    INGREDIENTS:
    * 400g spaghetti or any pasta of your choice
    * 150g bacon, diced
    * 3 -4 large eggs
    * 100g grated Parmesan cheese (plus extra for serving)
    * One large onion, 2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
    * Freshly ground black pepper
    * Salt, to taste
    * Olive oil
    * Chopped thyme or parsley for garnish (optional)
    Suggestion
    - Make sure the pasta isn't too hot before adding the mixture of egg and cheese.
