    Absolutely relatable. My biceps and forearms fatigue first and then I can't focus on back. Nice advice, will surely try today

      It is natural since the bicep and forearm is the smaller muscle hence the weakest link. I use straps to go heavier while still ensuring I train my forearms.

      Something that might help you is trying not to grip the bar as hard as you can, emphasize your back with a grip just firm enough to “hook” the bar

    Sir i think you should start a beginner playlist then a intermediate level in different cycles, it will really be helpful for beginners like me
    otherwise we have to wonder here and their in youtube for proper guidance, i workout in hostel gym we have a gym instructor but he trains only those who are interested in powerlifting and weightlifting and for me who want to have good physique has to wonder around for good routine that will really work.     Gourav bhai static stretching isnt recommended beofore work out isnt it ? But when you were doing those yoga movement that hold the muscles in that stretching hold position for a while.

    T-bar rowing ke time mai toh prefer karta hu ki kum weights wali plates zyaada lagau, kyunki badi plates lagane ki wajah se rang of motion pura nahi mil pata. I mean jab hum pull karte hai to back puri tarah contract nahi hoti kyunki weight plates chest per touch ho jaate hai, aur jab weight neeche le kar jaate hai tab back puri tarah stretch nahi hoti kyunki plates zameen per pehle he touch ho jaati hai. Ek aur tweak to mai jse karta hu woh yeh hai ki V-bar ke jagah per rope ko use karta hu, amazing contraction milta hai back ko. Please ek bar try zaroor kijiye ga...🙏🙏🙏
