (july 27): completed! this workout is short but intense, I can feel my abs burning in every exercise
day two (july 28): completed! I'm sweating so much
day three (july 29): completed! i see a bit of upper abs
day four (july 30): completed! i took a 30 second break cause i walked for two hours today
day five (july 31): completed! i can see abs above my belly button but not below my belly button area
day six (august 1): completed! i can feels my abs burning for a while right after the workout
day seven (august 2): completed! finially done!
results: i can definitely clearly see upper abs when i look in the mirror, but there are no lower abs at all, i also see a thinner waistline when i look closely but you cant tell that much. I recommend doing this for more than a week to see more results! good luck guys!

I used to not be able to but I did Alexis's 10 minute ab workout several times a week for a few months and the Russian twists became as easy as pie. Seriously consistency is the key. I got to busy with work and now I only work out maybe twice a week and it's still pretty easy
I find her other ab workout to be much harder, this one is not too bad. Y’all can definitely do this 👏💪

This is day 1. I’ve already done the ab workout. Now is this one
Day 2 - workouts complete plus Chloe tings slim thigh workout a which I’m doing every other day. The two ab workouts I am doing everyday for two weeks, day 8 is my rest day for the ab workouts though
Day 3 - workout complete along with the ab one. I feel a little stronger than day 1 but only slightly. I’m still pushing my self to have a rest and pause the video every few exercises or when needed. I am also taking W breaks to drink water too
Day 4 - my rest day
Day 5 - workout felt so good. I found it slightly easier than the other days.
Day 6 - workout done. It tired me out a little but I don’t take any breaks as I pushed my self
Day 7 - workout complete. Some of theses exercises, you really feel the burn as they are back to back.
Day 8 - Rest day
Day 9 - workout complete, i felt the burn on all exercises. It felt so good to get it out the way. I find working out helps me get rid of stress and make me feel more confident in myself
Day 10 - workout complete. It was intense but I pushed trough and completed it
Day 11 - workout complete. It was not as bad as the other days as I can feel my core getting stronger with each passing day

Day 13 - workout felt good. It does make me sweat though as I push through it to copy the workout actually. Meaning I do not take breaks
Day 14 - workout complete. Man doing this and the ab after each other has made me sweat a lot. It felt so good to do it
Overall from doing this workout and the ab one everyday with rest days every 3 days. I have noticed I’m a lot slimmer and I can see definition forming. I’m doing this for another two weeks to see what the results are.
Day 15 - workout complete. It felt so good to complete it. I’m glad I can see a little definition forming. I have never focused on my abs before and this and the ab workout are the first two. I hate my body and I wanna change it.
Day 16 - Rest Day
Day 17 - workout complete ✅. I love doing the workouts even though there are intense and make you sweat. I have never really worked on my stomach only when I wanted it flatter but this time I want definition. I can see definition forming and my tummy is a lot slimmer
already.
Day 18 - workout complete. Man this makes you sweat even though it’s only 5 minutes. There is no breaks and it really is intense. I have seen my stomach a a lot slimmer and definition is forming.
Day 19 - workout complete ✅. Can not believe the results already. Little definition and a lot slimmer. I’m also drinking as much water as I can a day and cutting back on snacks after 8pm
Day 20 - Rest Day
Day 21 - workout complete ✅. I love working out. This workout with the ab has changed my body so much already. I’m also more contingent in my appearance. I have decided to my next rest day is day 27. This is because I am hoping to improve my results and definition by not having as many rests day as previously done. I also know by pushing my body to complete the workout for the few days, it means I can maximum the workout and get better results. I am hoping to by reducing my rest days, my results will be better.
Day 22 - workout complete ✅. Wow even though it’s 5 minutes and it’s been 3 weeks , I still feel the burn on all exercises and it makes me sweat. I live the burn and cannot wait for the results form the two workouts .
Day 23 - workout complete ✅ it is intense still 3 weeks in. I feel so good to get it done. I love the sweating and Gabriella and chloe are the only two people I have followed that have made me sweat and give me the results I wanted.
Day 24 - workout complete ✅. Since doing this workout, I have noticed a massive change in my stomach area - it’s a lot slimmer and I can see definition starting to form, I have noticed I am not bloating as much either. I am drinking by 2-3 glasses of water a day so that may factor into it.
Day 25 - workout complete ✅. Man this workout is intense for only being 5 minutes. I have noticed a change in my stomach as when I touch it I can feel the abs underneath. At least I think it’s abs. I don’t really know as I’ve never had abs or worked on it before. I do feel stringer in my core and definition is visible in the mirror. Maybe in a week or so I will see a lot more definition
Day 26 - workout complete ✅. I feel the abs under a layer of skin, I also drink 2-3 glasses of water a day which I don’t mind drinking as it completely changed my skin and I am not bloating as much anymore. I am slimmer as well
Day 27 - workout complete ✅. I have noticed my stomach is much slimmer since starting this challenge. I can see definition in the mirror. Not as much definition as I would like but it’s a start. I also feel stronger in my core too which is probably why I don’t need to take breaks during this workout and the ab workout.
Day 28 - Rest Day
Day 29 - workout complete ✅ wow I never realised how much rest days are important till I researched and found out they are just important as the workout. I have seen a huge difference from day 1 till now. It has helped me stay motivated, drink a ton of water (2-4 glasses a day, half a pint glasses) take rest days when my body tells me. I cannot wait to see the end result
Day 30 - workout complete ✅. It feels so good to complete it and see a difference. I may take a while to reach my goal but I will definitely bring working out consistently and effectively
Day 31 - workout complete ✅. I can feel the muscle under my skin which I have never felt before. Even if I don’t get much definition of this 36 day challenge I still think I’m improved a lot. For starters, my stomach is so much slimmer and I can feel the muscle under the skin. I feel more confident as well. I can also see a little definition here and there but not completely. I also think drinking the amount of water I do helps too. I have also started a 30 day flat ab challenge where you have 4 exercises and it increases each day. You also have drink a certain amount of glasses of water a day which is keeping my hydrated. I am currently on day 8 for that challenge. I also feel a lot stronger since day 1 in the stomach area which I think it helps coz I don’t need to takes breaks. I was originally take a rest day after each exercise and now I don’t need to
Day 32 - workout complete ✅ I have to say this workout and the ab one has changed how I feel about my body. I’m a lot more confident and I’m so much slimmer. All I need now is the definition which I can see a little

Day 34 - workout complete ✅. I really does work. I am a lot slimmer and I can feel my core getting stronger. I am little worried as when I do some of the workouts my joints or bones click and I can hear it and I’m not sure what that means

Overall I am quite pleased with the results, my stomach is also a lot slimmer than day 1 and I can see some definition. My stomach area feels strong too.

tried this for the first time today and how she keeps her legs up for the Russian twists is BEYOND me! I did her other workout for a month and I’m now doing someone else’s so if I keep doing this I’ll update.

this workout rocks. I started doing it in April and have been doing it a few times a week (a whole bunch when I first started it but then I got forgetful) but I lost an inch and that wasn't even my intention! great for upper abs and waist slimming. I started at 27" and surprisingly lost a whole inch to 26". I also do cardio & her butt workout so who knows if that helped too. highly recommend!

I feel like her workouts show better results than chloe’s . No hate on Chloe she’s doing a great job but alexis’ workout are harder on the core I feel . 🤷♀️💯✨
I feel the same way, I’ve been doing Chloes work out for two weeks now but literally a day ago I started Alexis’s 10 min ab workout and my core feels tighter. Might be going crazy but I feel like it definitely works better!! 😂
Yes! I actually did Alexis’s workouts before finding Chloe Tings and Cloe’s was a breeze because this one is so challenging!
YES- I was doing chloe's workout for 3 weeks and saw nothing but with this one within 5 days my abs were starting to appear!
Same I actually feel it burning, and it leaves me sore!
chloe's were effective for me at the beginning but after a while i wasn't feeling anything during abs workouts so im gonna try the other youtubers abs or another videos!
