  • If your Samsung Galaxy S22/S23 won't send MMS messages, here are some things you can try:
Check your mobile data connection. MMS messages require a mobile data connection to be sent and received. Make sure that your mobile data is turned on and that you have a strong signal.
Restart your phone. Sometimes a simple restart can fix network connectivity issues.
Update your phone's software. Samsung releases software updates regularly to fix bugs and improve performance. If your phone is not up to date, it may be causing the MMS issue.
Reset your network settings. This will reset all of your phone's network settings, including your APN settings. This can sometimes fix MMS issues.
Contact your carrier. If you have tried all of the above steps and you are still having trouble sending MMS messages, contact your carrier for help.
Here are some additional tips that may help:
Make sure that you are using the correct APN settings for your carrier. You can find your carrier's APN settings on their website.
Try sending the MMS message to a different recipient. If you can send the MMS message to another recipient, then the issue may be with the recipient's phone.
Try sending the MMS message again later. Sometimes MMS messages can get delayed or lost.
If you are still having trouble sending MMS messages, you can contact Samsung customer support for help.

I have a S22+. Recently switched from Verizon to Xfinity. Now it won't let me send videos via text. Did all the steps in the video with you. Spent 2 hours online with Xfinity. I believe I'm using Google messaging (blue icon). When I try to attach a video to a contact, a box pops up: Trim Video? This video is too large to send. Trim the video to decrease its resolution and size, then try sending it again. Then it has a selection "Cancel" "Trim". This video I'm trying to send is 12 SECONDS long. how or why would the video be too big? Is it some setting in my xfinity mobile internet or my wifi at home? If you can help, I'd appreciate it. Samsung and Xfinity have no clue. BTW: bill is paid up too and this has been going on for months.

Why does NOBODY tell people that if they use the Samsung messaging app, they must turn off wifi and use only data when sending photos?!?! Samsung texting won't send photos via wifi!!! I spent hours online and made numerous calls to my carrier and NOBODY tells you this!! I figured it out myself after many months of BS...smh.
