So many 30 day challenges are built for beginners (which is great for those who need it) but I am SO thankful for your challenging practices. Thank you for continuing to be one of my favourite teachers. I am so happy that your challenge is so loved by all, you help so many people and truly deserve all of the success in the world ♥️
In the cross-legged forward fold, the comment about the groin and hip creases dropping down to release the spine and the hips, that was very helpful to me, it helped me get deeper in the right way. Thank you Tim and Francesca! 🙂
I resumed practice after three days of jet-lag and parenting new puppies. The practice gives me an energy boost that will see me through the day in high spirits! Thank you Tim. Grateful, forever!
You are sweet! I adopted two 4week, indie pups, streeties who needed a home. Have named one Doga ( hint hint;)) and the other Imli. Wish I could share a picture!
I felt kind of struggle yesterday, but i felt much better and stronger today. I definitely can feel that my muscles are building up through every day's challenges, thank you so much, Tim.
Hey Tim, I don't leave comments much, but I've been following steadily(ish) since the beginning of the year and I feel amazing. I rock / winter climb and cycle to work and find myself questioning why I didn't start consistent yoga practice earlier. It's such a compliment to any sport. Now my flatmates have to deal with me screaming in delight in the morning when my body hits the right spot and "invites" me into the pose; so good to start from the absolute basics and work up to more complex poses. Thanks so much for an awesome set of classes! I've been bragging about this challenge to everybody. Cheers! C
Woo yay Franceska! I do her videos multiple times a week. Unfortunately, I don’t resonate with this style of video. But! Am so happy so many people do!! Clearly the success and growth of the channel speaks volumes! I’ll happily keep doing your and Franceska’s old videos. Blessings.
Holy Jamolie, today's practice was challenging as yesterday's challenge left my body quite sore! Still got into it after my body began to warm up! As always thanks Tim for the value you add to my life 💙
Are there any videos in which Tim goes into more detail about how to get into crow pose (proper positioning for hands, starting position of feet, where the knees should be, etc.)?
Thanks for today's video. I felt like my Twisted Triangle was a bit better today, more length in my back. I think it has something to do with the practice we did using the wall. So here is some feedbacks for you Tim : it works! Thanks again!
Wow this was a great one! Tim, I've practiced with you for years now, but today's half moon was probably my best and strongest yet!f Thanks for another great one Tim and Franchesca.
was i hungover doing this practice? not really. was i still kinda drunk? yeah i think so. am i proud of myself for doing today's practice instead of laying in bed, not asleep but not awake? yeah. haha thanks tim and francesca!
Yeah, me too. I definitely need more time in order to do the poses correctly. I'm sometimes having a hard time keeping up and I don't want to hurt my body rushing through the poses.
Great video and thanks for good teaching.I like your low pressure yoga style and have been following you for around 3 years now.It helped me to get rid of my back pain and helps me to start the day with smile.Just one thing, I like the video with pretty yoga girls, but sometimes you get distracted and during the explanations some of the poses are getting pretty long, especially the first side ones. Anyhow, great job and thank you for sharing these yoga lessons!
My wrist was really bothersome when I first started the challenge (too much mouse and keyboard at work). I noticed during this practice that I really think it’s getting stronger. Also really liked the flow into the half moon on this video. I was able to steady myself and hold the pose longer and easier.
This one felt great. I'm pretty new to yoga. I've been off and on over the last year doing a few of your practices. Not really sure what to do when I finish a 30 day challenge. I generally stop until my body gets all achy again then start another challenge.
Hey Nathan! For sure, you can do this challenge over and over again, I have some other ones on my playlist as well. Are you on my mailing list? I send a new video out every week, you can get on the list here: timsenesiyoga.com/start-here-1
That was great...another favorite! I usually like a longer warm up to help me wake up, but today I really enjoyed how we just jumped right into the practice. One of the things I really struggle with since I do these videos as soon as I wake up, is that my neck is tight and so releasing it to forward fold is very difficult. Any advice? Thanks. :)
I got a question for you, Tim. Or maybe someone else who could read this massage and want to help me. At the beginning of my yoga practice I feel how much is it difficult to start because my body doesn´t feel prepareted. and mostly because this is my sixteen day on this challeng and I feel kind of tired at the beginning. So, is there any way to star a previously warming in order to ? or streching ... Could you please give me an advice about that? thank you so much and I more than happy with this challeng I can see how my world is changing as well. Greetings from Bogotá Colombia, guys. I really like this community. And Tim I reallly think you are an amazing yoga instructore! Thanks so much.
Hey Gustavo. Take your time and listen to your body. Perhaps start with some pranayama (breathing exercises) like Nadi Shoshana and kapalabhati. These will help balance and fire up your energy. Then maybe do a few sun salutations. Most of all - listen to your body and make sure that you get enough rest between physical exercises. I hope this helps you some. Namasté. K.
Hey Gustavo. I also find I need to warm up at the beginning of the day, especially as my flat is freezing in winter! I use this really quick warm-up video and then go into Tim's sessions. I guess it's so individual as to what works and doesn't but maybe worth a try to see if it helps. All the best. ua-cam.com/video/R0mMyV5OtcM/v-deo.html

Couldn't agree more! I'm still a beginner, only been practising for 3 years, but I really like that I have things to aspire toward in these videos!
In the cross-legged forward fold, the comment about the groin and hip creases dropping down to release the spine and the hips, that was very helpful to me, it helped me get deeper in the right way. Thank you Tim and Francesca! 🙂

Sarah Jane Smith is hangover yoga a thing? It probably should be. Lord knows I’ve stumbled into some festival classes in a right state.
Thank you both, great challenge! Great work out! Am a bit behind and missed 2 days, but going strong in my practice. Namaste 🙏🏼
Hey Tim, yes great practice. I would like to have had more time in the poses. Thanks!
Yeah, me too.
I definitely need more time in order to do the poses correctly. I'm sometimes having a hard time keeping up and I don't want to hurt my body rushing through the poses.

I've started rolling on a soft foam roller before the session. I think Tim said he does this. It helps warm up and loosen up.
