I think you include the gym equipment in the title and possibly the workout is NOT for beginners. I’m only saying this because I had to watch your video like five times just for the first two exercises five times each per the first two exercises and several other times on every other exercise afterwards and then when you get to the gym equipment, I just quit because I’m not in the gym. I’m at home and I don’t have a bar like that to my back door to pick up, you saying you feel me you’re awesome at everything else just a little bit more advanced tips or whatever I don’t know maybe but that’s how I feel.
