    I did it every day about 2 weeks. My thighs was 54 cm and become 51cm. I didn't sit on diet and I think this is a good result for me. Keep going to a 45-48 cm. Thanks, Shirlyn 😘💜

    I would recommend this workout because ever since I did this ,my legs got slimmer ! I was so happy and I also do other workouts and then I do this one but yeah ! If you want a glow up or have ur legs slimmer you should definitely try this workout !

    Doing this for new years!!
    I'm not doing any other exercises, but I also walk quite a bit during the day. Diet wise, I eat three fairly healthy meals with a couple of snacks in between.
    Day 1: ✅️
    Paused in between a bit but otherwise I feel happy about working out and getting motivation!
    Day 2: ✅️ didn't pause and found it a bit easier. Somewhat sore but keep moving for a bit after and it helps.
    Day 3: ✅️ much easier and actually much more fun now! No longer sore after it!
    Day 4: Okay so I wasn't able to do it today because I was super busy. But I've also been at work for 7 hours so that definitely counts for this 🤣
    Day 5: ✅ So much easier but after work yesterday I was so sore! Pushed through it and feel so proud
    Day 6: ✅️ SO much easier and I added another workout today next to it just for a challenge.
    I noticed a little bit of a change but I'm still going to keep going with it for a better result
    Day 7: ✅ A whole week in! I’m so proud and the work keeps getting better.
    Diet wise, I’m still eating healthy and drinking more. My muscles are definitely not sore after this anymore and I’m noticing more of a difference
    Day 8: ✅ Feeling fitter! Keep going everyone
    Day 9: ✅️ So fun!! I feel so much healthier and happier
    Day 10: ✅ I don’t think I’ve ever kept a workout routine this long! I’ve also added a workout on top of this since day 8 for a challenge
    Day 11: ✅️ I'm so tired today but did it anyway
    Day 12: ✅ I know I’m not updating as much on progress but I think my legs are looking slimmer in general I feel healthier!

      @Your.behavior.is.so.ugh. It's going well! Definitely a lot of change and I feel much happier and healthier. I've changed and added different workouts to see which I prefer and which challenge me more. I've had to stop the last few days on account of pain I've had in my back but I plan to start up again soon

    *day two: done* - this already is becoming easier to do 👍🏽
    *day three: done* - kept being interrupted by my family ughhh 😒 but i think im going to do this workout 2x tomorrow
    *day four: done* - i did this 2 times and now i’m a sweating mess lol!! this workout is pure bliss, i love it 💗 at first my legs felt sore but now they feel refreshed and flexible
    *day five: done*

    *day seven: DONE 🥳* - really felt the burn in this one!
    *week 1 results/updates:* i don’t have a tape measure, so because of that i can’t give you my measurements. hopefully i’ll get one soon. but in just ONE week this workout has toned my legs, specifically thighs, and now they don’t rub as much as they did before. i had these shorts that i bought years ago and before this workout, every time i tried to wear them, it’d be a struggle; i would have to jump and wiggle into them for about 20 seconds to get them on. not to mention, they’d feel EXTREMELY tight on me. NOW, i just tried on the exact pair of shorts and it only took less than 10 seconds to get them on. they feel less tight on me and actually, more comfortable to wear, to point where i can move around in them without them riding up as much. definitely continuing this workout 💗 also, i did thing alongside a calorie deficit. love this workout so much and can’t wait to update you guys again

    I've always been naturally slim and I'm a ballerina so that helps, but I always get mean comments from people and even my family about it so I gained a little weight and stopped doing dance :( I'm still a very small girl but I still want to try your workouts!

    Day 1: complete! I was sweating only a little, my legs were just a little bit numb, but it wasn’t the most tiring excercise! :) really recommend it for ppl who are “lazy” time files by real quick with this workout.

    I am going to do this workout, slim waist workout, and a upper body workout all from you. I really want to get a body just like a Korean. It has always been my dream.     day 1: completed it with a bit of difficulty as well as taking 3 second breaks with some excersies. I was left super sore after.
    day 2: i finished it pretty easily, my legs did hurt from yesterday though but i’m not tired or anything.
    day 3: i didn’t get any time to complete it but my legs were extremely sore.
    day 4: i completed it fairly easily with many water breaks.

    starting this today! (29.5.23)
    also, im doing the 10 minute full body workout everyday as well as going on a walk everyday that’s around 1-2 hours.
    day1- 63.7kg, i found the start of this workout really easy, but when it got towards the end it was killing me. I cheated a bit on the leg raises though😭
    day2- 63.6kg, found it okay but the leg raises killed me.
    day3- not going to weight myself as I’m due on my period, found it easier than yesterday. i still sweated a bit but it felt like this went really fast.

    I have been doing this workout for maybe a week plus portion control and LOTS of water.
    I've been concentrating on myself and I am already seeing results, while doing this I also followed one of her slim waist workouts and the results are amazing.❤ I am going to keep doing it for a few more weeks and then I'll update y'all.
    So now it's been at least 3 weeks and I probably would've seen bug results, but unfortunately I stopped for a few days and ate a lot of cake since it was my birthday. I'll try to be more disciplined.

    keep in mind:
    - I do ab workouts that work on my thighs on its own (even if I don't mean to do the workouts for my thighs, they still work on them)
    - it could be that I don't update it right away/update it in a few days, but it doesn't necessarily mean I've given up/ I'm not doing the workout.

    day 1 - i did 1000 jumps of jumping on the trampoline (45 mins in total w some extra stuff on the trampoline)
    day 1 - madfit one direction workout , shirlyn kim pilates workout , april han workout ✅
    also updating on shirlyn kims 10 min kpop body wokrout
    day 2 - 1500 jumps on the trampoline total 47 minutes , ate quite alot tday cl
    madfit workout , shirlyn kim workout pilates , shiryln kim 10 min , april han wokrout
    day 3 - 1000 jumps on the trampoline (35 mins)

    I start today as may daily workout and it makes me sweat alot. I felt good and kinda hurt for both of my legs. I will do everyday updates starting today. I hope, I will loose weight. Btw, I got 53 cm for both of my legs.

    I've been doing this for two weeks already and it really helps me alot. It's alot of work since I don't do some exercise. But, I can say I did really loose weight on my legs. From 53 cm to 51 cm. I did only once everyday including this workout:

    i'm starting my workout today !!!
    thighs(L) : 44 cm (R) : 44cm
    day 1: ✔ (definately felt the burn, keeping my workout steady !)
    day 2 : ✔ (the workout feels a lot less harder, getting used to it:))
    day 3 : ✔ (i feel more and more motivated! the workout is getting easier day by day. looks like i'm making good progress!)
    day 4 : ✔ (i'm already starting to feel more lighter every time i lift up my legs. this is awesome)
