Can you give a suggestion/modification for pretzel if there is hip or knee issues?
Great question Michelle! You could do the work laying on your side, with both knees bent (also known as clamshell exercise). We do it in the following video with a resistance band. ua-cam.com/video/QchsoP5-Cg0/v-deo.html
