    i love how manageable yet challenging these are. Always such great little tips. I didn't even realize my hips were swaying until you said something

    Can you give a suggestion/modification for pretzel if there is hip or knee issues?

      Great question Michelle! You could do the work laying on your side, with both knees bent (also known as clamshell exercise). We do it in the following video with a resistance band. ua-cam.com/video/QchsoP5-Cg0/v-deo.html

    Yeahhh, this Workout showers make my day before ballettclass-(and a yoga-pilates Workout). So i can Start in my bsy day. But at first i make a hot 🍋🍋... Who dies the same stuff every morning??? 😊💋
