I took 2 week 1000 & 2 week 2000 jump rope challenge just with a 15 - 30 minutes workout you can loose upto 5 kgs in a month which is awesome 👌. Instead of just thinking we should be little active and we can loose weight slowly. We should not follow crash diet instead eat fresh homemade food and quit Packaged Food, junk food, fried food and sweets for healthy weightlosW

Hello sir, actually i work in night shifts so i will be sleeping in the morning times and i have love handles. Any suggestions for me to lose it including this diet.
I too work at night so before going to bed I go to gym and eat some protein, after 8 hours of sleep I eat some high protein food and that worked for me I lost 16 kgs in 6 week.
Bro I work 2 shifts of 8 hours... 1 after noon shift 3pm to 11pm and one night shift 11.30 pm to 8.00 am... am still training 40 minutes a day, 4 times a week and building building muscles and burning fat.... even though I sleep barely 4-5 hours a day..... secret is diet.... Obviously my schedule is not healthy and cannot be carried for long time, but if your diet is correct and u do mild weight training.... u will achieve a good physique
