Morning Lucy 👏 🙌 ❤️ 😘 I did this workout at 6.30 am. I was told a few months ago that I have damaged lymphatic system and no cure. I wear compression now but doing your workout really help me with swelling but this upload worked my arms alot as I was holding them upright and after shower 🚿 and dry brushing the swelling on my arms and legs improved so much as this workout really got my lymphatic system moving, thank you 😘 🤗 ❤️ 😇

Good morning Lucy I have just done and thoroughly enjoyed it. 20mins zoomed past and I did 2700 steps. How amazing to just put arms above head to stretch the stomach, that was so informative. As I am short of time in the morning due to work/school run I prefer shorter workouts but as today is Good Friday a great way to start the long weekend off. Thank you so much for all that you do ❤🙏
