Loved this practice! I’m a runner recovering from some very tight lower back muscles. This practice has helped tons. I’ve also been working on the low/sitting squat pose for a few months (flexibility and mobility are not natural to me). Imagine my surprise to be able to go from a the sitting squat to forward fold without needing to put my hands down. I would haven’t tried that move if it weren’t for this practice.

you came in at the perfect time reassuring me and reminding me not to judge, I'm pretty inflexible in some spots (i do not reach a right angle when forward folding) so that last exercise was kind of testing me and just when I was starting to feel discouraged you reminded me to be thankful for the mobility I do have and keep on trying so it can improve. I feel like I could do most of the stretches without issue... maybe some difficulty in my ankle flexibility. I can get very low, but I just always fall backwards onto the ground unless I left my heels up! Not sure why, but Ill just keep stretching!
I usually do a .75 slower playback for short sessions, and if i were being real, Tim sounded like the most soothing, reassuring, relaxing, and sexiest i wished my daddy would talk to me that way. Lol hope it’s not too offensive. But I really enjoyed this session. Cheers!
What's the silliest , most awkward, or offensive thing you've had to edit out of the background of one of your videos? Like the beach or public area ones.
Oh, just you laughing at things and hearing people in the background. I wasn't sure if you ever had to edit out people doing dumb things when they someone filming.
Hi Tim, thanks for all your yoga guidance. I noted you are trying to get more subscribers to your private courses and want to volunteer a marketing remark about it. If you do only short and slow and easy yoga videos, you will only attract old and non-fit people, who are unlikely to want to learn more yoga than this level. If you want people to join you to learn, you need to appeal to those who are sporty and willing practitioners, more fit more capable and wanting harder things, not easier. Especially that you are the only man yoga teacher, you should try to challenge mid aged men who want to look like you....thru effort and mentoring not thru easy chair yoga...
