Hi Lucy I did this one this morning and really enjoyed it, I have signed up to walk 10,000 steps a day for cancer research and this got me started this morning and I am going to go out later to finish my steps I have been doing the challenge for a week already and I do feel fitter

Another great video- thanks Lucy. Also I couldn’t agree more with your comments on skincare. I am lucky not to have sensitive skin and I buy the cheapest brands I can find. I know some people can only use certain products as they have allergies etc. I started using cheap brands a couple of years ago to save money and I have noticed no difference in my skin. I found that regular exercise and a healthy diet made a big difference though. I am in my sixties and my skin looks better than when I was younger but with an unhealthy lifestyle.

Above 50 age but really energetic. I am 30 years but i am really sluggish in my walking. Bcoz of overweight. Seeing ur exercises helped me a lot

Great work out can you make a lot more of your 7days work out I love ❤❤❤❤❤❤your 7days work outs I not sure how long to do all of your other work outs because it doesn't let me know how long to do them to get the results from them please let me know back if you would be able to make more with the 7days work outs plans I drink water all day every day that's all I drink but I have not seen any weight loss difference yet I been drinking it now going on 4 years and I been working out too and I been trying to eat healthy as well but it not easy because I can't not get a enuff money to keep it up I am 55 this year for me and my family too. So I not sure what to do anymore I been trying Avery since I was in my 30 years old and I have tried every work out I can find on you tube so times I doing 3 different ones in a day for the 7days and 5 days work outs and some 10 and 14 days ones I have done the walking 🚶♀️ too I not sure if it ever matters but I am 5foot and inches tall and my weight is now 172 pounds I want back down to 120 or 125 pounds but I want to stay at that weight to if I ever get back down to it I am not sure what to really eat or what they call healthy foods and I have the thyroid disease to I found out at 28 years old I been on my medicine 💊 every since but it has not help me with my weight or fat I only eat one time a day before I would eat 3 small meals and my weight went up so I went to 2 times now only one time a day nothing is helping me can you please tell me what to do or help me with the work outs and the food mabe my husband said I was about 86 kg right now but I not sure I don't know kg only pounds in weight thank you for listening to me ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😊❤😊❤😊❤😊❤😊❤😊❤😊❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😊❤❤😊❤😊❤😊❤😊❤😊❤😊🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Not sure what I'm doing wrong but I always want to take two steps back and then I lose the rhythm. Tried slowing the video speed but I still can't get it so I point with alternate feet!
How many times to do... How long will it take to see the difference?
