  • This weekend, I want to share a recipe for vegetarian lasagna with you.
    We made this lasagna based on the vegetables we had at home. Below are the ingredients for each step. Feel free to adjust the veggies as you like.
    Tips:
    * For better taste, use fresh basil.
    * After cooking, let the lasagna rest for a few minutes before serving.
    INGREDIENTS:
    step1:
    1 red onion, diced
    1 eggplant, sliced
    1 zucchini, sliced
    1 paprika, diced
    Olive oil
    step 2:
    1 carrot, grated
    1 yellow onion, diced
    200g mushrooms, sliced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 cups spinach leaves
    1 can (400g) tomato puree
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Olive oil
    step 3:
    4 tablespoons butter
    4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    2 cups milk
    Black pepper to taste
    Fresh thyme (optional)
    Salt to taste
    step 4:
    250g mozzarella cheese, shredded
    béchamel sauce
    Vegetables mix
    Lasagna sheets
