A couple weeks ago I had the opportunity to speak at the worlds largest gathering of free minds, FreedomFest. It was an honor to share about the carnivore diet and the healing our family has found with so many new people. I hoped to share with them what is possible with diet/lifestyle changes and the freedom that is provided by being healthy!

Let's hope that's the general consensus 🤪 I am fully expecting people thinking I am "getting political", which if they watched the video that would see is not the case at all. But this is my real life and I will always share it all!
Same here, it's awesome! I believe freedom and carnivore are strongly related - one needs to be open to admitting that the institutions are corrupt to arrive at both. No wonder so many Bitcoiners are carnivores.
I actually plan my own talk including carnivore at a small festival in Bratislava in September.

Yes, we’re on social media and maybe politics have nothing to do with your niche..or my niche but I’m still a human with beliefs and I hate having to hide in fear out of rejection or losing followers just for standing up for what I believe in. I try to “play it safe” but I’ll do certain things subliminally like wear certain T-shirt’s or use my favorite emojis hoping I connect with like minded people who understand😅🇺🇸🙃

doing carnivorous diet for more then year and not having any energy as they claim ( and not for reason to loose weight ) is not difficult to cut carbs or sugar

I knew there were multiple reasons why I liked your channel!! Outside of carnivore, I too am a freedom lover and value what we have been given in this great country!! It is not a guarantee, liberty must be cherished and protected, and sadly those in charge at this time I fear, want to remove more of our freedoms as Americans, even our food choices!! We must be a unified voice and stand up and tell them NO!!! Glad that I watched this video, the greed from Big Pharma is very obvious to those of us with eyes to see and ears to hear.

You were the first person that I heard speak of Carnivore, so I follow you now faithfully. I have been on all meat for maybe three or four weeks now. I'm still not sure as to how much I am to eat, but truthfully I eat until I am full. It seems as though my blood pressure has come down, but I am scared to get on the scales, so I will wait until my doctors visit which is at the end of August. You helped me figure out why I got where I am now and what do I need to change my lifestyle. I like it that you call it a lifestyle change, cause that is what it is. I figured out that I am a stress eater. I have eliminated all carbs but I still have my two cups of coffee in the morning. I have decreased my sugar from 3 teaspoons to 2 and instead of the powdered cream I have heavy cream. I still prepare dinner for the family, but my boyfriend is ok if all he eats is meat, but if he wants a side I will fix it. I find that I am not eating much, just dinner usually, but I try to eat a early afternoon eggs and a couple pieces of saugage. I sure enjoy listening to Ken Berry and all other carnivores on their journey. Thanks for doing this, It sure is helping me. PS my journey started at 295 pounds. God bless you and your family.

One of the reasons I don’t go to SB, is I don’t know how to order, besides I like just plain black coffee, not strong. Saves tons of $$
I love you guys!. So informative and real. Iam just starting on my carnivore way of eating and loving it. Iam listening to my body finally and love the taste and texture of meat. Carbs don't do it for me anymore. I suffer with cholesterol, pre diabetic, and high blood pressure and stage 1 kidney damage, at the age of 53. Things need to change, iam a ticking time 💣 . The rendezvous is where I tried alligator for the first time. Of all the things to get at the best barbecue place… SMH… I ordered alligator chili. I also still remember how good the ice tea was.

Love this Starbucks trip too funny 😉 but just an FYI at Starbucks Trenta size is not available for cold brews or coffees of any kind Trenta is only available for any kind of Teas or |Refresher kind of drinks etc why they don’t do that size in cold brews is beyond me - also how does the citrus LMNT taste in the passion tea? I would have never thought to do that!! Great idea! love the vids girl keep ‘em coming girl!!
Really late reply, but Starbucks can’t legally sell Trenta coffee/espresso drinks because of the amount of caffeine in it

We just said "cold brew no sweetener"...I never know what comes with it or not so I just say no sweetener to be safe.

So far, I've avoided ordering at Starbucks...ever! I've only had a drink from Starbucks twice, both times ordered for me although I said I didn't want anything. One was a peppermint hot chocolate while Christmas shopping with a friend. She was driving and pulled into the drive through. She knows I don't drink coffee, so she foisted the HC on me. 🤷🏼♀️ She also knew I didn't eat sugar and watched carbs closely, so I'm not sure what she was thinking. I had a few sips to be polite then "forgot" it in the car to get cold. The other time at least ended better. My daughter wanted Starbucks and decided to order something for me. She had once worked at Starbucks after college until for 2 months until she got her first "real" job, so at least she she knew what/how to order. She came back to the car carrying the drink you had, Laura, so at least I actually drank that!
