    What I have learnt in my 5 years of Gym life is that The best way to hit the muscle right is to develop a good mind muscle connection.
    Believe me when u have developed this, your body will automatically fix your form so that u hit the right muscle.

      Yes , you can also close your eyes and think about the muscle you are training and feel the contraction.

      You are right.No Indian UA-camrs even close to him in term of knowledge. Even he has vast knowledge of biology and how hormones work in the body which no other indian UA-camrs have. All indian UA-camrs have very common basic videos. He is the only Indian who have some very unique deeply explained videos.

      @vaibhav mantri You are talking like illiterate guy who enter the gym and see a steroid bodybuilder doing a exercise and start copying them straight away just thinking that he has good body whatever he is doing must be good not even knowing if he this exercise good or bad for you. There are so many trainer who train celebrity and don't have good physic and looks very ordinary guy. There are so many bodybuilder who don't even have the basic knowledge of bodybuilding. Having good body doesn't make you knowledgeable and vice versa.

    In your dumbbell rowing, the dumbbell is moving at a tangent and not in line with the gravity. Hence no tension on the lower lats due to the dumbbell.

      @@vinitpanchal514 yeh steroids Waley logon ko chutiya banatein hai. Traditional weight training doing heavy lifting in conventional deadlift, barbell row, pull ups are the best.

    I have been following u for almost a year or more and trust me no one gives me the knowledge that u give I mean from grip to proper form and not only that u also inform which muscles to hit which is actually what everyone needs to know, with proper form and no knowledge about which musle to hit its like half info and half info is dangerous. With that being said I look forward to meet u in person and thank you for all the hard work u put in ur videos and no doubt I have seen u grow from thousands to Millions

    Very nice tips! One suggestion: to show the difference in lower lats activation with overhand and underhand grips, you should train your camera on your lats (possibly with shirt off) so that we can see the difference in the wrong and right ways.
