- I get bombarded with questions on doing push ups daily even when i made a dedicated video for it. i'll link it below. Today, i discuss a push up routine you can follow that will help you build your chest, shoulder and triceps. not just muscle, if you challenge yourself you will definitely make good upperbody pushing strength and endurance. i provide the full breakdown of the sets, reps, rest intervals and tempos you need to follow.
The 5 push up variations we perform are
1. Pseudo planche push up 0:39
2. Archer push up 1:02
3. Pike push up ( i call it the pike press but some call it a pike push up which it technically is ) 1:31
4. Close grip push up 1:56
5. reverse grip incline push ups 2:52
