You are right.No Indian UA-camrs even close to him in term of knowledge. Even he has vast knowledge of biology and how hormones work in the body which no other indian UA-camrs have. All indian UA-camrs have very common basic videos. He is the only Indian who have some very unique deeply explained videos.
@vaibhav mantri You are talking like illiterate guy who enter the gym and see a steroid bodybuilder doing a exercise and start copying them straight away just thinking that he has good body whatever he is doing must be good not even knowing if he this exercise good or bad for you. There are so many trainer who train celebrity and don't have good physic and looks very ordinary guy. There are so many bodybuilder who don't even have the basic knowledge of bodybuilding. Having good body doesn't make you knowledgeable and vice versa.

Very nice tips! One suggestion: to show the difference in lower lats activation with overhand and underhand grips, you should train your camera on your lats (possibly with shirt off) so that we can see the difference in the wrong and right ways.

I was trying to figure out today only how to sit on the seated rowing machine in my new gym. Thank you for the clarification.
In your dumbbell rowing, the dumbbell is moving at a tangent and not in line with the gravity. Hence no tension on the lower lats due to the dumbbell.
If more indian viewer understand this kind of muscle movements then all indian fitness youtubers have very less subscriber.
