10 home workouts to get rid of belly fat in 3 weeks | Yatinder Singh
The video explains 10 best home exercises that you can follow to reduce your belly fat in less than a month. You do not need any equipment or any special place for these exercises. You can easily perform them at your home, park or even if you are out on a holiday. It would not take more than 15-20 mins to complete the workout and hence you do not have to plan a special time.
Follow it for 3 weeks and you will definitely start getting the results.
These are easy and effective exercises which would help you in muscle conditioning, toning of your body, improving joint mobility along with reducing your belly and overall body fat.
