Wow, that was intense (but super fun)! The thing I love about your workouts is that there's a good mix of things I can do at my current fitness level and things I'll have to work up to do, so I can kind of measure my gains in strength, flexibility and stamina as I repeat the workouts. I also really appreciate the reminders that even small movements are effective provided the technique is under control. Thank you!!

I loved this workout, I am healing from a sore back/hip from overuse with some workouts last week and this workout was great for that! Still worked it out, but not too taxing on my low back. I have been doing 3 of your workouts a week and I absolutely love them! I may do this one again on Friday!

I never post comments but I have to say that I follow a few people because of their workouts but honestly you are the real deal. I had a baby #2 7 weeks ago and I lost 28 pounds eating healthy and doing your workouts and I see my entire body being shaped! It’s fantastic. It’s your calling ! Seriously. Please don’t stop posting the full body workouts. My favorite one these days is the mat only but , because it’s so hard when you haven’t been sleeping much and being able to choose a good effective workout even if it’s 40 on the mat it’s seriously amazing. Thank you !
Real deal?! Those weights are way too light for her. She's literally lifting those weights like it's nothing, you can tell because she literally is going way too fast with those weights. HAHA.

FYI for those like me who may not have a ball handy: I just did it without trying to imagine the ball being there. For just the triceps dips I used a cushion because it was hard to imagine the resistance on that one. I still got a great workout! Thanks Coach Kel!!

I work in the fitness industry and I sprained my ankle two days ago 😩 I already had a floor based workout planned out but wanted something different to my usual session. Decided to check out UA-cam and this video came up. So glad I did what a great active rest workout and perfect to keep that burn going while this ankle recovers. This was awesome. Since mid- March I have been cycling outside and fast walking only. Haven't done a floor workout in ages. I played by exercise playlist which is all Beyonce tunes and followed along to your video. I love how you show positions. I was able to watch without the volume and follow along perfectly. I will be sore tomorrow :)
