Thank you for your transparency and I’m so glad that it’s been a success for you and thank you for sharing the good Times and the bad Times.
Great to listen to the journey you have both taken :) I loved what Chris said about 'being addicted to the results" That is what we all need to focus on instead of ever giving into a stupid cheat day ..I never could understand why anyone would ever cheat on themselves ...the old saying goes...'it's a dirty bird that craps in it's own nest".
Chris, you have an incredible story and your honesty is so helpful. "I can't moderate myself like that." You know you need to do something different when you're susceptible to flesh-eating bacteria.
You have helped me so much. I have very little weight to lose, and it is not coming off, so I am learning to be content where I am and staying carnivore. I am an addict with food and I find the absence of cravings is a joy!
Amazing story Chris. I have began researching carnivore recently and listening to this was great. I retired from the military almost two years ago, since then I gained a lot of weight. I struggle with moderation so I over eat. Hearing your journey gives me confidence that I can start the carnivore diet and get back to a healthy lifestyle.
Thank you, Chris, for sharing your weight loss journey. It will be great motivation for people who have tried losing weight on "diets". I am thankful for finding the carnivore lifestyle as well as it finally helped eliminate cravings for sugar and chips, etc. Occasionally when under lots of stress I am wanting to get some of those foods, but like you, I have been able to avoid giving in. 🎉 Congratulations Chris!
Thanks so much for sharing. I have signs of insulin resistance so I’ve been focusing on keto and exercise, IMF. I struggle sometimes with derailing myself on cheats, trying to address the emotional eating. This gives me hope I’m on the right track with carnivore or keto. You both are awesome!!

@@ZekeMan62 I appreciate the input. I've been OMAD the whole time. I typically eat steak after I get off work at like 8 PM. This is a stubborn stall. I cannot envision eating less. Thank you for sharing your story. Your mutual support and love is transparent and inspiring. God bless your family in health, mind, and spirit.
Sara, you won't be disappointed if you go strictly carnivore. With keto, I always had cravings that seemed to always plague me. With carnivore -- just like Chris said -- you have control. It truly is amazing. Bless you, though, in whatever path you choose.
I think the good thing about carnivore is your body can use gluceogenesis from the meat and eventually you can slip into ketosis more easily when youre not eating too

👏 Bravo to you!
I noticed that people who endure a carnivore journey don't look exhausted or too thin. Meat gives enough energy and health to the looks. Congratulations!
True testament to 2 people who met being heavy and yet have beautiful hearts . Now they are the epitome of health and are still the same people without the weight. Your both the kind of people we seek out to as friends. Even from a distance your delivery makes you human and real. The world needs more people like you both !! Continued health and happiness. 🥩
Love you’re all’s story. Like the other persons comment about real people sharing their story and I can’t thank the both of you enough.
This was wonderful. Thank you for having Chris on. Woooohooo no meds!!! Although I've been watching your vids on and off for some time, this one spurred me to subscribe. The best thing about both of your journeys is that you are saving your children from the mental/physical/food hell most of us have gone through. They will thank you in the future. Look forward to more of your content.
What a great video. You guys are the cutest carnivore couple! I can't imagine what Chris's doctor said when that A1C dropped from 11 to 4! Wow! I'm also happy you'll have more years on the planet due to the change! Much love to you both!
Love to see both , he is awesome and a great support for men! Thank you!
Simple and heartwarming inspirational video! Thank Chris for sharing!
Their skin and hair looks amazing! I’m sold
You guys are so cute!!! Thanks for sharing.
What a wonderful testimony! Thank you so much for sharing.
This was an excellent interview, thank you!
You guys look great! I have about 129 pounds to lose. I just started Carnivore last week, and I am down about 4 pounds already.
What a great couple. They seem to genuinely love and care for each other, true partners. That is a huge component in a solid marriage. I am happy for them and wish them continued success. I am a subscriber now! Keep these cool videos coming, please!
I stumbled across your new shorts videos and as soon as I heard your husband has/had t2d I had to find more info.
I appreciate Chris doing the video it is inspiring.
Going low carb has helped drop my a1c, but after a few years I keep getting pulled back into eating the junk.
Carnivore sounds great. I really appreciate the explanation and inspiration.
Yay Chris! I'm so proud of both of you! You have been a huge inspiration to me! ❤
Love him. Nice hubby you have. Thanks for sharing. I will have to show my husband.😁
Excellent results! I appreciate that you both talked about how those ‘cheat days’ can be so dangerous... thank you for sharing 🙆🏻🤗
Sincerely, Susan
Thank you for sharing your story. I am diabetic and I know that my health is not in a good place. I plan on watching all your videos. Very encouraging!!
Laura, I love your channel. I have been Paleo for 17 years - refining as I go along. When I added daily Intermittent fasting my weight became ideal, but I am still intrigued by your journey into Carnivore. I would love to hear about how you feed your children. The healing from disease is the part that calls to me. I've been a foodie and health enthusiast all my life and this is the biggest breakthrough in my lifetime! Thank you for sharing. You are a lovely couple.
The key I took from this video is "addicted with the results". Very encouraging.
Chris has an amazing story to tell, he and I are almost the same person with very similar symptoms and ailments. My 3 month Keto journey has me down 30lbs and I'm very inspired by his story! Thank you.
How are you doing now?
Sorry, I asked for a video like this from you yesterday, I didn’t see it. Exactly what I was looking for. Superb detail
Thank you both for sharing your story together. My story is virtually identical, but less severe. We keep adding up the n=1’s and end up with N=50,000+. Real people ignoring all the “Standard of Care” advice and treatments which keep us sick, and instead turn to our UA-cam medical pioneers who offer real solutions!
Does your testimony help my “confirmation bias”? YES!!!
And I love it! Thanks again for sharing. Your story helps in staying the course, and sustaining these principles for life!
Hi Laura & Chris...... I got to meet and talk with you both at the book signing with Dr Berry in Mesa last year. I'm SO happy I found you here. As much as I love, love, love Dr Berry, you were both such a huge inspiration to me that night. I always regretted not asking for your number because on my way home that night and for days after I thought of so many questions I wished I could have asked you. BUT..... now I can find you anytime and get all the answers to those questions I left with that night! Thanks so much for sharing your story and your journey with us! -Peggy
What a sweet couple!! Good to see that you are working together...makes life so much easier. 😊
Chris, what a brilliant, wonderful, amazing story. Kudos to you for being strong enough to share it. Thank you. Cheers Alec
Thank you Chris for sharing your story. CONGRATULATIONS to you both of breaking the cycle and support each other👍🙏 Much love🙂
Laura, I listen to one of your other videos and all my gosh it was like hearing my own life story over and over again and yours I’ve come to the point that I don’t and we want to try carnivore salmon be looking for one of your videos that hopefully tells you how to start.
This was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Thank you for sharing!!
Thank you! What a great way to encourage us! Good job Chris!!
Your husband inspired me to start carnivore thank you.
Please reply with 30 day update. Keto was my way to KEEP OFF 50 pounds.
Do it man! I lost over 60 pounds in less than eight months and I wasn't really that strict with it either. Right now I am stalled out with maybe twenty more to lose but I am keeping on with it!
@@spaceghost8995
I was exactly where you're at. Stalled at 60lbs with 20-25 more to go. Stayed Carnivore, but went to 1 big meal a day at 5-6pm fasting before. Wasn't that hard and the final weight came off quick (2 and half weeks). Then went back to my previous 2 meal a day Carnivore schedule and have maintained that weight ever since.
@@ZekeMan62 I appreciate the input. I've been OMAD the whole time. I typically eat steak after I get off work at like 8 PM. This is a stubborn stall. I cannot envision eating less. Some serious fasts are going to have to happen. Also, I have to admit I have had some cheat days here and there and that has to end also. Fucking Waffle House or IHOP. I'm 6-2 and was 284 now I'm about 225. Shooting for 205. Not giving up !
@@spaceghost8995
Wow. Probably going to have to up the exercise a bit then. A brisk 45 minute walk 5-6 days a week made a big difference for me. Good luck.
The hug you got from yer hubby got you my subscription ❤❤
😄😄😄
Got to be the best video I've seen in a couple months on UA-cam..... of course I'm sending it to half for the people I train....
Whoa, so many ailments. Thank God you found Carnivore health! Many more healthy years to your both!
I wish I had a ❤️ button instead of a “like” button. Y’all are where I wish me and my husband could be, doing keto/carnivore together. Thank you for sharing. 🌸
Thank you!! You totally can. We caused each other to cheat for a lot of years but now we help each other push through and stay strong!
Sylvia Pearson I felt the same when watching this. I keep trying to get my hubby to join me, but I know if a person isn’t ready, there isn’t anything we can do. I want him to be so healthy, he’s in constant pain.
Thank you for the honesty and the openness.
Truly inspirational story. I too have a companion in my journey to better long term health. I’ve been on Keto for 8 months and intermittent fasting for about 3 months. Loving the results. My husband recently started Keto to loose weight, but he is talking more about how much better he feels, specially his sleep. We are considering experimenting with carnivore.
I think the good thing about carnivore is your body can use gluceogenesis from the meat and eventually you can slip into ketosis more easily when youre not eating too
@@VeganV5912 Until they were cursed for eating from the tree of knowledge of good and evil. Then they had to kill animals.
I was on keto for 2 days. Found Laura as I went down a rabbit hole on you tube. After watching this video I immediately switched to carnivore and omad. 2 month in now. I have doctor appointment in 1 more month to check all my numbers. This is what is holding me accountable . Can't wait to see my numbers. So far so good. Thanks Laura and Chris.
Thanks to both of you for sharing! Informative and real.
I’m very happy for both of you, my husband and I have said we will do a one month carnivore challenge and take it from there:) At the moment (mostly) keto and (mostly😅)OMAD, but still seeing great results. Sending good vibes to anyone reading and good luck on your journey😊🙏🏼🌺
... thanks for sharing your great inspirational journey guys... well done... keep up the good work.
Thanks guys sending this to my brother who has just been diagnosed type two.
Thanks for sharing, what a beautiful couple.
Thank you for sharing. Knowing men and women are different, seeing your husband's story answered a few questions .
Great interview you two! Chris thank you for sharing your story. Laura you asked all the right questions helping me with more insights for my journey. Thanks!
What a story and what a journey! I hope you had on your seatbelts. Thanks so much for letting all if we supporters tag along to the butcher market! 🙏🏼❤️👏
Thanks for doing the video, Chris!
I have watched several of your video's now and they have all been very encouraging, It is probably surprizing to you that people are still watching, Just the first of JUly I have been able to stay on the Keto diet without cheating or fall backs, and it is due to watching success story like yours that has kept me on spot. My husband is not Keto and I still have to cook foods for him that I have loved like potatoes, pasta and the like. It is hard to maintain but I am finally doing it. Thank You for sharing, and Bless you both
Thanks so much for sharing! can't believe how close Chris' story is to my own. You, sir, are a genuine inspiration and vision for what I can accomplish.
I just found these videos. They are great and honest and eye opening. Thanks for sharing your stories.
Thanks for sharing your story Chris!
Thank you, Chris... thank you, Laura. Purposing together as you have is inspirational! The experiences and information you've shared so openly are more valuable than you know!
This has been wonderfully inspirational to listen too, being in a very similar position to how Chris was just now myself 😥 skint tags etc. Sleep on average 2 hrs a night for the past 20 years. Keep up the great videos. All the best from a very wet and windy Scotland 👍🏻
Great to see how you support each other--Been moving toward Carnivore myself, with IF, and occasional longer fasts.
Thank you for sharing your journey with us!
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you both!!! You have saved my life literally!!!!
