Please do more of these ❤I absolutely love this . Real person ❤real life ❤real body ❤ this is what UA-cam needs to push through the algorithm not videos like Abs in 2 weeks . Great job Tasha! 🙌🏽👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Love this! Recovery from Knee injury right now and this is helping me stay focused on making sure I'm getting all the nutrition in during my Recovery & rehab ❤ can't wait to see how her journey continues
I love this ! Thank you so much for posting and giving me motivation. It’s been challenging to lose weight since I have pcos. I absolutely hate the pcos belly that I have.
I want to look into these supplements. I have tried SO SO SO many. Viome was my last straw. I have Ankylosing spondylitis, disc her orations in my neck, tendinitis in my knees and a partially torn rotator cuff in my right shoulder. I’ve been forcing myself to workout with modifications of course, but I really really want to feel better inside.
Could you please give us a link of the foods you buy??? I get too overwelmed with finding ingredients and I just give up. Amazon store front or even just the specific names of items you buy will help!!!
I'll keep it real. The French have some of the best cuisine in the world and it is filled with butter, creams, wine, etc.... YET most French females are slim or at least in descent shape AND their life expectancy is high. In that documentary the French said they eat very delicious food multiple times a day but don't over do it with portions. They also eat with family and friends and take their time while eating. No rushing or "eating on the go" like in America. I watched a French food documentary where a French lady said that she did not understand why Americans diet because diet food tastes bad.
You don't want to reduce fat - it makes you feel fuller and is good for certain processes in your body. Feeling fuller means eating less naturally. None of those breakfast items were "whole foods." Its important how your body processes the food or food products you consume. Sure, something might be a certain amount of calories, but how does your body use it? 100 calories of cotton candy does not process the same way as 100 calories of broccoli. But hey...whatever works!
Lunch looked dry & bland!! No veggies, no leafy greens...just sausage & cheese in tortilla. Poor gal. Dinner looked much more balanced. Hope we get to see more of the actual meals & workouts.

I think they walk much more than average Americans too... that surely helps.
