I woke up crying and overcome w grief. I lost my only child & my fav aunt within two weeks of each other in November. I started off doing this in bed but got up. I cried the whole time but it got me up & moving! When you said “you’re already up”…I felt that. I have been doing ur somatic yoga vids too. I can’t thank you enough ❤ 🧘♂️

Hi, this morning I woke up feeling extremely low and depressed. I was astounded to find that this simple flow helped me feel unstoppable after I finished. Please do more mental health focused flows. The mind body connection is so much stronger than I thought. I love yoga!!!
