Ok so I just did a 20 min ab and arm workout and was scrolling and found this and I was like why not? A quick little cool down workout. One of the hardest 5 min workouts ever.
Most effective workout I've ever done. After 6 months of doing it 4 days a week, my cellulite is gone, and butt rounder. It even pops out finally. (I should add that I used a booty band for all her workouts.) Thank you Bailey!

I must admit, I'm a big guy. I'm 38, 219 lbs and just large so I feel a bit silly doing glute work outs that are seemingly designed for women. However, I suffer from Scoliosis and degenerative disk disease in my lower back. That really has limited my glute work outs and thus atrophied set into my ass. Hahaha! These work outs are really helping so thank for your content. They've actually been a bit of a life changer. Thanks again, Bailey!

This is my "go to" butt workout for the last 3 months. My butt and legs looks so much better. For the first timers, it's better to do the first 3 exercises on one side. Then pause the video and do those same exercises on the other side. Once done, unpause the video and do the last 3 exercises on the original side you started with. Once done, pause the video and do the last 3 exercises on the other side. That's the only way I was able to get through all exercises and it still helped. Good luck 😉

If anyone feels discouraged. I've been doing this workout now for 4 months every second day. I've noticed a difference. It takes time. Also, it took me 3 months to be able to do the workout without taking 5 second mini breaks when doing each switch. Everyone does it at their own pace, so don't feel bad if it takes longer. Just keep pushing forward.
I'm thinking about creating a whatsapp group (only girls) for motivation and tips, healthy recipes and to keep pushing each other. At least because I need that haha. if someone wants to, just tell me!!

。。i stan too many groups Hey, so i’m 14 years old and i do roughly around 12 every day apart from sundays (i know it may seem a lot but they go really quick as they are only 5 minutes). the key to success is determination and having the right mindset. before i used to be like okay i’ll do it later and never do it but now i just see the goal i want to get and keep trying. you don’t have to do as many as i do obviously but just do what you feel comfortable doing. eventually you “begin to love the burn” as bailey says and you enjoy it more over time and it becomes easier the more you do it. (sorry for the long reply hahaha i just wanted to give you some tips)💓x

These workouts WORK. Like I started with a tiny butt, almost a pancake, did this and her other workouts 6 times a week, 5-10 minutes and now after only few weeks my butt is so much better. Like it exists and is nice and round instead of flat. AND ITS ONLY 5 MINUTES A DAY, so it's easier to stay motivated.

I did it on Mondays and Wednesday alone with two other of her workouts, the side glute one and the intense donkey kicks one. It made my but perky not smaller, like it just helped reduce that square look I had and keeps it nice and round.

love your positivity! for some reason though, whenever i am working out one side of my butt, the other leg feels like it’s about to fall off. i know it’s because all my weight is going on that leg, but for some reason i can’t fix that. if i were to fix it i would most likely fall. that leg gives me balance and support but it hurts so bad to lift the other leg up and do the work out. anyone else relate? loved the workout tho!
I've done this exercise about 10 times in the past 2 weeks. I can def see a difference, I'm shocked actually that juat this exercise alone produced a noticeable result. My balance is also much better. Really appreciate you sharing this workout!

@@zahraa9491 your right glute muscles are having to keep you stable as well as your abs. So they are working even while just being stationary.
These workouts WORK. Like I started with a tiny butt, almost a pancake, did this and her other workouts 6 times a week, 5-10 minutes and now after only few weeks my butt is so much better. Like it exists and is nice and round instead of flat. AND ITS ONLY 5 MINUTES A DAY, so it's easier to stay motivated.
How many weeks did you do it?

I did it on Mondays and Wednesday alone with two other of her workouts, the side glute one and the intense donkey kicks one. It made my but perky not smaller, like it just helped reduce that square look I had and keeps it nice and round.

I just want you to know that I’ve struggled with my butt shape and lines underneath my cheeks my whole life (only 25😅) but I’ve been doing this video for maybe coming up on a year and you have changed my life not exaggerating at all. How's it going? I've been doing this for almost 2 months almost every day and result are kind of slow but there is a difference.
love your positivity! for some reason though, whenever i am working out one side of my butt, the other leg feels like it’s about to fall off. i know it’s because all my weight is going on that leg, but for some reason i can’t fix that. if i were to fix it i would most likely fall. that leg gives me balance and support but it hurts so bad to lift the other leg up and do the work out. anyone else relate? loved the workout tho!

This exercise is a real butt burner I was exhausted after doing this because I also did DanceFitme & chair yoga I plan on sticking with this routine it’s going to be tough & challenging but I love taking chances & taking on challenges I am 63 years old at on3 ti e I weighed 308 pounds & then years later I went on Golo started at 206 & now I weigh 123 pounds my goal weight is 112 pounds I love this exercise & thanks for being on UA-cam & giving women like me a chance to look good again & even get a good booty
