Hi Tim, how are you? I am sure you are doing great. I don't know how but I did lose track to your great yoga teachings wherein you train us so purely, so perfectly and so thoroughly. Such teachers come only once through centuries. Oh Lord thank you so much from bottom of my heart for sending Tim to us. Please give him all the strength, health and power to carry on the tremendous task of yoga teachings. Thank you, Tim, once again wishing you all the best with my whole hearted gratitude.

Thank you so much, Tim! Your yoga teachings are next level not just for yoga practice but for day to day mobility. I especially appreciated the arm work with the strap today. I have had a crunchy upper arm for years and no guidance so far has helped. Just from doing the exercise with strap it has completely changed my arm and shoulder placement and tada! no pain. I also loved your explanation of the arches of the feet and how raising the arches and activating them moves energy up through the legs and raises the pelvic floor. Another game changer. So grateful to have come across your channel.

Your explanation of how to control the shoulder movement was fantastic. I always love how much attention to detail you put into your instructions, and this was next level. I could immediately feel the difference, and I think it will also come in handy for other activities I do (like bouldering!).
Btw, I've really loved the practices lately. The previous 4 or 5 days have all gone into my "favourite yoga practices" video collection! Today's half moon felt strong: I'm enjoying that pose in particular so much now (compared to when I did your other 30-day series last year and was falling out of it all the time).
    Thanks Tim!

Hey Bobby, I hear you. That's why I created the CMC (Conscious Movement Community) for students like yourself who are ready to make progress. I made a course that goes beyond what is taught in the 30-day challenge. Start with the "what's next course" each subsequent course goes up in challenge/difficulty. Here's the link to try it out: www.timsenesiyoga.com/consciousmovement
Let me know how it goes for you in the chat section over there.
CONSCIOUS MOVEMENT COMMUNITY - YOGA WITH TIM
There are over 100 exclusive videos on the CMC as well as a variety of courses including The Foundation Course, The Mobility Course, The Flexibility Course, The Handstand Course, The Arm Balance Course, etc. Scroll down for a complete list.

Thank you for doing this, Tim. I've been going back and forth between the challenge and some of the movement videos and I feel like I've developed my stability back to what it was a half a year ago, before I sprained my ankle hiking (the splits video has been a lifesaver). Still, I feel like my ankles are pretty asymmetrical (I notice this the most during warrior III !) in regards to the amount of support they provide. Got any tips to help me re-learn to trust my ankle? Any other video you could point me towards?

I wonder if explaining what you’re after in the humerus could be done with a skeleton model? Do a close up so I can see the movement then pan back to practicing. I am not at all sure that I got what you want and since you can’t adjust me directly, a skeleton you can adjust would serve the purpose. But it would break the flow. Best done at the top of the video.

I followed a Yogi who used a skeleton model and another yoga practicioner (is that a word?) It was very, very helpful!
