Hey Tim, have been a subscriber of yours for years and consider you one of my earliest yoga teachers. Fell in love with the practice to the point where I got my RYS 200 hour certification to teach about a year and a half ago, but this year I fell out of a regular practice and consequently fell out of love a bit with yoga. I've been through multiple injuries and depression, so I recently decided I needed a change. I've done your 30 day challenges in the past so I knew I'd be able to find one for this year, and I started it a couple weeks ago. I'm very pleased to say that you're helping me fall back in love with a practice that was very sorely missed this year. Today when you were mentioning about recovering from a skateboarding shoulder injury really hit home with me, as I'm currently recovering from a motorcycle shoulder injury that sounds like it might be pretty similar to yours. I love your teaching style, your simple and straight to the point queues, and the variations that you offer for your different students. Beautiful practice today, I very much enjoyed it. Just wanted to say a huge thank you for bringing this wonderful practice back into my life, I sincerely appreciate you and the videos you put out. I was "with" you when you injured your shoulder and began using other instructors to demonstrate, then you disappeared altogether for several months shortly after last year's 30 day challenge. I'm glad you're back and feeling better. It's hard to step away and let the body heal, I know.

Tim: I found you by searching for "best online yoga program." I'm so happy I did. I'm back into yoga after 5 or so years. I'm a competitive athlete with some nagging injuries. You're the first person ever mention my injury - I have chronic pain in my hip bursae. I can barely do forward folds, but I feel other things coming back. I hope this comment finds you even though it's last years challenge.

Someone once said that knowing the bounds of your abilities is called competence. I have been practicing for years, but consistently bump up against what I feel are hard limits in personal flexibility. I try to edge and thoughtfully experiment around those limits, and that is my journey. My practice has taught me that such effort is sufficient.
I've been doing yoga daily for 5 months now strictly at home with only your videos. The change in my mind and body is outstanding. Thank you for sharing your practice. This challenge is awesome so far btw...
Alright, I'm getting a foam roller tomorrow- rolled blanket didn't do it for me today. Great practice tonight- I wasn't sure how I'd feel after a long workday, but yoga is always the answer, never a waste of time! Thanks as always for your amazing instructions. Sad 30 days is half over!

This is the most powerful practice I've ever experienced.....bit bizarre that it was via youtube! But it's no joke....on every level. Amazing that I've been practicing daily for years and this is so profound. You found your calling, I thank you with all of me for sharing your gift! Love the encouragement to build strength until ready for the full asana. So many people don't have the foundations too practice. I have been incorporating your basics into my classes and they seem to really like it.
I'm super stiff in my shoulders (and everywhere else) and that pose with the blocks on the forearms is the perfect challenge for me. I've been doing your videos on and off for a few years but this is the most consecutive days in a row I've ever done and it feels really good, thanks.
