I’ve always thought he was secretly Clovis Bray. He would be vain enough to try to live forever as an Exo....
I really think Fellwinter knew about the Bunker and that’s why he so persistently wanted the Iron Lords to get Shaxx to join, to get him to give up his territory and so he could explore it without any interruption. Not to mention Fellwinter honestly went Easy on Shaxx and I don’t think most people realize that. Fellwinter apparently trained Osiris, who help train Ikora to temper or rage and power. If we’re being honest, Fellwinter didn’t go for the kill, he from the beginning was only trying to hold out and wait for the Iron Lords to arrive. If Fellwinter wanted to kill Shaxx, like Shaxx himself said, he could’ve brought the whole castle down on them and taken the advantage, something Fellwinter would do, since his whole fighting style is based on overwhelming and surprising his enemies with sneak attacks. If anything, you could say Fellwinter let Shaxx win to earn his trust and make Shaxx think he was stronger than him. Plus I mean, honestly, a warlock challenged a Titan to a fist fight. You cannot say Fellwinter played to his strengths.

Doesn’t that mean his Ghost knows something ? His past maybe ? And just hides it. Like why ? Instead of telling him hey look you need to run away because of this and that.
I'll laugh if Lord Felwinter shows up at the Iron Temple and used the SIVA incident to fake his death
Felwinter’s Lie, who’d have thought that all this started because of the name of a shotgun and it’s namesake Exo-Warlock.
Felwinter is one of the seventh seraphs.
Felwinter is running from Randal The Vandal, he owes him glimmer.

Interesting that Felwinter’s real name hasn’t been revealed, considering that Exo’s generally remember theirs. I’m betting he probably does but chose not to reveal it in order to remain hidden from whoever is after him.
Victim, he raised his gun in fear of something, and it seems he is trying to run from someone/thing. Yet he refuses to abandon the iron lords. Seems to be a good guy to me.
SPOILER: There was datamined audio that reveals what this is. I won't say what it is here but if anyone is interested it was put on the raid secrets sub reddit.
(Stay safe yall fellow guardians) I dont know why but I have this feeling that felwinter was maybe part of the exo squad rasputin created back in the last moments of humanity. I think that would be cool if this was the relationship between him and rasputin explaining his knowledge of rasputin and his fear.
That. Was. Amazing. Felwinter is starting to become my favourite character.
Felwinter probably WAS one of Rasputins 7 Seraphs, given hes an exo. Maybe died in one Big Red's assigned missions and was resurrected by Felspring. Or maybe he was a defector, something in his exo programming made him go against the will of Rasputin, and got killed in the process, making Rasputin the rest of the Seraphs to go look for him to get rebooted.
This video has just made Felwinter up there as one of my fav characters in the destiny universe. Its so interesting and mysterious, they're building something here with felwinter and i cant wait to see what it is. Maybe we'll learn his lie
Wonder if Felwinter and Rasputin were involved in that war with between Exos and the Vex? You know, that one that’s less mentioned than the Lysander stuff but likely has much more lore significance.
