I am a grade 5 student using my sister's youtube account. I tried to reduce my weight in the past manytimes but could not do much. But these videos helped me a lot. Me and my dad tried to reduce weights, he went to gym and i followed these videos at home. I did better than him. I started in January and lost 4 pounds as of now. My dad lost only 2 KG by going to gym. Thank you so much Lucy. Last week my grandparents were so surprised seeing my weight loss ❤❤❤Sarah Mathew.

Hi lucy....in love with ur workouts....been three years I hv been doing ur workouts....I was on the fuller side throughout my teens n afterthat...after my 2nd baby I was chubby ...just came across ur workouts..started with 7 mins workouts...from then I hv been regular...I m slim now...26 waist.. 32-34 chest...n I m so much confident.....no insecurities in the world...I feel so happy from within...n even after losing weight mY face glows .. I live in an 'all-generations-all-gender-house' (some, but not all one family) with ages from 3 -97!
We all execise since - I don't know, forever - with Lucy and benefit from it!
All of us, everyone to their own abilities.
Some twice daily, others once a week.
Some slowly, others at Lucy's
speed.
Some high impact, others prefer the easy variation.
Some together, others alone.

I have been doing some of your newer 15 minute workouts for a month at a time and so I started this one today after doing the 15 min calorie burning full body work out in February. That one had a focus on the legs and arms and so I could really feel this in my abs today and it felt great. I have also done that 7 minute workout challenge that you mention in this video hundreds of times in the last several years and I really love it.
