    I used to do this workout when I was 16-17 right before school in the morning...I'm turning 25 in a couple weeks. Just did this workout again. Nostalgia tastes so sweet.

    Tip: when exercising on a harder/painful exercise sing some song lyrics (out loud or in your head) you'll get distracted by focusing on the lyrics and it'll make the time go by faster and distract you from some of the pain lol

    I did this for almost 2 years. I have a flat stomach, some 4 pack ... my obliques are very visible.
    YES : It's working !
    NO : I didn't stopped, I was doing it each week. ( 3 times per week )
    NO : Doesn't works if you eat bad.
    NO : Doesn't works if you start and stop and start and stop.
    NO : Doesn't works if you do ONLY that.
    NO : Doesn't works if you lay in your bed and watch this.
    NO : Doesn't works if you give up.
    RESULTS : after some months, it depends of your body fat...(6 months for me, because I had a lot of belly fat, when I started, and I've lost almost 10 kg, I was watching lots of youtube workout videos, I was dancing alone in my room,I didn't payed a thing, no "special" diet, just eating healthy and having a positive mind).
    MY ROUTINE :
    - eating healthy (Stop the sugar ! Eat fruits instead, or honey)
    - exercising 3 - 4 times per week (abs, butt, arms, yoga, etc) at least for one hour
    - let my body rest bewteen each day workout
    - some cardio from time to time (between 30 - 40 minutes per week)
    - have a positive thinking and never giving up

      I know your comment is old so sorry but do I just have a lot of stamina and a high pain tolerance because I can do workouts and Normal push ups and sit ups and I do run out of breath but that’s it

      No, after 6 month you don't get "extremely" flat stomach (and this is quite bad for the health actually). It was flat, good loking, no fat around, my obliques were visible. After another 6 months I get the 4 pack. You should work out, that's all.

    GUYS THIS DEFINITELY WORKS!!! I have been doing this workout twice a day for about two weeks now and I'm seeing some great results! my stomach was pretty big when I started out and now it's getting flatter and flatter!! Doing a little bit of cardio helps it even more... I also try to drink 2L water everyday plus a cup of green tea after meals :) good luck to you all!

      lol I used to do this a lot but I never got a flat stomach. I never even changed weight. Idk if it’s normal to be the exact same weight for 5 years, but I was. And I even changed my diet so many times. It’s unfortunate

I was pretty lean before, but after a 20 days of follow that guide I actually have visible definition in my abs and I even have muscle definition on my sides

    Ok ppl, this workout is MAGIC!!! I've been doing this for only about 2 weeks and I'm already getting amazing results!!! I've always been so self conscious about my body especially since a couple months ago when I went to a pool partly and this guy said I looked like a pregnant lady.... going to another pool party next week hope he comes so that I can just glare at him and be like "you were saying...?"

    Hi guys! I've been doing this for about 3 weeks now (6 days a week) and I thought I'd share some updates with you. I've lost 7 cm around my waist (~2.75 inches) and I've gained 1 cm around my thighs ( ~0.40 inches). I don't have any abs (yet lol) but my stomach has definitely gotten flatter and more toned. My thighs also became more toned. The first week of this workout is pure hell, but from the second week it only gets better. I'd definitely recommend doing this workout. Good luck!

    I am 167 pounds at age 14. I fail diets faster than I could even say their name. I am the fat friend in all of my social groups. I have no positive motivation. The only motivation I get is my own family shaming me left and right. But I'm planning on changing that. I am sick and tired of everyone's shit. I am sick and tired of all of the dissatisfied looks I get from my own mother. Hell I'm the fattest one in my family and I'm planning on changing that. Each like is a doing this twice a day. And each comment is one day being vegan. This will be the only source of positive motivation i have so thank you so much. Every little like you leave and every comment you give means something to me. It may not affect you personally but it effects me a LOT. I will keep you guys updated in two months on my weight loss and diet schedule (undetermined BC I have no idea on where I should start so tips would be welcomed!!). Thank you!!!!!!!!

      So I used to be quite fat, at the age of around 10-11 and now I’m much happier with my body even though I don’t have a flat stomach . My journey was just to let go of sugary things like coke and sweets and chocolate . I never said I gave up fried food or fast food. I only gave up sugary only for about 3 months or so and there is already a big big difference I am starting to do stomach flattening exercises now so I’m going for that flat stomach🤞🏼 I’m 12 now and when I go to kfc or McDonald’s I order my usual , normally a burger and fries , but not with that soda . Leave the soda. Get water instead 😉This seriously helps and I encourage you to do this too !

    For anyone struggling with their weight/abdominal fat just like I was, this workout really and truly does work. I started doing it pretty much every day (sometimes twice a day) a few months ago and am still doing the same to this day (although I sometimes have days off); and after about 3 weeks I noticed a lot of difference. My stomach reaallyy was starting to shrink, and I had only made a few minor changes in my diet (however I have cut out all drinks besides water). I went from being 9 stone/126 pounds (which by the way is perfectly normal for a teenage girl like me) to nearly 7 and a half stone/110 pounds. *And I did not starve myself at all!* I understand that 7 and a half stone is almost underweight for a young teenager and I am trying to gain weight now which sounds pretty funny but I lost more than I anticipated. Of course results will vary with different bodies but I just wanted to let you all know that this workout has made a massive difference to me! :) *Also please do not diet, starve yourself, under eat or over excerise, you have to get the right balance! I am in no way encouraging extreme weight loss.*

    Coming back again after years. This helped me so much during high school. Lots of water and healthy eating (stopped eating a lot of junk food) and this video + dance workout videos. Definitely gave me the flat stomach I wanted. I went from 114 to 100 in a couple weeks. I am back 3 years later 💪 time to do it all over again!

    I know this is from almost 4 years ago, but I want to say thank you . I've been on this channel for over a month now and lost at least 10 - 15 pounds doing these workouts. I'm only 11 years old and I was 170 pounds (I'm 5'3) and now I am around 153 pounds. In my class, we always do plank contests and push up contests and I would never do them because I was always ashamed that people would make fun of me because I can't do a plank correctly or I can't do a push up. But now I can do some push ups! And I can hold a plank for at least 1 minute. Now I fit in with my class! And it's all because I subscribed to your channel and started to do workouts every day. Thank you again for this!

      +anah 4 Do this exercise, drink lots of water and stay off oily food. You will definitely get results. I had flatter stomach by the end of a week of these exercises.

    I've been doing the Russian twists everyday for like 1 1/3 years and I keep losing weight!!:) the pounds have been shedding off, but it takes time. Thanks so so much for introducing me to this!
    P.S. If you also want to lose weight do the Russian twists until your tummy is on fire EVERY night and cut out sodas, then gradually cut out other unhealthy things. It works so well! Good luck to whoever reads this!:)

      Juliet Smith I do like her workouts but out of all the workout videos I do this is the least effective . Look at her tiny waist workout video it's like 16 mins long. The workout is only 12 mins long it's a lot more effective than this I find

    I MET MY GOAL!!!!!!!!!!!!😃😃😃 It took me 2 months to lose 8 lbs but I did it!!! I have lost 12 pounds over a few months and I feel AMAZING!!! Guys you can do this.     A year ago from now I started working out my abs with this video and I was very very consistent with it I would do it 2 times a day 7 days a week and I would eat very very healthy I started to see an amazing difference I went from a m to a small but I stopped doing it after 2 months and now I'm back to where I was in the first place this workout DOES WORK!! It works wonders so if you're trying to get a flatter stomach this does work make sure you're consistent with it and even when you reach your goal continue to do these! I'm starting these again & so should all of you watching this good luck guys!!

    I was doing this for eight days twice a day and trust me I always had fat on my stomach but after 8 days of doing these excercises my stomach was flat as a wall..unfortunately I stopped doing them and now I'm dealing with the same thing. Tommorow I'm starting again so wish me luck :))
    Update So I did these again but for like 2 weeks? Cause I wanted that summer body lmao but ye same results it came back after a while. My advice is to be consistent unlike me so yea good luck

    Hii, I am back here after 4 years and I wanna say a few words. I started doing this workout summer before the beginning of high school. I had no friends at that time and I was really insecure about my body. This and a few other workouts helped me lose a lot of weight and it was a first time I was actally commited to a workout routine. Now, 4 years later a lot has changed and I am here to get in shape before deserved holiday with friends because we all got in colleges we wanted.     I just wanted to point at something really important that people may not realise when it comes to having a flat stomach.
    I was doing this exercise (I was skinny everywhere EXCEPT my stomach and had no clue why-.-) and I was noticing a small change, but not much. But then after looking in the mirror for a while I realised that it was my POSTURE that was making me still look a bit fat on my tummy. If you slouch without realising, or have head forward and chest back, your tummy will stick out a little bit.
    So I started practicing better posture by spending about a minute a day stood with my feet, back and head against a wall. While you're not supposed to walk like a stick all day, it really helps get your body used to standing up properly and makes it look more natural. After this I was really noticing the effects from this video and my stomach was getting flatter and more toned. I know it's probably not gonna apply to everyone, but just an idea for some :)

      Trang Bùi Quỳnh I do this video and another one for legs and butt, once every other day. I think if you do it everday the effect is better, but over time these workouts have worked so well for me. They get less intensive over time though, so I added some other ab workouts to it in my routine. But as a whole their channel is great :D

    Day 1: it was difficult to get through all of them with out pausing
    Day 2: sore like crazy 😭
    Day 3: still sore and no difference
    Day8: I see the outline of my "abs" on my tummy
    Day:16 I don't see major difference but my tummy is a bit flatter
    Day:18 way easier to do, I lost 7 pounds without having a strict diet but I'm starting to watch what I eat
    Day:30 I rested this week and forgot to work out but I do notice a big difference
    Day:34 wow I've been doing this for one month now and I'm shook I lost lots of fat and I can see my abs :)
    Day:60 ( idk I lost count) I went through a personal problem but I'm back up and since I have stopped working out I have maintained my weight
    Day: idk I lost track 😭 but I stopped working out cause I'm happy with myself now and I'm in basketball so that keeps me occupied also best of luck remember ur beautiful no matter what ❤️
    (Update) Its been about 4 months since I’ve stopped doing this work out but since then I️ became vegetarian and that helped my body a lot more personally but I wish the best for anyone reading this, I believe in you and hope you reach your goal

    It’s been a year since I started this weight loss journey and since then I learned a lot about my body. I lost 26 pounds in total by doing this workout, joining a gym, and becoming vegetarian.     I just wanted to comment saying that XHIT really does make a difference!! I kicked my fitness into high gear these last few weeks. I have lost 10lbs (which is a lot for a 5'3 shortie) moved from a size 8 to basically a 4, and am just generally stronger and look better. I did my own cardio (running, elliptical) and changed my diet a lot. Even when I didn't do the videos, I took the moves I learned from here and did them in the gym along with my cardio. Now I have a vast arsenal of moves to choose from. Also, have talked to Rebecca and Kelsey personally through social media and they're both so sweet. KEEP IT UP Y'ALL! It really works if you work it.     I remember doing this 4 years ago almost everyday when I was 15..man I had abs because of this workout at JUST *15* . Don't underestimate this workout..it's BOMB 🔥
    Idk where I derived motivation then but now I'm 19 and unfit AF as I do this with my muffin top 😂😂
    Edit: I'm gonna start doing this again as from today (21 may) for 2 weeks (with 1 day rest in a week) & then comment my results
    Update: 2021 and still rocking this every week as my favorite workout
    Update: 2024 and found my comment again. I'm never leaving this. It's just my fave 😭

    To anyone sitting on the couch, eating potato chips and wondering whether they should do it or no:
    THIS WORKS! I have been doing this for 3 weeks (5 days per week) and noticed defined lines down the sides of my abs. When you start, don't stop. Be consistent.

    I'm 14, 210 lbs, 5'8, and honestly these workouts help so much. Two weeks have passed and already I'm seeing HEAVY results. I feel more comfortable with my body, confidence has boosted, I don't need to take my pills anymore either.

    If you guys watched this and just saved it “for later” let me tell you, i was solely doing this working + basic cardio and random lifting at the gym, only took a little over a month to see drastic results with clean eating (abs come from the kitchen not the gym) , all it takes is consistency and you guys are SET for success and gains, 3 years later i still come back to this workout it really is amazing

    Okay, its now the 22nd November 2017, I started doing this list (except the flutter kicks) once through everyday for five days a week from the 22nd September 2017, and I genuinely have abs, they're not bulging or ever that defined but they're there, you can see and feel them. Only 8 weeks of spending 4 mins every week day my body looks and feels twice as good, it's strange how different you look with even just your stomach toned. But anyway, that's just me coming back to the comments to let any sceptical people know it does work.

    I've been doing this for about a month, 5 times a week. My weight went from 58 kg to almost 54 kg. I didn't have any particular diet, but I always made sure to drink 8 glasses of water each day. I know it can be hard at first, but the results are worth it😊 Thank you so much Rebecca!💕

      Well, 4kg in a month without dieting but just with these isolated exercises? You either lie about this or just have a malign disease. But for everyone, I have been doing Rebecca's workouts for years and they always worked well and immediately so you are in the right place for your goals. Don't expect miracles but your effort will pay off, no doubts.

    this is a great work out!! i’ve been doing this work out for about a week or two and I am surely noticing a difference. ive also noticed my legs getting a little bit slimmer. i’ve been doing this workout about 3-4 times a day. when i wake up, around lunchtime/mid day, after dinner and then like an hour before i go to bed. it seems like a lot but you just have to get into a routine of doing it and i promise you, you feel super good after you finish the work out!! if you are consistent you will eventually reach your goal, don’t give up!! i will keep updating every few days but i’ve been recording my measurements for a little while so here they are.
    waist measurements:
    4/12/2020- 79 cm
    4/19/2020- 77 cm
    4/24/2020- 75 cm

    This hurt so bad but I'm proud of myself, will update in a weak from now!
    Day 6: I did the workout all the way through with no breaks! My stomach also feels a lot tighter but there isn't any visual difference yet
    Day 11: I've seen some noticable changes! I feel slimmer and I bought my first bikini today!!! I'm 16 and I'll finally wear a bikini :) this has helped so much with my self confidence.
    Day 20: today's day 20, there's still a bit of lower tummy fat but it's not a lot. I didn't do great with eating healthy today so. This morning I weighed 133.5 so that's good

    Day1 : It got me super tired and I could only do exercise in some moves but I didn't stop 'till time's up.
    Day2 : I did more than yesterday and also more fluent.
    Day3 : So tired but after that, felt so good!
    Day4 : I did way easier! I love it
    Day5 : I'm not gonna lie, it is obviously seen my stomach is getting flatter!
    Day10 : I don't see a big difference after that, still the same. Maybe I don't eat clean as well. Lol. So I need to watch what I eat!
    Day20 : Guys! My stomach comes so far, just keep doing it. Day 13-15, you'll feel give up because you may doesn't see any differance but after that trust me, you gonna notice your stomach has changed so so fast! Just keep doing it, just time! Now I still have little belly and when I can get rid of it, I'll update again! :)
    3months : I actually did 2 months. I had stopped doing this for a month because I was quite busy with homework and stuff. My stomach is still the same as I did for 2 months(40 times). Keep eating normally, less sugar and less fat.

      Yes I did! I do 3-4 days a week. First 10 days, I did 2 videos per time, are this video and 10 minute ab workout: how to get a six pack. And after 10 days I added another one video is the 7 best ab exercises . So, I have been doing 3 videos for over 10 days now.

    I've always struggled losing my belly, but this workout- woah! I started seeing results in one week and now addicted to it as the results keep getting better! Just remember, you won't see results straight away, but if you do this daily, they will happen!

    This workout actually does help. You don't have to do it everyday, but you have to do it *consistently*. I'm not one who likes going to gyms nor actually go outside to jog. All I did was changed my diet into something low calorie and healthier. For my form of exercise I used this video, WiiFit, and Just Dance. (basically just cardio with some lunges and stretches on the side). Judge me for using WiiFit, but it helped me exercise as I wanted to exercise in some form... I did that since mid May of this year and I lost about 18 pounds. I'm close to my goal of losing 20 pounds by the end of the summer so I'm glad I got the motivation. It may not work for everyone, but find a way to eat healthier/exercise & *STICK TO IT*) Right now I weigh 142 lbs (5'6") and before it was around 160 lbs.
    Basically what I did & tips:
    - count my calories and changed what I eat and when I eat (I eat one meal @ 9 AM, 1 PM, 5PM)
    - drink lots of water (around 2 liters = 4 water bottles a day)
    - find a form of exercise I like such as this video & cardio from the free runs in WiiFit and dances from Just Dance, just exercise for between an hour - hour and 30 mins
    - it's okay to take a day or 2 off to rest, just as long as you get back to working out
    - if you are craving anything and it's not time to eat, drink water or have a small snack like yogurt
    - don't look @ yourself in the mirror nor the scale everyday because that will discourage you as we all want to see rapid changes overnight, checking once a week is okay to keep track (despite me still doing it, but I'm so close to my goal I want to really see it...;;)
    - find a motivation to lose weight, e.g. being healthier, wanting to change habits
    - *DO NOT LOOK FOR SHADYSKETCHY WAYS TO LOSE WEIGHT*, please do not fall for clickbait videos that promises for fast weight loss through fad/idol diets, pills & teas, etc., all you basically need is a change in habits & exercise
    Once I reach my goal, I'm creating a new goal to see if I can lose more weight to reach around 130-135 lbs. I will still stick to this exercise once my stomach gets as flat and lessen cardio to 30 mins a day, and stick to how I'm eating.
    I hope this gives someone some motivation & help...!
    EDIT (09-03-2018): I've been kind of lazy for a week since moving into school and stuff but I have reached my goal!! I now weigh 138 lbs! I'm still going to keep going to lose a few more pounds!!

    Day 1: HOLY DAMN i almost fainted and i could not finish most of the exercises aha obv no change
    Day 2: couldn't finish most either but could already feel a difference, no change
    Day 3: okay i woke up (i do these at night) and i actually saw my belly being SLIGHTY flatter so yay, could finish most of them!
    Day 4: slight change again! Could finish even more, am really motivated to keep on going!
    Day 5: i can actually already see a bigger difference now. Belly is flatter and slightly slimmer, could finish all!
    Day 6: slightly slimmer, could finish all + could continue if i wanted after the exercise was done (if that makes sence aha)
    Day 7: can rlly start to see a bigger difference! Completed the set 1,5 times, yay for me
    Day 8: no obvious changes, completed 1,5 times
    Day 9: no obvious changes, completed 1,5 times and went surprisenly well
    Day 10: abs are starting to show a tiny bit :)
    Day 11: same as day 10, no obvious changes tho
    Day 12: completed 2 times! Am dead though
    Day 13: stomach is getting flatter :)
    Day 14: completed 2 times and went slightly better, stomach is getting flatter and abs are starting to show more!

    Week 3: i feel like i'm already getting used to it and most of the time i tend to do the workout twice :) also, since i started i lost 1,3kg/3lbs!
    Week 4: been on vacation and have been skipping some days but my abs are getting trained now so i didn't experience any problems doing the workout!
    Also i felt sooo confident in my bikini bc my belly was flat for like the first time ever hahahahaha
    Week 5: (i forgot to update on the 'actual' week 5 sorry :( ) OKAY SO DARLINGS after this one i think i'm going to stop updating bc the changes are not so spectacular anymore ;) i can still see a difference every week but it's not worth updating lol.
    so glad i started this again tho, if you're in the comment section wondering wether or not this is a good workout: HELL YE IT IS! It gave me very good results, the only thing is you need to stick to it and do it every day + try to eat slightly better :) YOU CAN DO THIS! I'm sending much courage and stronger abs your way ;)

    been doing this for almost a month now and my stomach is so much flatter.....my lower belly fat is still there but i’m determined to get rid of it completely. then i’m hoping to see some abs coming along! i recommend this workout to everyone who’s not sure of doing it. it rly does work and it gets wayy easier once you’re used to it!!
