    Ok so I just did a 20 min ab and arm workout and was scrolling and found this and I was like why not? A quick little cool down workout. One of the hardest 5 min workouts ever.

    Most effective workout I've ever done. After 6 months of doing it 4 days a week, my cellulite is gone, and butt rounder. It even pops out finally. (I should add that I used a booty band for all her workouts.) Thank you Bailey!

    One of the most effective workouts I've done in my life, I've done it only every 2 days during 2 weeks and I swear to god that my butt looks better and that my cellulite have decreased a loooot, thank you for all your 5 mins workout videos ☺️

    I must admit, I'm a big guy. I'm 38, 219 lbs and just large so I feel a bit silly doing glute work outs that are seemingly designed for women. However, I suffer from Scoliosis and degenerative disk disease in my lower back. That really has limited my glute work outs and thus atrophied set into my ass. Hahaha! These work outs are really helping so thank for your content. They've actually been a bit of a life changer. Thanks again, Bailey!

    This is my "go to" butt workout for the last 3 months. My butt and legs looks so much better. For the first timers, it's better to do the first 3 exercises on one side. Then pause the video and do those same exercises on the other side. Once done, unpause the video and do the last 3 exercises on the original side you started with. Once done, pause the video and do the last 3 exercises on the other side. That's the only way I was able to get through all exercises and it still helped. Good luck 😉

    If anyone feels discouraged. I've been doing this workout now for 4 months every second day. I've noticed a difference. It takes time. Also, it took me 3 months to be able to do the workout without taking 5 second mini breaks when doing each switch. Everyone does it at their own pace, so don't feel bad if it takes longer. Just keep pushing forward.

    I’ve been doing this workout for about 15 days now and the results are AMAZING!
    At first, I couldn’t do it all at the same time I needed to take lots of breaks but day after day I was capable of doing it with her with a 30 break between each leg

      。。i stan too many groups Hey, so i’m 14 years old and i do roughly around 12 every day apart from sundays (i know it may seem a lot but they go really quick as they are only 5 minutes). the key to success is determination and having the right mindset. before i used to be like okay i’ll do it later and never do it but now i just see the goal i want to get and keep trying. you don’t have to do as many as i do obviously but just do what you feel comfortable doing. eventually you “begin to love the burn” as bailey says and you enjoy it more over time and it becomes easier the more you do it. (sorry for the long reply hahaha i just wanted to give you some tips)💓x

    I have been doing this 4-5 times a week for 14 weeks and I absolutely see a big difference!! Cellulite GONE. Everything is tighter and perkier. I added in resistance bands (light and medium) each time it started to get too easy.

    These workouts WORK. Like I started with a tiny butt, almost a pancake, did this and her other workouts 6 times a week, 5-10 minutes and now after only few weeks my butt is so much better. Like it exists and is nice and round instead of flat. AND ITS ONLY 5 MINUTES A DAY, so it's easier to stay motivated.

      I did it on Mondays and Wednesday alone with two other of her workouts, the side glute one and the intense donkey kicks one. It made my but perky not smaller, like it just helped reduce that square look I had and keeps it nice and round.

    I’m finally getting back into these workouts after an 8 month break, and it has definitely helped! I also recommend the thigh workouts and the ab ones, definitely seeing results and the burns make me feel so good! Worth it!

    I’ve never seen so good results I try doing this workout every night, but sometimes I also skipped it( if my depression was kicking too hard) but this is the reminder. It’s okay and you can do it. Keep on fighting guys ❤

    i am a dancer and your workouts really target and work the things i need ! i have been doing chloe ting for about a month and have seen no difference and even after a 40 minuets workout i still wouldn’t feel anything. saw a tiktok that said how good you were and decided to check this out.     love your positivity! for some reason though, whenever i am working out one side of my butt, the other leg feels like it’s about to fall off. i know it’s because all my weight is going on that leg, but for some reason i can’t fix that. if i were to fix it i would most likely fall. that leg gives me balance and support but it hurts so bad to lift the other leg up and do the work out. anyone else relate? loved the workout tho!

    This is not playing around!!! added this to the end of another workout and I am so glad I did!! I have really bad hips so finding some things that don't require jumps to strengthen my legs and booty is pretty hard so I am so thankful for you Bailey!!!     This exercise is a real butt burner I was exhausted after doing this because I also did DanceFitme & chair yoga I plan on sticking with this routine it’s going to be tough & challenging but I love taking chances & taking on challenges I am 63 years old at on3 ti e I weighed 308 pounds & then years later I went on Golo started at 206 & now I weigh 123 pounds my goal weight is 112 pounds I love this exercise & thanks for being on UA-cam & giving women like me a chance to look good again & even get a good booty

    It is only 5 minutes but I could see results in a week. Since it is a bit hard I sometimes pause in beetween, but even with short breaks I saw results! Thank you soo much!
