Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

This is exactly what I need!!! I've been learning ballet as an adult for a year, and on my one year anniversary the feedback the teacher gave me is that my quads are too strong but I have 0 inner thigh strength 😭 So I searched and I found you!! So helpful, thank you ❤plus my abs.....

I cannot seem to keep my knees straight long
It took me 3 consecutive days until I could complete this workout all the way through. First day was 5:14 minutes; Yesterday was 7:49. Today I went straight through and made it to the end yayyy.

I love these simple mini workouts - I do a combination early in the morning before work (I'm a teacher), and I love that you don't need a ton of expertise or equipment. They've helped my old knee injury so much! Thank you!
Do not try it with a 1kg ankle weight. Actually, do not try it with weights at all.. 10min and my inner thighs, quads and bas are as dead as if I'd been 1h at the gym with heavy weights or fancy machines
As someone whose top excuse for not working out is lack of time...these workouts are amazing. So little time for so much effect!

LOVED this! I don't get enough inner thigh with other coaches as they neglect this aspect of the leg. I feel as though I have developed somewhat of an imbalance in legs causing knee pain. So glad I found this. I would not have thought something this easy looking would cause such discomfort in a great way.... I always felt like heavy weight is the only way, boy was I WRONG! lol! I have subscribed, hope to see more videos. Come back!

Phew! That's a tough little workout. I'm 52 now, but was a gymnast and dancer in my younger days. Yoga is fine, up to a point, but i do find myself wishing for it to be more dance-like, or gymnastics-like at times. So far, your workouts seem to be filling that gap. So thanks! ✌❤🇬🇧🇬🇧

Such an effective leg workout. My legs look strong with beautiful muscle definition. This routine produces results. It’s truly 10 minutes of intense concentration on good form though. You cannot just swing you legs in and out. Think like a ballerina and the muscles will respond! ❤️ Thank you Coach Kel!!

Did it make your thighs bigger? Do you know how to get bigger thighs? (Had a knead surgery)
Not at all. I have really muscular legs from lifting and running. This streamlines them and makes them toned and helps give my muscles a more elongated look. Bigger thighs? Heavy weights. I’m no expert, but the heavier you go the more muscle you will build. Just start slow and be consistent if you have had knee surgery. Muscle building takes a looooong time. Hope that helps. :)

I feel this basically only works if you're flexible enough to easily(!) hold your legs at 90degrees. I'm not and so this turns mostly into a lower back and abs workout. :/

I call you "coach KILL" bc it almost kills me every time...lol...been doing it for about 2 wks, & I love it. It's simple, but super intense...you can definitely tell this workout is effective!
