Reset network settings worked immediately to fix the problem of neither receiving nor sending MMS messages. Thank you so much that was extremely helpful! I found an online forum where others were having the same problem and posted that potential solution for them too.

Ur step by step video is precise👌 However, none of them worked on my phone. We have the same phone & model. My issue with my MMS is not sending. I can receive but not able to send. I've been having this issue for 3 weeks now.
I spoke with AT&T for more than 3 hours & they did everything to fix this problem, even with the default factory reset (which I really didn't want to, but I was desperate to have this fix), unfortunately, it still didn't get resolved! 🙄🤦‍♀️
I don't know how else to get this fix. I even contacted Samsung customer support and they couldn't get this resolved 🥺

Me also. i even called rogers. they had me doing the same thing. it worked for 1 day then back to the same problem. Ready to switch back to IPHONE

After many days going through videos sending an error report to samsung and three calls to virgin mobile I finally got a Tek support woman who added a feature and told me to power cycle after our call ended. I asked what it was called just in case. Its called "BETA PROVISIONING" AND IT WORKED.

Leaving data on does NOT fix the problem of not being able to send an MMS via wifi. If they don't leave data on 24.7, they won't ever get MMS or be able to send them. This is NOT a fix. Not everyone has access to data all the time or has unlimited data. This is a bandaid, & a very poor one at that. No phone should require access to data 24.7 to send an MMS.

iPhone got their own issues as well.
