I’m almost 55 years young and I’m doing home workouts to try to help myself feel better and get back into shape. 2 months ago I couldn’t even walk 1 block down the street without my hips burning and hurting so bad I had to stop. I told myself I’m way too young not to be able to walk 1 block. So I’ve been doing home workouts ever since. I feel absolutely amazing!! Thank you!! 🙏🙏🙏

Hi Lucy! There is a lot of talk for women exercising best when they are in keeping with their estrogen and progesterone cycles every month. Is this something you could look into for us all and design a playlist or program? For the time just before I’m due a period, I know I can only do more calming exercises, yoga, pilates, stretching, etc. and something to offset all the carbs that I’m magnetically drawn to at that time of the month!! I was hoping for more exercises specifically for that time when you feel more lethargic and lacking energy. A floor-based cool-down would also be helpful. Thank you for being the best investor in our health and well-being journey! You are truly an inspiration to us all! 🤗 ❤
Loved this! First time of doing it and it will now be a regular workout. I've been working on my core since January and it's nice to find a workout that does not involve crunches etc to get a six pack 😅

Hi Lucy, I would never have thought that I would like short workouts until I started exercising with you. I absolutely love them and if I want to do more I just add on any of your other video workouts. It means that I am being consistent and exercising every day or 6 out of 7 day's and I am seeing the results from this! Thank you. Just attempted your 15 standing, abdominal workout for the 1st time. Found it was doable. I'm 53 & peri menopausal, so my fitness levels have gone to pot. I am going to do this routine every day as a starting point for improving my overall health.

It's been a while since I did a workout (unexpected surgery). I jumped back in with this one, and wow, 150 calories burned in 15 minutes. Thank you for doing all that you do.
