Omg I’m so sorry, losing my grandma was the worst thing I ever had to go through so I can understand how u must feel! 🤍 I also stopped exercising and had no motivation for 3-4 months after she passed away, but then I switched my mindset to “I’m going to make my grandma proud by becoming the best version of myself and live the best life I can” because I know she would want that and I slowly started doing 10-15min workouts everyday and maybe go out on walks. Once u get the consistency of exercising again, u will lose the weight again and start to feel more motivated! Just be patient with yourself right now, u will lose the weight again

Hey girlyyy🎀 first of all, ur mindset: u should think of yourself everyday as being a girl who already has that body/weight and think what does she do everyday to maintain it! that’s gonna help u with consistency which is the most important when trying to lose weight! So i would focus on working out everyday (do at least one of my workouts + some form of cardio (running or walking for 30 min is enough) everyday) and trying to eat as healthy as possible (more veggies, fruit and less sugar/oily processed foods and drinks)! I would also try intermittent fasting, I think that’s the main thing that helped me lose weight and now easily maintain it! once u focus on these things, in a few months u’ll reach ur weight goal💗 pis be patient w urself, as long as u keep being consistent (especially when u dont see any results) you’ll get there☺️ love uuuu

No omg please 35kg is crazyyy!! I think 45kg is the perfect goal and then see how u feel/look once u reach 45kg! I know a few very slim girls that are 155 that weigh around 42kg (and they are healthy, have energy, work out regularly, etc.) so if anything, once u reach 45kg, u can set up the new goal to 42kg, but I don’t think it’s necessary to go lower than that!
