Message Not Sent Service Not Activated on Network [Solution]

It happens sometimes that we try to send a message from our phone and it gives an error message to inform us that the message is not sent and the service is not activated on the network. This is a matter to be wondering what it means and why am I getting this message?

Okay, so both my son and my phone do this. HOWEVER. It only does it for some of our contacts and / or group chats. So our immediate family like in our own house hold it won't every mess up. BUT anyone outside our household it shows the network shit. I have tried clearing cache, updated, and airplane mode. I'm terrified to have to factory reset. My husband's phone doesn't do this nor my daughter. But my Son's phone first did it, and then mine today out of nowhere.
It can't be our Sim cards when it only does it on certain contacts. Help..... anyone!?

I tried everything. But it doesn't work. I also checked android updates, and the file format from that image I wanna send. Normal messages works fine. Based on the contract there shouldn't be a problem.

I have a samsung galaxy a14 and I've tried everything n this message is still in my messages when I try to send a gif. The network is really and when I try to go on UA-cam it buffers.

wow , the first half of this video was you showing us how to remove a sim and put it back , the second half was you showing us how to put plane mode on and off and the last half a min was you telling us to go to a shop and get it sorted,, this is the most useless video ever
