    I can honestly say, after doing this for two or three months, my arms look so great. I'm so happy with them. My mom even notices how tone they look and she wants in on the exercises! I just eat lots of fruit, veggies, and lean meat like chicken, and I love salmon! They look very slim and you can see how tone they are. Move up your weights whenever you feel like the ones you're using are too easy. I started out with 5lbs and now I can do 9lbs.

      Wow I'm glad you had good results, can you tell me how many times a week you did it before seeing results? Also moving your weight up didn't that make your Arms bigger?

      +Sandra Jefferson I started doing this in August. October I started seeing results! They still aren't where I want them, but they definitely look tone. Moving up waits gives you muscle but not bulky, if that makes sense? It just makes them look lean and tone for me. My mom would tell me if she thought they looked bulky haha (and there's nothing wrong with having muscle but I just wanted something tone and lean) I'm not really an expert. I shouldn't really give advice haha, I'm just learning as I go. Hope it goes well for you!

    I have been doing this workout for about 15 days. I Have fairly muscular arms , but it was hiding all under the fat on my arms. Since I have been doing this workout, my arms are definitely more toned and muscular than ever! If you think you can't do this you are missing out on some toned arms because this really really works! Seeing the results, has given more confidence to keep moving!

      +dusty ytsud I only did the exercises from this video once a day for roughly a month, since I just wanted to tone my arms. Also, I did variations of some of them so that I wasn't doing the same thing. This really helped me define my arms and now I have toned arms (thanks to strength training, cardio, and eating cleaner) from videos like these and lifting as well.

      amber rae Unless you use heavy weights, then no. In my opinion, 3 lb to 5 lb weights are the best weight range to get toned, slim arms. Just use the best weights for you & don't go too heavy on the workout if it isn't comfortable for you.

    Rebecca is using weights that are 5 pounds each; 3-5 pounds is a good weight to start. When you use a heavy weight and do a lower number of reps, you'll see bulkier muscles form, as the body is building mass. Lighter weights and more reps will help you tone muscles.

    Been doing a combination of the arms, legs, and butt victoria's secret model workouts for 4 straight days now. (along with one other 20 min morning yoga video). I think this equals to about 45~50 minutes of core muscle exercises & stretching. Also added in cool-down walking around the neighborhood for about 20 minutes each day. Haven't seen any noticeable difference yet, but I definitely feel myself gaining strength each day! I'm one of the average girls that get all shaky when doing planks/knee push ups.. but the shakiness lessened with each workout. Goal is to lose overall fat on arms/legs/thighs and hopefully achieve that thigh gap!! Will be back to post after 2 weeks! Wish me luck! :)

    Yes this is a toning workout. As a general rule of thumb, if you increase your time or repetitions and decrease the amount of weight you are using, you will get a better toning workout

    I've been doing these workouts for a week every day and I can tell I got some muscles and I can kind of tell that I'm burning fat from the sides of my arms and that's what I wanted thank u so much Rebeca!!! Also love ur other work out videos they are really helpful!

    I've just been realising that a lot of people are wondering if they will gain muscles with exercises. It really is just about what you eat, like models, they don't eat as much as other people do. So if you want to be bulky and all, make sure to eat a lot, but when I say "a lot" i mean eat A LOT of fruits and veggies and anything healthy. But if you want to be like a model, only eat meals, and don't eat anything unhealthy for you and your body. And obviously don't eat a lot. Its all about your diet folks! And just so you know, i use the modelling type of diet, and it really does work!! Most of the information provided here was given from my dad, and he's very fit! Hope you learnt something! Your welcome ;)

    I've only done this workout a few times and I can already see my arms getting more toned! Love it. For some reason, I only see results after doing Rebecca-Louise's videos; it's like she knows exactly what to do for my body type! I've tried a few of the other trainers' workouts but for whatever reason, Rebecca is my go-to for the best results. :)

      Do a lot of wall push-ups whenever u can , they really help even tho you don't 'do much' it really makes a difference

    I love this tea. First it is surprisingly good. With the Weight Loss Green Store Tea product and the infused herbs, no sweetener is needed and it smells really good. Second it is very relaxing. I made my first cup after a particularly busy day at work and I could feel my body relax as I was drinking it. And third, it helps curb my appetite! I wasn't hungry and looking for a midnight snack as per usual.

    Oh Also, I've just paid more attention to your abs.. and I'm getting so excited. Ive been doing your 5 minutes abs workout and the 7 minutes one everyday. I miss some days but regardless I do so many times in a week.. I can tell you I've only been doing the exercise 4 days in a row.. and i can see it working on my stomach. And they seem to be turning out like yours! I don't have belly fat to begin with so the exercise works perfectly. I'm so excited to continue doing it for a month! I love you and your videos! Keep it up! And also I think it would be great if you have a workout food plan video as well. Idk if I'm eating the right food, or right amount of food to help gain muscles.. so.. I think a lot of people would benefit from that as well. :)

    Rebecca! I am so happy I discovered your videos. I have done a different ab video every day (more often the intense full abs and the 10 minute abs) and have really started to see a difference! Can't wait for my arms to get more toned!
    I do have a question, though. Would you suggest pairing your workouts with cardio (like running or biking) or just doing them on their own?

    The thing I love about these workouts the most is that it's so intimate. When I do them I feel like I'm with a friend in her living room having a good time and working out together, instead of a huge cold gym. It's so relaxing tbh (the doggie helps). And it keeps me coming back for more. ^_^

    The weight she uses changes depending on the exercise, but always exercise according to your level. You can even skip the weights all together! But, it's good to start with 3#s then work your way up

    this is so good! i already have been making progress doing it multiple times a week. but i use 10 pound weights. gonna start doing it twice day to speed up the process.     I've been doing this workout for a little over 2 weeks and I've been seeing a huge difference. For those of you asking if you're going to gain muscle and get big: yes you will gain muscle but you won't get huge like a guy. It's impossible for girls to "get big" because we don't produce much testosterones like guys do. You will get toned. And yes your arms will get skinnier but not flabby skinny they'll be tight skinny which is sexy !

      +madison young yes it will!! But remember it's not only the workouts by itself. 80% is what you're feeding your body. And if you're trying to loose the flab quick you have to mix the exercises with cardio-interval exercises. My arms look a lot toner and so much better than they were.

    I love this workout! Can you post more videos like this? Because I feel like my arms are a little bulky and I want to slim them down (a lot) so with the Victoria's Secret workouts I don't have to worry because I know they'll build lean and toned muscles instead of big and bulky :)

      jasmine bedford just tone them, so get rid of fat and have nice, light natural muscles. you can skip out on the weights if you want for some exercises but you won't get huge muscles with those light ones :)

    1. Dips for triceps
    2. One leg pushups for triceps
    3. Complex shoulder raise for shoulders
    4. Arm circles forward followed by backward each for 30 seconds.
    5. Curl and jab
    6. Curl and twist
    7. tricep kickbacks
    8. Reverse flys
    9. Curl and hold

    Fantastic workout yet again! Haha, I doubt any of the VS models can actually knock out even one regular push-up - I'm sure you're much stronger than all of them combined! :)
    (btw, seeing that couch in the background: Instead of showing the modified pushups on knees, you could also offer incline pushups with hands on the couch as a modification - it even allows you to keep the "full" form and keep working your core!)

    Hey i'v been doing this for a few weeks now (can deffently notice a difference). i often use the gym but do this inbetween. if I done this in a set of 3 (so done it all 3 times) would it work better or would it bulk? would love for you to get back to me. Thanks Pippax

    Should I do this exercise only one time or more than just once a day? Or mixes with the others?
    And what about the warming before the exercise? Or it's not necesary?

    You can use something else like: water bottles, cans of soup, etc. Anything that gives you resistance. : )
