I am a grade 5 student using my sister's youtube account. I tried to reduce my weight in the past manytimes but could not do much. But these videos helped me a lot. Me and my dad tried to reduce weights, he went to gym and i followed these videos at home. I did better than him. I started in January and lost 4 pounds as of now. Out of all the videos I have tried this is the one I felt most confident doing. I actually didn't get frustrated with myself. I couldn't do the exercises well, but I know with consistency I will get better 🥰🙏🏻

Some high impact, others prefer the easy variation. Some together, others alone. Lucy's exercises are definitely suitable for EVERYONE🤗 Give it a go - you'll simply love the results. She is amazing I lost 35+ I started very slowly bc I had the silly idea I’d lose weight so fast( bc I was fat) but learned hard that - that’s not case but she really made it show that I did lose weight after a month or 2 of her exercises people were shocked/ and u feel proud of urself!

Hey Lucy! Big fan here. I'm a 19 year old girl whose a big advocate for women's fitness! Just wanted to ask a VERY IMPORTANT question. So I'm "such a big fan" that I've bought all 3 of your physical books off amazon (the 7 minute body plan, the Hiit workout book and the body toning for women book). And yes, I do them and they're not just sitting there collecting dust! I feel like you're the first fitness influencer that I trust because of your background. I mean, I appreciate your 5 years of service to our country, and the fact that you ARE a qualified fitness instructor with over 25 years experience. I'm so glad I discovered you. Many fitness influencers aren't even qualified and they just post videos they claim works or advertise their program without a solid qualification background or authentic knowledge. So I wish every woman in the world bought these books! They're all you really need. And I believe you when you say you're a perfectionist! So sorry to annoy you with this long comment but what I actually wanted to ask was: you know in the majority of your exercises in all 3 of your books, you always say "It's really important keep your tummy pulled in. Keep your abdominal muscles pulled in..." Sorry, but what does that mean??!?! Is that the same thing as sucking in your stomach? Cheers! Take care. Stay safe, you know the drill! I’ve only been looking at my diet so far because of my reduced mobility, but this only started hurting half way through haha. I made adjustments for i.e I knew my fingers wouldn’t touch my toes so I didn’t try that, they were just parallel. Your voice was really calming as well!
Hi Lucy, nice aerobic workout. I am 65 years young and the workout moves were very familiar to me. No problem keeping up. I am incorporating this into my morning Qigong routine. And I thought walking was boring! I tried this workout and it is real fun. Walking bits alternate with cardio exercises. Both short, so that I didn't even realize how quick the time passed. I will definitely add this to my already long Lucy workouts list. Thanks a lot, dear Lucy!

And I thought walking was boring! I tried this workout and it is real fun. Walking bits alternate with cardio exercises. Both short, so that I didn't even realize how quick the time passed. I will definitely add this to my already long Lucy workouts list. Thanks a lot, dear Lucy!
