Thanks for your help. I'm suffering from extreme shyness /social anxiety, most times I miss my steps while walking on the street, is as though my legs are shaking and can not carry my body. Help out PLS. What should I do.
Hi there. I'm sorry to hear you're suffering from extreme anxiety. I experienced severe anxiety when I was younger - to the point where I felt similar to you - shaking, not grounded, disconnected from my body, out of control. What helped me is MOVEMENT. Yoga in particular. Getting out of your head and into your body, really feeling your movement with your breath, helps connect your mind and body so that you're in control. Do you have a daily movement / breathing practice?

I was looking for something to mentally prepare me for a job interview and I came across this practice. It was exactly what I needed!
