I love banded kickbacks, push pull landmine, dumbbell Deadlifts with extra rest at the bottom to make the glutes bounce as you return to the standing position and prowler press(Fav full body)
Just finished her find your strength program and started MA 60 yesterday! Her programs are amazing! Definitely recommend no matter if you’re beginner or advanced! Love you Massy!❤

Having vids of you training someone who's nowhere near your level is an excellent idea! Too many vids merely show someone who's fit af doing various exercises. Then when beginners attempt to emulate them, they'll likely become frustrated and give up.
Hi Massy, thank you for this workout, and thank you Tasha for showing everyone your amazing journey!! I had ACL & meniscus surgery on my left knee almost 15 years ago, but to this day have to stay on top of rehabbing it. I'm a cyclist and generally athletic & flexible from years of gymnastics, but I noticed while doing the Wall T ISO hold - whoa, when I put my left foot up on the wall it felt very awkward, like it took a lot of effort to get my foot flat on the wall, and I felt a lot of pressure/energy running up from the front of my ankle to the top of the knee. Never experienced that in other exercises, but I've never done this hold before! Should I keep doing the holds just lower down on the wall, and are there other exercises you'd recommend? Thank you!!

I like these and seeing how Tasha pushes herself further but video production wise, please either cut the music after first 5-10 seconds or lower it by like 30-50% personally I feel like it's drowning out too much of the talking.
