    These workouts are top tier. Requires alot of balance, however that is what's needed to build a solid core. U were great at explaining these, Massy. U have such a well formed & structured back muscles so Hopefully u can show us how to build & maintain our structure.✌🏾💫

    Love your physique! I struggle with legs because it seems like they wont get stronger. High level athlete since high school but legs are just weak compared anything else. Any advice?

    Massy please I need directions on Tru supplement I previously got the protein shake coconut macaroon I felt great and it’s delicious but I would love to get the creatine bcaas and I don’t know how and when to take it if pre or post or during workout. Thanks in advance

      I will do a video on supplements but every bottle will tell you when. I love that you enjoy the protein. Bcaas during workouts, creatine 30 mins before. You’re going to love the products. Get the tropical popsicle flavor for bcaas.

    May give a suggestion? Sorry if you said no. I think your title needs to be tweaked. I think you include the gym equipment in the title and possibly the workout is NOT for beginners.
    I’m only saying this because I had to watch your video like five times just for the first two exercises five times each per the first two exercises and several other times on every other exercise afterwards and then when you get to the gym equipment, I just quit because I’m not in the gym. I’m at home and I don’t have a bar like that to my back door to pick up, you saying you feel me you’re awesome at everything else just a little bit more advanced tips or whatever I don’t know maybe but that’s how I feel. Thank you and still you doing a fabulous job sharing and helping the world not gonna stop or use using your help.

    Do you ever get injured massy?
    I have sciatica at from a new machine in gym. Silly me felt good at time then woke in pure sadistic pain 😢😢😢
