I think you don’t realise that the instagram butts you’re used to aren’t attainable for many women, it’s just different genetics. Okay holy moly this was a nice workout!! I'll be keeping up in the comments with how my progress is! So first of all, on August 7th I decided, hey, I'm 16 and my butt isn't very round and has quite a bit of cellulite even though I'm a skinny girl, so I started doing squats. At first u started with 50 and each day I would add 5 more. So when I got up to doing 200 (I started doing as many as I could rather than adding 5) I noticed a big difference! My butt was round with way less cellulite, but I wanted more of a workout, so today I did this and I think I'll stick with this. When I stood up to do the squats my legs were a bit wobbly which surprised me and I knew that this would be really good! Measurements! Hips: 35 (doubt they'll get smaller as I just have wide hips) Butt: 37.5 Be back in 7 days!
I did this every second day and did 100 squats the days between. My legs/butt are very toned and didn't gain muscle, so they look nice and much thinner. I really suggest this, but oviously your legs won't be amazing after a month. You have to work for it.

Burning fat is about doing cardio to boost your metabolic rate. You can't target the fat you want to burn, your body will select which fat it will burn on it's own. This is why it is difficult for many people to burn the lower belly fat. But don't lose hope, check out any HIIT training routine to demolish that fat :)
You can't spot reduce fat. The lower belly fat is usually the last to go. You have to diat properly, train 4-5 days a week doing HIIT and weightlifting, and gradually the belly fat will dissipate as your body fat percentage drops.
I've been doing this for about 9 months to a year about 3-4 times a week (I try to do it every other day if I'm not lazy) and I can safely say that I've seen a great improvement. It's not perfect--I'm not particularly consistent, so that could be a factor--but the results are very satisfactory. Don't get disappointed or give up if you aren't consistent (which, if you're like most people, you'll miss a day or two or ten here and there) or if you don't immediately benefit (this definitely varies with the individual by what I've read from the other comments)--from my experience you just have to do it as often as you can muster up the will. =) Good luck to all you people reading this!

To grew any muscle you definitely need to add some weight, that way you will tone it at the same time you gain muscle, you get it more voluminous, thicker and bigger because of the muscle gains

Cuz of bein busy, I usually do a warm-up, then the routine, I list below. 1st. day-leg 2nd. day-stomach 3rd. day-arms 4th. day-booty (then all over again) I've not even been eating the healthiest type of foods, also been eating too much, I can still see a lot of changes. My abs are nice enough compared to their earlier state. (lower-belly fat) My waist got smaller, my legs are toned and look awesome in dresses, also let's not even mention the bubble-butts. So.. girls(, guys), it's totally worth it and you will be so glad that you started it. If you keep going, you will achive what you want.

But this way, you get the satisfaction of having dedicated and mastered the ability of utter persistence to achieve the body you want. I keep coming back to this one and loving it. Tried the Miranda Kerr one and prefer this one as it alternates sides and is easier on the knees, gives them a break while switching sides. The timer issues drive me a bit nutty, but still prefer it and get a good butt workout.

lol girls, if you want a bigger butt a combination of glute isolation and strength training is absolutely fundamental -- but even more so is diet. If you want to gain = eat more, add weight, and isolate. If you want to lose = eat less, use body weight, and cardio.
+punakku mama with this workout it should tighten, lift, and shape your butt. depending on what your butt is now, it may shrink or it'll get a fuller size
Like olive hails said it would tighten, lift, and shape your butt it doesn't depend on your butt. If you want it to get bigger, you're supposed to add weights in order for your muscles to grow. But if you just want it toned, you can skip the weights or just add a little bit, depending on what your goals are.

Maybe ur form is wrong? I had that same problem before. I tweeked my form a little and it helped lots. Also adding ankle weights will really make you feel the burn

Yes,by doing squats you see results faster but these exercises are much more easier than squats.and you don't hurt your knees that much!

dont do so many reps, use weights. you'll see results faster.

But this way, you get the satisfaction of having dedicated and mastered the ability of utter persistence to achieve the body you want. It brings up your confidence - achieving something you wanted because you set your mind to it. This is my opinion, I'm sure others will disagree with me, preferring the "quick fix"
Also you have more control on how you want it to look and you don't have to worry about it looking fake and horrible

I do it two days in a row and then skip two days because I'm so sore after! Only done it for a week or two and already see a difference. Love it!!
I keep coming back to this one and loving it. Tried the Miranda Kerr one and prefer this one as it alternates sides and is easier on the knees, gives them a break while switching sides. The timer issues drive me a bit nutty, but still prefer it and get a good butt workout.

lol girls, if you want a bigger butt a combination of glute isolation and strength training is absolutely fundamental -- but even more so is diet. If you want to gain = eat more, add weight, and isolate. If you want to lose = eat less, use body weight, and cardio.

Like olive hails said it would tighten, lift, and shape your butt it doesn't depend on your butt. If you want it to get bigger, you're supposed to add weights in order for your muscles to grow. But if you just want it toned, you can skip the weights or just add a little bit, depending on what your goals are.

Rebecca I have been faithfully doing this workout, as well as a few other videos of yours. I am really starting to see a difference. I want to build muscle into my butt, but I have bad knees. Squats are tough on them. Can you make a video of mofied exercises for people with bad knees?

these exersize are for like a 10 y/o girl. Go to walk and run, you will see result faster than those poor excersizes for weak blonde air heads.
Maybe ur form is wrong? I had that same problem before. I tweeked my form a little and it helped lots. Also adding ankle weights will really make you feel the burn
