FearOmnicide makes me feel like the iron lords were all of the weakest risen. Makes sense why non are left. I mean our single guardian defeated the siva chamber, shaxx was whooped by all of the current day guardians.

@@MyelinGames When I first read the middle parts of [Remembrance] indeed was I surprised but not so when it comes with Early Risen/Guardians 'talking' their differences like this event. [chuckles flinching]
Also at the end of this Weblore a nice call back to one of the old Grimoire cards of [ROI] between Iron lords Timur and Felwinter when they were searching for early traces of SIVA, but this time in the POV of the latter Guardian. (I do not remember, but I do Not entirely remember Felwinter pointing his Weapon at Timur during this Lore event after Timur pushed one of Felwinter's secrets out as if 'triggering' some Golden Age memory inside of the Guardian Warlock Exo. anyone got the same vibes after reading that tense paragraph at the end?)....
@@MyelinGames (10:24) Without too Many Gameplay limits *(and PvP)* 'we' can expect the Light within Guardians to be Very Complex in using it, especially in non-Lethal ways. even Drifter mentioning such like a [Ward of Dawn] able to 'wrap around' the entirety of the Last City.
I wouldn't be surprised that it also happened during Six Fronts when early Guardian Titans were forging in their first Guardian nature and legends.
Osiris' [Echos] can be extend to even thought towards Guardian Warlocks (any here who is a main Guardian Warlock-player, you can probably see where this is going) once we did read that it was mostly part of the [Light]'s more so than Vex tech alone, etc. So many ideas more on Light Forms and techniques. (mach speed-like Mobility on 'us' would be the first of that 'complexity use', perhaps using [Arc-[Light]]?).

Re: 'but Felwinter still doesn't learn'. Felwinter is a creature of individual principles. I think the setting of the scene is supposed to be Felwinter knowingly and willingly getting mollywhopped by Shaxx to buy time and to attempt to act out those principles. He knows Shaxx ks gonna beat him like a drum, but he aspires to the courage necessary to stand against him, not just for the sake of strategy, but the the symbolic gesture of being unrelenting in the face of greater force.
Felwinter is an experienced and well season combatant. He knows a bow from a hangmans noose. But he is not fighting to win a prize, or overcoming the great evil for the sake of the greater good alone. He is sacrificing for his art. Felwinter is but for a moment, Sisyphus - pushing a boulder of values and ideals and Shaxx becomes the mountain. Homer's Horatius at the bridge, the ceaseless invading hordes.
It's also important to recognize that Felwinter was holding back. Shaxx tells Felwinter that he could have destroyed the entire fortress if he went all out. Felwinter can destroy a fortress in one go, but instead he punches Shaxx, a titan. It's not even that Felwinter went in knowing he wouldn't win, he wasnt even trying. All Felwinter wanted was to protect the people inside, and gain access to the warmind bunker beneath. Even if he could kill Shaxx, he never wanted to.

Remember the tapes drifter recorded? Remember the one speaking of him taking refuge in a village hiding his light? A bunch of iron lords came and set an ambush in that village, resulting in civilian death. Just to get couple of war lord. That iron lord was radagast based on lore. I like these stories very much for a grey and serious they are.
it was not radegast, it was another iron lord called dryden and he was executed when drifter showed the evidence to felwinter
Who would leave a Myelin video early? As a titan main I love all the titans of legend. My boy Saint has been rescued and resides at the tower and we’ve gotten some more awesome Shaxx lore. I don’t know what’s more impressive, being undefeated by both Iron Lords and War Lords, or being with Mara Sov. 😂🙌🏾

@@rooksillmane4791 See I agree but it seems that Bungie has been planning to bring back Siva in some form since D2's launch considering that Tyra Karn at The Farm has dialogue referencing Siva being transported on the Exodus Black, then there was the Zero Hour mission, possible Siva interference on the Tangled Shore on some terminals, the increase of Siva themed items, and, IMO, Season 10's Season Pass banner having a "Siva Red" glow instead of Rasputin's traditional dark orange.
Rook Sillmane I would too but I think it’s inevitable. Scannable items, outbreak prime and zero hour, concept art, Failsafe talks about it, Tyra Karn talks about it, ghost projections, transmat effects, a ship, it’s on the tangled shore, and there’s two containers of it on the moon by Tankis’ ship. Plus you gotta remember Eramis is still looking to reform House Devils and she was the one hunting SIVA in zero hour. She’s still out there and I’d doubt she gave up her search after just one try that we know of.

This could pay to be revisited at a future date from a new perspective. Given leaked voice lines I've been told about, for me it puts a new light on Felwinter and what his motives behind claiming this castle and the bunker underneath it were

I was playing a custom rumble match with some of my friends, and it was down to 19-19, and my friend killed me with 1 health left. And all I hear is Shaxx go, "You are second to him, like Zavala is second to me." And all I could say was, "Damn, Shaxx just killed me, and he wasn't even in the match." 😂

glad to hear most Guardian Hunters in that Lore tab weren't exactly going to bail the Last City and such. At least according to Guardian Hunter 'Ghost' there. (Cayde's....passing is still being felt also by the rest of 'us'. rarely I hear it being mentioned by the rest of the not well-known Guardian-characters there outside of those 'we' all know and work with).

You are at your best when you simply report the lore and offer your interpretation - theres so much dropping lately and it's really hard for everyone to keep up and when you make vids like this, it really puts it into a nice accessible place.

Absolutely Fabulous!! Even more evidence as to why Lord Shaxx is my favorite character from Destiny.
Some people are not understanding that felwinter was purposely loosing to buy time for the iron lords and keeping the people in the castle safe from other warlords since they didn't attack because they respected the challenge stuff. He's already killed many warlords and even another iron lord.
The dark ages was basically modern medieval times until a lot of more guardians flourished.

Shaxx : What I wouldn't give to fight again beyond the walls. I would tear out a Vex heart with my teeth! I would sear the Cabal with my burning Light, challenge the Fallen Kells to personal combat and scatter them! I... I've been watching too many Crucible matches
Watched the felwinter lore, he is persistent because he knew something nobody else did. He didnt try in any of the fights, the first one was a simple slash with dawnblade but nothing more and the other (unless given more context) he didnt even fight he just took it. He was smart about everything he did and played his cards right, words wouldn't convince shaxx only actions, because shaxx is a man of action. Also LOVE shaxx in this lore entry, warlords are always seen as people demanding territory and power and strike fear into civilians to do so even killing them. But shaxx? The entire lore card was him protecting everyone, he's not a warlord, he's a gaurdian. He gave up everything to protect people and his stubbornness was because all he wanted was no one to get hurt

I personally have a theory Fellwinter didnt get overpowered as much as it seems. A lot of the lore hints that Fellwinter didn’t see the point in beating shaxx cause it wouldn’t do anything besides make the people fear the Iron Lords more and Fellwinter would need to earn Shaxx’s faith and trust. Another cool thing is that it kinda seems like Fellwinter only wanted Shaxx’s castle for that Bunker and like he knew it existed before hand. Just a thought I wanted to share
Bungie should really release a kind of mini-series as done by WoW where they cover portions of the game's current or past history in a audio-drama. It's fantastic. My favorite is always going to be The Tomb of Sargeras (it's a 4 part series). But you get to hear each character's voice & all the abilities & actions they would normally do in game so everything clicks as you're already accustomed to those sound queues whilst you play.

I hope one of the bunkers that gets opened up is the one under Shaxx's castle. Maybe as we go clear it out Shaxx can be conversing with us and telling us stories from that time.

Its official we need a Destiny Dark Ages Expansion or Game. Where we get to be Iron or Warlords
It could have a conquest and base management function
And have a mode like the divisions dark Zone with pvp and pve. And still have lord shaxx with heavy involment

In my head I had Shaxx Ranked as the second toughest Guardian in the tower under Ikora. But after listening to that I don’t know what to believe anymore.

I wish we would visit shaxx's Castle at some point in this season. Especially saying since it's sitting on top of a seraph bunker
I would actually love to see some more class specific missions. If not just to unlock more than just the 3, locked, skill trees in all the 3 subclasses. We do need each of the Classes to be different from one another so they have more distinct roles. Solar Warlock used to be the second chance tree while Void Warlock was the one shot ability. But not things just don't feel right. In Destiny 1 we were more free to make choices with out subclasses but now we can't even choose our build as they break every weapon by either making it unusable or broken beyond belief.
Shaxx doesn’t shoot a gun, he simply throws the bullets.
I genuinely always felt like Destiny should've taken place during the dark age. they missed out on an amazing atmosphere that could've even paralleled that of Dark souls. PVPE Zones, Players taking over territory, helping rebuild the city seeing Seasonal progress that way, discovering all this crazy alien stuff together, watching these heros develope in real time idk.. I just feel like something was missed.
They really need a cut scene for a season or DLC that shows shaxx wrecking. They actually need that for most of them honestly.
