Awesome video Massy! I'm 50 years old and I'm in better shape than I was in my late 20's and 30's. You eat a lot a food I enjoy eating as well. You sometimes have to do what you gotta do and change your eating habits regardless of what everyone else is doing around you. At home and at work. Speaking of work, there is always something going on, always an occasion. Somebody has brought a cake or a pie or some cookies. JUST SAY NO EVERYONE! They'll get over it. Honestly, it seems as if some of them want you to look like them so they can feel good about themselves. I hate to say it, but I truly feel that way. My wife is Dominican. She can make my Mangu and bacalao any day. My favorite breakfast. We usually only have it about once a month. Delicioso!
This was soooo helpful. Would love to see more combination foods to eat together for breakfast, lunch and dinner and a good time to eat different types of food.

You could try adding just a little bit of the sweetener the more you use the more you feel the after taste, BTW erythritol doesn't give you the after taste but try (Skinny Syrups) that one is delicious and 0% everything and none after taste in mine opinion.
How are you when it comes to eating outside your home? Like eating at a restaurant with your partner, or at a cookout with your friends / family? I don't think fitness influencers talk enough about eating in a social environment.
I do intermittent fasting, mostly because it works with my schedule since I work early mornings and also get my workout in before. All my meals start after 12pm. What is your suggestions with the supplements like creatine since your suggestion is before and during a workout? Do you think it will have the same effect?
Protein powders, yogurt, smoothies with vegetables and yogurts, nuts, hemp seeds, flax seeds, chia seeds(all of those you can put in cereals, yogurts or smoothies). It’s a lot of different ways.

@@lenayoung1497 that's not enough if you want to build muscle.. Its better to eat 1.3 or even 1.5x the bodyweight. For example I weight 75kg and eat around 110g protein a day while weightlifting 4x a week.
Nothing beats genetics, then diet, then exercise. Her calorie breakdown is around Breakfast - 300 Lunch-350 Dinner-350 Snack-150 Total - around 1200 to 1400 calories which allows her not to gain any additional fat tissue. It's also extremely low net carbs and she's probably in ketosis a lot.
Hey !! My name is Taylor S Clark. Just got back into fitness and so far I am loving it. After countless times of starting and stopping my workout journey, I’ve decided to make this my last time with the inconsistency. I train/workout 3-4 out of the week at planet fitness, and on some weekends I go to CrossFit. I am struggling really hard with targeting certain muscle groups, before and after prep, and knowing when and how to track all of my workouts and eating. By tracking, I’m referring to what I should keep in my routine and what I should ditch. I want to continue, but I am feeling like the lack of knowledge is weighing me down. I really need assistance. I am 4’11 weighing 180lbs. Because I am short, my body fat which is about 40% of my body is getting uncomfortable. I don’t have a sedentary lifestyle at all. My diet is super healthy, lol in fact my fave snack is ALDI guacamole and mini cucumbers. Do you recommend a trainer? If so how much should I spend, I don’t have a lot of funds at the moment being that I work for a nonprofit, but I would love the advice and help. PS I am 24 going on 25.

Thank you for the video, I want to know, how to use the supplement. I bought AVC, her, metabolism, multivitamin. I started using it on Monday. In the morning, I took Metabolism, AVC and BCCA before my work. My largest meal it’s always my lunch so I took the multivitamin and hers. In the evening if I am really hungry, I usually have like popcorn. However, since I bought the protein, I had one glass of it. The next day, which is yesterday; I woke up with a swollen face. I didn’t really pay attention to it and repeat the things with my supplement. Today, same thing, my lips was really swollen that I couldn’t eat. I had to go look for an allergy medicine. I never had any allergies. I would like to know what I am doing wrong and what do I need to change. I love your workouts and everything you do. Thank you again and God bless you

I’m 60 plus! Can I incorporate those products in my daily routine? I realized that my dietary plans changed as I matured. I don’t work out as hard as you do. Because of a knee issue so I can’t do squats the way I would love to I do work out but I modify. I heard of people using BCA and creatine products just don’t really know what health benefits they would do for me.

As long as it isn't white sugar
Maybe use it to cut regular sugar
