    A lot if these comments are saying she doesn't have a big butt, she may not have a big one like Beyoncé or Jennifer. But she has a nice toned butt. Who cares if she doesn't have a big one, she is showing you guys this video to help you guys get a nice toned butt.

      I think you don’t realise that the instagram butts you’re used to aren’t attainable for many women, it’s just different genetics. If you don’t lift heavy weights you can’t build up your glutes to make them huge. She looks toned and athletic and she looks wonderful. No, not like Kim, but we all know Kim
      didn’t build her butt in the gym 🤷🏼‍♀️

    she was saying how a person noticed differences in her butt after only 3 months??? WRONG. i noticed differences within A WEEK. at first i didn't expect anything as i think this exercise is pretty easy compared to other videos of XHIT, but my butt is toned after a few days and after a week i looked much better wearing skinny jeans. this is better than any other butt workout videos guys, including the Kim Kardashian workout etc. DO IT ! IT IS TOTALLY WORTH IT. i love you rebecca!

    i've been doing this once a das for a week now and i ALREADY see a difference!!!!! my butt is more toned!!! i've also been doing the victoria secret leg workout parallel to this and i see improvement in my legs as well. it's really worth it guys. the first week ist the hardest but after seeing the results you're just so much more motivated

      my revenge my mom said my booty looked lifted higher up and my bf at the time massaged my glutes and remarked he could definitely tell it was bigger and rounder and firmer

    People here are like where's her butt and shit... First of all it's none of your business and I bet she has a better body than most of you. Second thing is you just clicked on this video and its title has "Victoria's Secret" in it. Have you ever seen models on a runways having enormous butts? Because I did not, this exercise is to tone it up not make it bigger... smh

      Exactly! Plus I prefer a smaller, more toned butt, that's just my own preference, and I was so excited to finally find a workout that tones it without making it look bigger lol most butt workouts I've seen are to make it look bigger or to get a "bubble butt"

      Doesn't her showing us how the exercises work kind of make her body our business since she's using it to teach? It's like the old saying "Never trust a skinny chef.", but I get this isn't an exercise for a bigger butt, it would just seem strange to ignore her results.

    Ive been doing this for two weeks
    My butt looks more tighter and lifted and little smaller
    There are less cellulites
    Im really happy with the result
    Im gonna try my best to continue being regular

    Okay holy moly this was a nice workout!! I'll be keeping up in the comments with how my progress is!
    So first of all, on August 7th I decided, hey, I'm 16 and my butt isn't very round and has quite a bit of cellulite even though I'm a skinny girl, so I started doing squats. At first u started with 50 and each day I would add 5 more.
    So when I got up to doing 200 (I started doing as many as I could rather than adding 5) I noticed a big difference! My butt was round with way less cellulite, but I wanted more of a workout, so today I did this and I think I'll stick with this.
    When I stood up to do the squats my legs were a bit wobbly which surprised me and I knew that this would be really good!
    Measurements!
    Hips: 35 (doubt they'll get smaller as I just have wide hips)
    Butt: 37.5
    Be back in 7 days!

      I did this every second day and did 100 squats the days between. My legs/butt are very toned and didn't gain muscle, so they look nice and much thinner.
      I really suggest this, but oviously your legs won't be amazing after a month. You have to work for it.

      I suggest giving your body a bit of wiggle room and resting one day or do something else like regular squats.

    I can honestly say this has really helped my butt. Before my butt was there but it wasn’t lifted. Now that I’ve been doing this workout for nearly three months my butt is lifted and rounder.

    I remember doing these exercises when I was 16, it was 6 years ago
    Every evening from Monday to Friday I was doing this workout and it really helped me to feel the muscles and keep fit
    Actually I was thin and thanks to these exercises I could see the muscles on my legs

    I've been doing this for 3 week and I can definitely see a difference. Have at least 2 breaks a week and you'll be fantastic the next time you do it. Lots of people can see how tone my butt is getting and I'm only 16. So try it, you have nothing to lose. #booty #workout

    so I've been doing this one for about two weeks. I skipped two days in succession. the change it's gradual but it's there. I'm latina so I naturally have a kind of big butt, but that doesn't mean it's automatically perfect. before it was just kinda sad and saggy, like it just melted and blended into my leg. But theres more definition and toning, and it does look perkier,
    I'm going to do this one and add the thigh slimmer. I'll update in a week or two

      헤린송 yes hi, i had to stop for a week because school started hence the lack of updates, but i started again and IT IS DEFINITELY working!!!!! I noticed the other day while look in the mirror it looks much more perky and defined like she said! i can't tell if my thighs are actually slimming from the Thigh thinner video, but i can say that my thighs do feel much more firm and strong. Keep at it guys, it actually works.

      Don't do it everyday. You're breaking your muscles and for better result, you should have one day break between your exercises

      Yes,by doing squats you see results faster but these exercises are much more easier than squats.and you don't hurt your knees that much!

      dont do so many reps, use weights. you'll see results faster.

      Burning fat is about doing cardio to boost your metabolic rate. You can't target the fat you want to burn, your body will select which fat it will burn on it's own. This is why it is difficult for many people to burn the lower belly fat. But don't lose hope, check out any HIIT training routine to demolish that fat :)

      You can't spot reduce fat. The lower belly fat is usually the last to go. You have to diat properly, train 4-5 days a week doing HIIT and weightlifting, and gradually the belly fat will dissipate as your body fat percentage drops.

    I've been doing this for about 9 months to a year about 3-4 times a week (I try to do it every other day if I'm not lazy) and I can safely say that I've seen a great improvement. It's not perfect--I'm not particularly consistent, so that could be a factor--but the results are very satisfactory. Don't get disappointed or give up if you aren't consistent (which, if you're like most people, you'll miss a day or two or ten here and there) or if you don't immediately benefit (this definitely varies with the individual by what I've read from the other comments)--from my experience you just have to do it as often as you can muster up the will. =) Good luck to all you people reading this!

      @@myrevenge7512 if you don't add weight it'll just tone up meaning it'll get more firm, tighter, lifted not smaller... To grew any muscle you definitely need to add some weight, that way you will tone it at the same time you gain muscle, you get it more voluminous, thicker and bigger because of the muscle gains

      @@myrevenge7512 on the other hand, if you add some weight and you overdo the workout (let's say you start doing it every single day with no rest in between) that weight will burn out the muscle so it actually will become smaller. Bodyweight workouts you can safely do them every single day withought burning muscle up

      +punakku mama with this workout it should tighten, lift, and shape your butt. depending on what your butt is now, it may shrink or it'll get a fuller size

      Like olive hails said it would tighten, lift, and shape your butt it doesn't depend on your butt. If you want it to get bigger, you're supposed to add weights in order for your muscles to grow. But if you just want it toned, you can skip the weights or just add a little bit, depending on what your goals are.

    lol girls, if you want a bigger butt a combination of glute isolation and strength training is absolutely fundamental -- but even more so is diet. If you want to gain = eat more, add weight, and isolate. If you want to lose = eat less, use body weight, and cardio.

      But this way, you get the satisfaction of having dedicated and mastered the ability of utter persistence to achieve the body you want. It brings up your confidence - achieving something you wanted because you set your mind to it. This is my opinion, I'm sure others will disagree with me, preferring the "quick fix"

    I do it two days in a row and then skip two days because I'm so sore after! Only done it for a week or two and already see a difference. Love it!!

    i did this workout for 6 months last year and i could see a HUGE change in my butt and legs. my butt was more lifted and legs were more toned. But i had to quit for 5 months because of my intense school schedule and every result i got went away in only 1 month, so i started doing it again on jan 1st 2017 and have been doing it everyday ever since, RESULTS ARE AMAZING!!     I've been doing the angel workouts for a month now. Cuz of bein busy, I usually do a warm-up, then the routine, I list below.
    1st. day-leg
    2nd. day-stomach
    3rd. day-arms
    4th. day-booty
    (then all over again)
    I've not even been eating the healthiest type of foods, also been eating too much, I can still see a lot of changes. My abs are nice enough compared to their earlier state. (lower-belly fat) My waist got smaller, my legs are toned and look awesome in dresses, also let's not even mention the bubble-butts. So.. girls(, guys), it's totally worth it and you will be so glad that you started it. If you keep going, you will achive what you want.

    I keep coming back to this one and loving it. Tried the Miranda Kerr one and prefer this one as it alternates sides and is easier on the knees, gives them a break while switching sides. The timer issues drive me a bit nutty, but still prefer it and get a good butt workout.

    Day 1: I did it once it was a super good workout
    Day 2: I felt a bit sore today but I did again!
    Day 3: The soreness went away I did it again can't wait till I see my results!
    Day 4: The soreness went away completely! I did the whole the thing again! So excited to see my results!
    Day 5: I did it!!! Loved it!!

      I know how to build a proper round, muscular, strong and sexy butt. I know what I'm talking about.
      I have years of experience and I have 2 former bodybuilders in my family that also assist me with knowledge, I am friends with several physiotherapists and I've trained since I was 14, paired with thousands of hours of research, really trying to seperate the shit from the awesomeness.

    Add ankle weights after doing this for 3-4 weeks and boom, big butt is yurs. Then to gain even more muscle mass you’ll need to add on more weights. Or you’re just gonna have a toned butt but not developed(big). Its better to strech before a workout and its very important to consume proteins right after your workout ! When you do that your muscles have small « injuries » you gotta need proteins to help them recover and grow the muscles or its just gonna fall back in place as it was in the beginning. I only knew about that after a year of doing workouts, during that year I didn’t had a "big" butt only toned and small. Been doing workout the right way for 5 months got incredible results. I actually got more results from these 5 months than the 1 year of doing with no weights. Remember, you cannot have small thighs and not muscular thighs and have a developed and big booty. Its simply impossible except with surgery. You should develop at least a little (with no weights if you’re aftaid of big thighs) your legs cuz its gonna look marvelous I promise !

    Rebecca I have been faithfully doing this workout, as well as a few other videos of yours. I am really starting to see a difference. I want to build muscle into my butt, but I have bad knees. Squats are tough on them. Can you make a video of mofied exercises for people with bad knees?

    I do this twice a day and did 100 squats on day one and added 10 squats each day. Rested on day 4. My booty has gotten so big you see the results really quick

    great workouts i could definitely feel the burn. i just wanted to let you know that your timer started to mess up when i was watching it. i dont know if it was just me that had that problem but yeah lol. anyways good job. i watch your videos every night before i go to bed and i love them!!
