Man i can't believe i made a yoga challenge of 30 to 40 min per day for a whole month. I've never been a fitness person but this challenge changed everything. Thanks to your efforts Tim i gained so much confidence on my body plus i released a lot of tension that was stuck for years all over it and final i think the base my spine is getting straightened. Fantastic, thank you Tim, Stacie and all your guests! I just finished the 30 day challenge and I've learned so much, and feel so much better about my yoga practice. I can honestly say I have a yoga practice now, I've been doing yoga every single day for 3 months now. Learning a lot, and Tim and Stacie are a big part of that process.
I just completed the challenge (albeit one year late) and feel amazing. Tim (and Stacy et al.), thank you for being such excellent teachers. Awesome. I can't believe I did the whole thing (I've done bits and pieces in past years). I think I've been a better person since doing this. I feel more balanced physically and mentally, and I have a lot more patience in my daily life. So chill. Also, I have sciatica and lower back pain. Since doing this I have been able to sleep and wake up without pain. It used to take me 5 minutes just to get out of bed (and I'm a fairly fit person). Thank you for helping me build a very good habit. You're the best yoga teacher I've ever had, online or in person. Your description of the fine details, honing in on muscles, helpful analogies, targeting common issues, and maintaining a balance between the physical and spiritual works very well for me.
I really enjoy the challenge. After more than one year of practice I feel more strong mentally and physically. This is my third challenge and the only thing I missed was the reflexions you included, almost in all the videos, from last year challenge. Thanks a lot to you and all the instructors that are as amazing as you. Namaste!

I finally finished! Couldn't fit it in every day, clearly. In fact, 3x/week is what I can do for an actual class. I do, however, practice small bits here and there. Warrior 2 manipulated my spine back into alignment at work :O Thanks, Tim. I tell my yoga pal at work about your class and how meticulous the details were in this series. She is so happy for me, and perhaps even has checked it out!
These last 30 days have been great. As complete beginners, this was our intro to yoga, and we both loved it. Probably going to start back at day 1 again tomorrow! You're a great teacher, Tim, and thank you so much for making this available to everyone.

Hey Tim - I want to extend a huge thanks for putting together the challenge this year. I started doing yoga about a year ago to try and loosen up for other forms of exercise (sports, weight lifting) and, slowly but surely, you’ve got me hooked. I feel better physically and mentally than I have in a long time. Thanks for making yoga approachable, humble, entertaining and human! It’s a great change of pace from some of the traditional stereotypes and what I needed to get involved. I’m looking forward to starting the challenge again and will be joining the conscious movement community to soon to continue building on what I’m learning.

This challenge was so great, I improved so much, learned a lot. I know now that I need to practice everyday and also I learned the importance of taking time and be "ok" with my body not being able to do some stuff, jut respect the learning curve and the fact that little by little I will improve everyday :D Can't wait for the next challenge ! :D

this was amazing! i did your 2020 challenge before this one and it completely kicked my ass. either this one is a little easier or i've just built a lot of muscle since then, especially in the hips and glutes. i am hyperextended everywhere, but especially hips and shoulders, and the attention you give to both those areas is really sustaining for me. my goal is to pull back on side poses--side angle and triangle--so as to have no more side waist and lower back pain when i come up. i'm one of those very flexible but also very perfectionist and competitive (with myself) people, so holding back and doing less bending has been amazing.
Tim, this has been by far the best challenge you've hosted. Im glad you went into longer sessions and deepened the flows. I can't wait until you do an all intermediate challenge with minimal cues/talk. Thank you, and thanks to your friends as well for sharing their time and practice with us. Namaste.
After these 30 days of Yoga, each time your voice comes over the television, my cat stretches out on the yoga mat expecting attention. She must dig how centered this practice makes everyone involved feel.

Tim, just finished the 2020 challenge, straight after the 2019 version. Really enjoyed them both - benefited from becoming much stronger and far better posture day to day through the practice. Thanks, they’ve been great.
As always, your descriptions of what I should feel and concentrate on within my body is spot on. Every time I find myself struggling and feeling tight, your guidance shows me the way and I begin to release and get deeper into the poses. Thanks for your fabulous physical awareness!

#day37 3 months ago I proposed that I do yoga everyday until the end of the year. I ended up doing one third of that, but I completed 2 series. I feel good about this. I am ready for the 2022 challenge!
As always, thank you for all you do!! Been practicing with your videos daily for the past year and have seen tremendous benefits. Dealt with undiagnosed on and off back issues for years and gone through the whole PT, ortho, specialist circuit. While all those have helped in some way, your practice has been one of the most consistent things in improving my physical health and allowing me to manage issues with my back.
A little late, but I finished! Thanks Tim and Stacy and friends. This was just what I needed. Probably going to sign up on Namastream soon to keep going.
I thought in not doing today's practice because I wasn't feeling well but I stopped for a moment and said to myself... "no, you are going to do this challenge till the end even if today you have to stop or go slower". I made it. And I'm feeling so much better. Day 30! All done! ! It's the second year I've done this 30 day challenge and I' m really grateful that you offer us theses videos. I feel it's a good way to start a new year. Namaste
30/11/22 done and dusted. I intentionally skipped day 13, 20 and 27 because I didn't have a tennis ball though I have a foam roller. I have learnt to properly align my body 😺 while doing the poses. My upper body got power nowadays 😸 thanks to your challenge 😺💪🏾😸. Be blessed team Tim

I assiduously attend my weekly Iyengar class but unfortunately up to now have only been a sporadic practitioner at home. After your challenge I’m sure I’m now firmly in the daily habit. So many thanks for that. In an open class like this it’s always hard to find a level that satisfies both less and more experienced practitioners and you have succeeded brilliantly. Hi Tim, it’s been a wonderful 30 day journey with you and I’m sorry it’s finished. I assiduously attend my weekly Iyengar class but unfortunately up to now have only been a sporadic practitioner at home. After your challenge I’m sure I’m now firmly in the daily habit. So many thanks for that. In an open class like this it’s always hard to find a level that satisfies both less and more experienced practitioners and you have succeeded brilliantly. Asanas I found challenging I could use as a diagnostic for what I needed to work on. Your teaching was always exact, precise and clear and mellow!
