None of these helped at all.
Try this! I just tried it & it worked.I tried EVERYTHING else & it did NOT work. Leaving your phone on data is NOT a solution.
THIS is what fixed it on my Samsung:
***** Opened "settings" icon and then clicked on "connections" opened my home wifi connected which I was connected to under current network. There is a little "gear wheel" to the right of my named connection, pressed it to open another "settings" page for my conection . On the bottom of this page is an "Advanced" tab. OPEN IT ! There is a setting called "Metered network" Mine was originally set ( probably from the factory) as "Treat as metered". Open that tab and set it to "Treat as unmetered" , Save and exit !! PROBLEM SOLVED !! Texts ANYTHING now INSTANTLY !!! LOVE this phone ! Was going to hate to have to return it because of the texting issue !****

After many days going through videos and checking everying, sending an error report to samsung and three calls to virgin mobile I finally got a Tek support woman who added a feature and told me to power cycle after our call ended. I asked what it was called just in case. Its called "BETA PROVISIONING" AND IT WORKED.

A tried but am not that good with phones plus some of the settings where different don't no if my phone is to old 😂but al got to were a bought it from they always have time to help out and fix for free lol well they need to am a good customer thanks anyway tryed my best 👌 some good info 👌

I really don’t like when some errors pop up on Samsung phones telling you you can’t download this or can’t download that and I really hate how some settings get turned on which some you don’t need but they always get turned on after each Nasan android update. Thank you for this video the very first step helps, my mom and I we hate when phones start acting up

You do not mention that the user is asked for a PIN when they attempt network reset. It is not the PIN I use to unlock the phone and I don't know of any other PIN.

Omgoodness, thank you so much for your wisdom. I could not get my picture attachments to open.
I called tmobile twice and was on the phone over an hour both times with NO resolutions. Your first advice about turning on my mobile data was the SIMPLE solution and wifi won't do. Interestingly enough, tmobile told me to TURN OFF my mobile data because it was trumping my wifi due to tmobile may have a faster speed than my wifi. NO problems prior. Then I was told I must buy more data to download my attachments cz I vacationed out of state and returning back home caused a a type of needed reset--- garbage. RIDICULOUS! Days of frustration. I constantly searched for answers on the internet, not wanting to be annoyed with calling tmobile AGAIN! Ty ty ty vm. I have a few more cell phone issues so I'll check your videos.
