    What a FaBuLoUs way to start the week!! You know as a little girl I dreamed of being a Dancer but was never allowed to take lessons (I was raised in a Cult ) but now doing Barre Workouts , I feel like a DaNceR AND it's an awesome workout, so thanks sooo much Paige xo #nevertoooldtodream

      I really enjoy your style. I am certified with other Barre program. I am always looking for ways to challenge my members and glad came across your site. Can you do more segments with arm work using weights either glider or ball incorporate through strength work. Thanks.

    Just did this twice for both sides/ legs, How many calories do we burn doing this exercise?

      Jill Slabbaert everyone burns calories differently based on many different factors....body weight, composition, fitness level, intensity, etc. It’s safe to say that if your muscles were burning and you broke a good sweat, you torched some serious calories!! Our hour long workouts challenge even our most conditioned clients with some serious calorie burn....one client who regularly exercises, burned more calories with us than she did doing an hour’s worth of sprints!
