@@damayantitankha5916 yes, you'll need to eventually introduce weights if you're looking to seriously bulk up. I use weights on my ankles during the second half, and hold a weight for the first. The big thing is consistency. And listen to your body, you probably shouldn't do it every day. I feel stronger, my sleep schedule is better and I've found a new found appreciation for taking care of my self. I've even started adding cardio during this lockdown. I never thought I'd say that lmao.

@@nicole9508 I did at the beginning but I don't recommend it. You don't want to overdo it because you'll cause yourself strain and injury, and overextending your muscles will impede their growth! Also, make sure you're stretching before, you really don't wanna end up with long term pain for a big booty!
for anyone wondering, i've been doing this workout 3-4 times a week for a month (along with cardio) and i've definitely seen results!! my bestfriend even commented that she noticed my butt get bigger. Around 2-3 week mark I added weights and started using resistance bands since the workout was getting too easy. I recommend CONSISTENTLY doing this workout to anyone reading this!

If you are wondering if this does really work, the answer is absolutely yes. I've been doing it since last week, initially I had to stop the video every 2 minutes (I'm such a lazy person), now I don't stop it at all! I'm not looking for a bigger butt, but just more toned and I have to admit that I'm already seeing results! ((Even my cellulite is reducing))

Karen Carhuas running or jumping rope might be the best options to lose some leg weight! if u don’t like aerobics tho, u can try some of chloe ting’s lower body workouts, they’re reallyyy effective and some of my favorites. not sure if that’s what u want to fix, but alexis has a great workout for inner thighs too :)
Just a reminder for all the young people here: PLEASE remember that food is fuel for your body and that it is a necessity to keep you strong and healthy. Please keep in mind to never equate your worth with your food intake or the amount you are exercising. Take a moment to stop and reflect and remember why you are working out. Yeah this will definitely help with legs. However she is naturally slim so training legs with make her more toned. What she does may not work for you unless you're the same build. There's heaps of leg workouts online and UA-cam you could try
Shabnam Sarfaraz to grow the glutes you need to be progressing each session, whether that is increasing reps, sets or importantly your weight. However if you don't want to increase the size of your thighs you don't want to be increasing the weight. Unfortunately this means you're limited on exercises you can do if you don't want to grow your thighs any more but you want to still grow your glutes. Some moves I recommend are barbell glute bridges, pull-throughs, kettle bell swings, single leg elevated hip thrusts and hip abductions. Don't completely neglect squats, lunges and other moves though, you can always do different variations to activate your glutes more than the thighs/hamstrings. This workout video will be good too because it doesn't have resistance and its high rep, meaning you won't really grow your thighs but you won't be increasing your glute size either. I hope this helped you figure out how you want to train. There are UA-cam videos that show how to avoid hitting your quads/hamstrings so maybe check those out.

I'm a guy in the military. My wife was doing this workout and had to pause it 4 times. I was making fun of her and she challenged me to do this with no breaks. I did it... made me get decently sweaty too, kept the heart rate nice and high, and I'm sore after... I told her it was easy... I'll never admit (to her) that it was actually pretty challenging.

Hi! I did this with the ab challenge 🤙 Day 1: my legs are shaking 😭 I didn't finish the latter parts of the ab workout, I had no strength left. Hope it will get better tomorrow 🙏 Day 2: my legs are hurting SOOOOO BADD 😭 BUT!!! I did ALL of it! Though my form is not the best, still! I hope we make it through, fam! 💕 Day 3: the ab workout is getting easy! But my legs really get wobbly with the butt workout 😭 question: is exercising really supposed to be hurtful? I'm--- 😭 Day 4: WOW. I, for once, didn't cry out in pain. I gritted my teeth in some workouts but all in all, I'm better at this. There's no visible change in my physique yet, but my legs are not sore anymore! Wopee! 💕 Keep at it! Day 5: I can't believe I pushed through! One thing I've noticed is that my posture is actually better now. I almost skipped today because I have my period, but that's one benefit of this exercise. Ok I’m giving y’all feedback, I did this every other day for 2 months (adding weights and resistance bands later in the 2 months) and I saw dramatic results. Tips for getting results is 1. Stay consistent 2. Add weights when you hardly start to feel anything anymore 3. PROTEINS PROTEINS PROTEINS GIRL 4. Drink plenty of water sis 5. I liked to change up the order sometimes (idk if it helps but I got results sooo) this is what I did and I got pretty thiccc lemme tell you😂 but it depends on your body, just giving some advice on what I did

I did this workout combined with one of Chloe Ting’s Ab workouts and I’ve actually seen pretty good results! I’ve been doing this for about a month and a half ish, and I did measurements for before and after. Before, my hips/ butt were at 36, and they’re now at 37. I did this workout every other day, and tried my best to eat well. This workout has gotten too easy though so I’m going to start adding weights and resistance bands in order to keep getting results.

When I first started I wasn’t able to get through the workout without pausing it A LOT but now I get through it much easier so it definitely improved my core strength and my stomach is definitely more defined. I’d say do it every two days for a month and you’ll notice the difference 😊
ThAllyz :3 I've also been doing it on and off since she uploaded the ab video, maybe about 3-4 times a week. I have noticed more definition in my stomach however you need low stomach fat to be able to see abs. Which means if you don't, try adding HIIT or some form of cardio into your workout routine. You'll see small changes at the beginning because that always happens when you start something new, however after awhile you'll have to switch it up because your stomach muscles will get used to it

Okay so if you're here for a better butt... As someone who's been working out and stuff for a little over six months and having been in your shoes pretty recently. I say do this every day just to get in the habit of working out. Once you get in the habit of it and find a routine and that you like working out, then I recommend doing booty workouts every two-three days for best results with longer workout time. Like try working out 20 minutes every other day and then 30 minutes every two days for best results. Also take into consideration that this is my body so it's a little different for everyone. I was naturally around 120lbs at 5'3 without working out and a size 3 in jeans. After working out for a few months and some intermittent fasting, not really any diet on certain foods, I dropped to a size 0. I did start doing other excersizes in between booty day like arm day and back day but sometimes I would slack. Since I started working out, I've gained a lot of confidence in myself. I was bullied all throughout my childhood so my self esteem has always been low. Salma El Medkouri i wouldnt worry about it too much, everyones body is different! but since i was doing this workout every day i started switching it up because it became a little repetitive so now i do it only 4 days a week and do other ab workouts on the other days. i recommend madfit and gabriella whited ones!
RESULTS!! (doing once a day for 2 weeks) Day 1: pretty hard. had to take a couple of breaks for water and to catch my breath. overall not bad and will update tomorrow!! Day 2: still hard and i am soreee. didnt take as many breaks this time. still shaky while doing some exercises but thats what i expected lol. my eyes might be deceiving me but i feel like i already see results (i just dont feel like you can get them that fast) Day 3: still veryy hard and i am also very sore. definitely enjoying this workout and get a good sweat from it. i feel good when finishing and my legs are also wobbily/shakey lol. Day 4: just finished and legs arent anywhere near as shaky once i finished. also not sore today and only took one break while doing it! im honestly starting to see results from this. my butt is more lifted and full! so far definitely recommend this workout!! So I am doing her ab workout and leg workout for 30 days. I will try and keep updated 5'1 100 lbs day 1: it is a start, the abs were rough. I had to stop multiple times in the leg workout day 2: The ab workout was sooo hard because I was literally so sore. The leg workout hurt really bad but I got through it the pulses were horrible though. so far no results. day 3: the ab workout was really tough considering i am so so sore. so far i can tell my stomach looks thinner, i'm just waiting for the abs lol. the leg workout felt easier. I can tell my but and legs are getting stronger. day 4: I am staring to feel a lot stronger. I'm still waiting for the abs but you just have to be patient. day 5: wow the abs felt easier surprisingly. The legs are still really tough. the leg pulses are the worst. this workout makes my legs shake!!! day 6: The legs were easier except the pulses! abs are getting stronger day 7: I missed a day so I will make it up in the end but it's my birthday today. I can tell i'm getting a lot stronger

Hey there!! I’m gonna do this together with her abs workout for a month and give you guys an update. Waist: 28inches Butt: 36inches Day 1: after a month of not working out i was literally shaking while doing some of it lol. I did the abs with no break but during the butt workout i took a min break in between esp with the pulses which was so painful 🤣 Day 2: done! I really hate those pulses 🤣 My abs and butt is so soreeee. Day 3: skipped sorry! Day 4: exercises were getting quite easier Day 5: done! I measured my waist this morning and it went on 27 inches, lost an inch yeyy! Day 6: skipped injured my neck! :( Day 7: skipped, i still had a lot of strained veins in my neck looool Day 8: done with chloe tings abs workout I measured my butt and it kind of grew half an inch not sure if i did it correctly 😂 Day 9: done (Edit: ok i’m gonna stop doing her abs workout bcoz i injured my neck due to the workout which requires a lot of lifting of the neck and upper body lol. Instead i’m gonna switch to chloe tings 2 weeks abs workout but still gonna do this alexis butt workout so stay tuned!!)
okay so I started this when you shared it, doing it like 4 times a week. At first,my butt was so soft, without muscle and full of cellulitis... now is stronger, with muscle, few cellulitis and I’m feeling better with my body❤️ thank you so much for sharing this with us, love you x and it really works !!!!
Chloe McMillan Definitely have, I’ve been doing it for 2 months I’d say, and in the very beginning I was always sorry and I’d give up, and I was only able to do some of the exercises featured in it. But after several tries it got easier for me. I’d say I’ve been able to properly perform the entire workout since the last 3 weeks or so, and my ab muscles have definitely become more defined, it hurts a bit less every time and I’ve lost a few inches of my waistline. Overall its a great workout that I recommend 👍🏼
Day 1: I did this after going on a 2.5 mile run and doing an inner thigh workout so I am dripping sweat omfg. The squat pulses are so much more difficult than I remember but overall I really enjoyed this workout!
Day 7: Can’t believe I’ve been working out for a week straight omg. I lost 2 pounds without any dieting and my muscles are so much more toned and defined.

I’m like chubby skinny, a lil chubby around the tummy but skinny legs, and after a week of doing this I am seeing such good results and along w the ten min abs workout and a strict diet. I’ll see how my progress is in another week!
So fast forward 8months- go buy a foam roller!! This will save your life! I did this workout combined with her ab workout and I saw results!! My abs was a big difference! And my booty was a bit slower but that’s because my bum was originally non-existent! I stopped this workout after a month as I got my tonsils out and due to lockdown I have just got back into it- I have also been drinking 2ls of water and green smoothies and lemme day...my abs have come back! Booty is still a work in progress though....
This is the first workout I’ve done that has actually helped my cellulite. It’s always been my biggest insecurity but nothing I had done had ever worked, but I’ve only been doing this for a few days and I’ve already noticed it helping. The donkey pulses really feel like they’re the key tbh

Yeah this will definitely help with legs. However she is naturally slim so training legs with make her more toned. What she does may not work for you unless you're the same build. There's heaps of leg workouts online and UA-cam you could try
Cait Hill i’ve been doing these workouts but i have naturally thick thighs so should i look up leg workouts suited for that?
Shabnam Sarfaraz to grow the glutes you need to be progressing each session, whether that is increasing reps, sets or importantly your weight. However if you don't want to increase the size of your thighs you don't want to be increasing the weight. Unfortunately this means you're limited on exercises you can do if you don't want to grow your thighs any more but you want to still grow your glutes. Some moves I recommend are barbell glute bridges, pull-throughs, kettle bell swings, single leg elevated hip thrusts and hip abductions. Don't completely neglect squats, lunges and other moves though, you can always do different variations to activate your glutes more than the thighs/hamstrings.
This workout video will be good too because it doesn't have resistance and its high rep, meaning you won't really grow your thighs but you won't be increasing your glute size either.
I hope this helped you figure out how you want to train. There are UA-cam videos that show how to avoid hitting your quads/hamstrings so maybe check those out.

I'm a guy in the military. My wife was doing this workout and had to pause it 4 times. I was making fun of her and she challenged me to do this with no breaks. I did it... made me get decently sweaty too, kept the heart rate nice and high, and I'm sore after... I told her it was easy... I'll never admit (to her) that it was actually pretty challenging.

Ok I’m giving y’all feedback, I did this every other day for 2 months (adding weights and resistance bands later in the 2 months) and I saw dramatic results. Tips for getting results is
1. Stay consistent
2. Add weights when you hardly start to feel anything anymore
3. PROTEINS PROTEINS PROTEINS GIRL
4. Drink plenty of water sis
5. I liked to change up the order sometimes (idk if it helps but I got results sooo)

I did this workout combined with one of Chloe Ting’s Ab workouts and I’ve actually seen pretty good results! I’ve been doing this for about a month and a half ish, and I did measurements for before and after. Before, my hips/ butt were at 36, and they’re now at 37. I did this workout every other day, and tried my best to eat well. This workout has gotten too easy though so I’m going to start adding weights and resistance bands in order to keep getting results.

When I first started I wasn’t able to get through the workout without pausing it A LOT but now I get through it much easier so it definitely improved my core strength and my stomach is definitely more defined. I’d say do it every two days for a month and you’ll notice the difference 😊
ThAllyz :3 I've also been doing it on and off since she uploaded the ab video, maybe about 3-4 times a week. I have noticed more definition in my stomach however you need low stomach fat to be able to see abs. Which means if you don't, try adding HIIT or some form of cardio into your workout routine. You'll see small changes at the beginning because that always happens when you start something new, however after awhile you'll have to switch it up because your stomach muscles will get used to it
Also this workout will target your legs a lot, even if it says booty workout, it will be working your calves, quads, hamstrings

Okay so if you're here for a better butt... As someone who's been working out and stuff for a little over six months and having been in your shoes pretty recently. I say do this every day just to get in the habit of working out. Once you get in the habit of it and find a routine and that you like working out, then I recommend doing booty workouts every two-three days for best results with longer workout time. Like try working out 20 minutes every other day and then 30 minutes every two days for best results.
Also take into consideration that this is my body so it's a little different for everyone. I was naturally around 120lbs at 5'3 without working out and a size 3 in jeans.
After working out for a few months and some intermittent fasting, not really any diet on certain foods, I dropped to a size 0. I did start doing other excersizes in between booty day like arm day and back day but sometimes I would slack.
Since I started working out, I've gained a lot of confidence in myself. I was bullied all throughout my childhood so my self esteem has always been low.

I’ve been doing this and her 10 minute ab workout , everyday and I’ve lost about 5 pounds in 2-3 weeks

Salma El Medkouri i wouldnt worry about it too much, everyones body is different! but since i was doing this workout every day i started switching it up because it became a little repetitive so now i do it only 4 days a week and do other ab workouts on the other days. i recommend madfit and gabriella whited ones!
Why are there so many ads???? Can’t you just put them at the start and end??? It makes it hard during the tough parts of the workout.
RESULTS!! (doing once a day for 2 weeks)
Day 1: pretty hard. had to take a couple of breaks for water and to catch my breath. overall not bad and will update tomorrow!!
Day 2: still hard and i am soreee. didnt take as many breaks this time. still shaky while doing some exercises but thats what i expected lol. my eyes might be deceiving me but i feel like i already see results (i just dont feel like you can get them that fast)
Day 3: still veryy hard and i am also very sore. definitely enjoying this workout and get a good sweat from it. i feel good when finishing and my legs are also wobbily/shakey lol.
Day 4: just finished and legs arent anywhere near as shaky once i finished. also not sore today and only took one break while doing it! im honestly starting to see results from this. my butt is more lifted and full! so far definitely recommend this workout!!

if my stomach can’t get slimmer atleast my butt can get thicker right? 🤩 im hoping i’ll have the motivation to do this workout starting monday:) i’ll try to update but i’ll probably forget
day 1: i wanted to do this workout in the morning but i got tired and took a nap woke up at 12pm the exercises were a bit hard but not imposible one problem i did have tho is that whenever i did a pulse exercise i would get cramps on the leg that would be resting(i don’t know if i explained myself) i also decided to eat a healthy breakfast every morning and to cut down soda i’ll keep y’all updated :)
day 2: i couldn’t do the workout at 12pm because i was taking care of my neighbors kids so i ended up doing it around 5:30pm it’s still pretty easy for me except i was pretty sore from yesterday and i can’t walk properly or bend down properly i also still get a few cramps here and there and some of the exercises i still can’t do right but i’m feeling great so far i don’t think there’s any progress tho but i haven’t drunk any soda and whenever i eat a sweet i make sure to drink cold water after :)
day 3: i was super busy today so i ended up doing the exercises at 6pm but i’m very proud of myself because before i used to take up to an hour to finish but today i finished in half a hour the exercises seem to be getting easier even tho i’m still a bit sore from the past 2 days i don’t think there’s any results but i hope soon their will be😌 also everyday after a workout i take a picture in my underwear so i can compare after😂
day 4: i did the workout around 4pm today! i don’t feel sore anymore and i don’t get anymore cramps so that’s really good! the exercises are way easier than before i still feel like i don’t do some right tho😂 oouuu also i see a bit of progress on my butt🤪👀👀 this is going to inspire me even more to just keep going until i’m satisfied with my butt:)
day 5: sooo nun much to say the exercises have been getting wayyyy easier well some of them😂 but i still see the same progress as yesterday :) i’m very inspired to keep going! i’ll update tomorrow
day 6: i keep updating y’all late my bad😭😭 buttt the workout is still pretty easy i can do most of them without such a long break i might add in bands starting next monday i also still feel the same with my butt but i’ve been sooo great about myself:)
day 7: soo i have decided that i will take sundays off as rest days since my parents don’t work on sunday’s and i can spend time with them but anyways the workout is still really easy i forgot to add bands in tho😭😂but i have been noticing a few changes in my body i still have stomach but i don’t focus on it a lot now which is really good for me:) whenever i put on jeans, shorts or even sweatpants i notice a huge difference on my butt like i actually have a nice butt🤩🤩 i cant wait until the end i might do this for a whole month😋
So I am doing her ab workout and leg workout for 30 days. I will try and keep updated 5'1 100 lbs
day 1: it is a start, the abs were rough. I had to stop multiple times in the leg workout
day 2: The ab workout was sooo hard because I was literally so sore. The leg workout hurt really bad but I got through it the pulses were horrible though. so far no results.
day 3: the ab workout was really tough considering i am so so sore. so far i can tell my stomach looks thinner, i'm just waiting for the abs lol. the leg workout felt easier. I can tell my but and legs are getting stronger.
day 4: I am staring to feel a lot stronger. I'm still waiting for the abs but you just have to be patient.
day 5: wow the abs felt easier surprisingly. The legs are still really tough. the leg pulses are the worst. this workout makes my legs shake!!!
day 6: The legs were easier except the pulses! abs are getting stronger
day 7: I missed a day so I will make it up in the end but it's my birthday today. I can tell i'm getting a lot stronger

Hey there!! I’m gonna do this together with her abs workout for a month and give you guys an update.
Waist: 28inches Butt: 36inches
Day 1: after a month of not working out i was literally shaking while doing some of it lol. I did the abs with no break but during the butt workout i took a min break in between esp with the pulses which was so painful 🤣
Day 2: done! I really hate those pulses 🤣 My abs and butt is so soreeee.
Day 3: skipped sorry!
Day 4: exercises were getting quite easier
Day 5: done! I measured my waist this morning and it went on 27 inches, lost an inch yeyy!
Day 6: skipped injured my neck! :(
Day 7: skipped, i still had a lot of strained veins in my neck looool
Day 8: done with chloe tings abs workout
I measured my butt and it kind of grew half an inch not sure if i did it correctly 😂
Day 9: done
(Edit: ok i’m gonna stop doing her abs workout bcoz i injured my neck due to the workout which requires a lot of lifting of the neck and upper body lol. Instead i’m gonna switch to chloe tings 2 weeks abs workout but still gonna do this alexis butt workout so stay tuned!!)

okay so I started this when you shared it, doing it like 4 times a week. At first,my butt was so soft, without muscle and full of cellulitis... now is stronger, with muscle, few cellulitis and I’m feeling better with my body❤️ thank you so much for sharing this with us, love you x and it really works !!!!

Chloe McMillan Definitely have, I’ve been doing it for 2 months I’d say, and in the very beginning I was always sorry and I’d give up, and I was only able to do some of the exercises featured in it. But after several tries it got easier for me. I’d say I’ve been able to properly perform the entire workout since the last 3 weeks or so, and my ab muscles have definitely become more defined, it hurts a bit less every time and I’ve lost a few inches of my waistline. Overall its a great workout that I recommend 👍🏼

Used to do this workout regularly and recently rediscovered this! I’m going to do it for the next thirty days and update with my results.
Day 1: I did this after going on a 2.5 mile run and doing an inner thigh workout so I am dripping sweat omfg. The squat pulses are so much more difficult than I remember but overall I really enjoyed this workout!
Day 7: Can’t believe I’ve been working out for a week straight omg. I lost 2 pounds without any dieting and my muscles are so much more toned and defined.

ninki minjaj This is probably not what you want to hear but I did this along with a one mile run, her ab workout, and an inner thigh gap workout every day and unfortunately didn’t notice many differences. My muscles are more toned, but no weight loss :(

So fast forward 8months- go buy a foam roller!! This will save your life! I did this workout combined with her ab workout and I saw results!! My abs was a big difference! And my booty was a bit slower but that’s because my bum was originally non-existent! I stopped this workout after a month as I got my tonsils out and due to lockdown I have just got back into it- I have also been drinking 2ls of water and green smoothies and lemme day...my abs have come back! Booty is still a work in progress though....

This is the first workout I’ve done that has actually helped my cellulite. It’s always been my biggest insecurity but nothing I had done had ever worked, but I’ve only been doing this for a few days and I’ve already noticed it helping. The donkey pulses really feel like they’re the key tbh
