    Wow, that score track with the included markers looks just like one of those colorblind tests!
    If/when I buy this, I'm definitely going to use some of those flat-bottomed color glass beads from a craft store.
    Thanks for the great videos!

    Question about wording in the rules. I wish they would be more clear about what a set is. The example scoring in the instructions, a public objective card says "sets of each 1 and 2 value dice and it means score for each PAIR of dice with a 1 value and PAIR of 2 valued dice. Other cards say sets but its obvious they mean all five colors. Also, there a tip in this same scoring example section that says "The number of Sets of a type will always be the count of dice
    with the fewest quantity of that type". What the heck does that mean? Can someone explain please? Thanks for the play-through. These are helpful videos!

    • @WatchItPlayed
      @WatchItPlayed  4 роки тому +1

      Hey there, hopefully I can help a little.
      The example in the rules (when talking about sets of 1s and 2s), means specifically a 1 and a 2. Not two 1's or two 2's. In the example, it shows that the player has two 1s and three 2's, so they can only make 2 sets. of 1 and 2. The extra 2 doesn't have another 1 to go with it.
      As for your other question about "The number of Sets of a type will always be the count of dice with the fewest quantity of that type", yeah that wording is unclear to me as well!

    • @leoff7
      @leoff7 3 роки тому

      Yeah the wording sounds a little strange, but basically it's saying that "you can have as many sets as the number of components you have the least of", so if you are scoring sets of all the colors and you only have 2 blues, you can have at the most 2 sets of all the colors.

    For color diversity in columns, you only count vertical lines, not horizontal? I guess the horizontal line would be "rows"...?

    You mentioned Pep is colour blind in the first video, my partner is red/green colour blind and I'm wondering how big an issue that might be for this game... Is Pep red/green colour blind too? (I know there are different types of colour blindness) He seemed to do OK with gameplay :)

    For clarification on the 2 die that is removed. If it is caught before the next player plays, can it be removed and returned to the draft? Also, if it has to be removed, is it placed back in the bag or removed for the remainder of the game?

    Why at 2:15 could you not have put the blue 3 die on the top left spot? I thought the symbol implies only a 3 can go there

    If there had been a 3 on the round tracker could Rodney have drafted a die he couldn’t legally place on his board to then use the tool to switch with one on the round tracker?

      Sorry, I shot this awhile ago, to help with questions, I'd need a timestamp.

    • @bearabl
      @bearabl 3 роки тому

      @@WatchItPlayed purely hypothetical question as there was no 3 on the round tracker. Just wondering if you were allowed to draft a die (without placing it) then switch for a die on the round track. This would be using the “tool” you guys had available that game. This game you had a blank space needing a 3 as your last spot. I was wondering could you draft a non 3 then switch it for a dice on the round tracker (if there was a 3 there).

      @@bearabl Yeah, sorry Alex, I do my best to answer all general rules questions on the videos, but I avoid individual card effects, as that's a level of detail beyond what I can manage across all the videos I do (and it's been awhile since I last played). I'd suggest checking the rules forum for the game on BoardGameGeek or the publishers website. I hope you can find your answer there - have fun playing!

    hi, one question, why when you are counting blue diagonals, count only 7? i counted 9, ( dice numbers -6,6,4,2, then 3,4,3 and 1,6) all diagonal. ?

      @@mrsstoko Hi there, just re-watched and I'm still only seeing 7 blue dice that are diagonally adjacent to each other. You don't count them as separate groups, you count how many (total) are in one contiguous group. Hope that makes sense.
