- Barre- inspired, but no barre necessary. Just find a sturdy surface, such as a countertop, and get started! Working all three of those glute muscles: the glute minimus, glute medius, and glute maximus, for a well-rounded (pun intended) sculpting session! You will also work the core- mainly in the obliques. No equipment needed.

Hi!! So sorry for the delay & thanks for the support! I owned a barre studio that I had to close (moved away during Covid), but I now have a virtual studio! I totally forgot I even had a UA-cam channel from all those years ago. Will be posting some more videos soon :D
