    Thank you! definitely going to make it part of my morning and evening routine. I struggle with depression and anxiety. The anxiety really pushes me so down - can't function properly. The breathing helps to take that heaviness away.

    Holy shit i almost cried, i didnt realize how bad i needed this. That inhale-inhale-inhale- exhale and swoop down, really started busting out the bad thoughts. Thank you so much ❤❤
