This video will burn your buns! Using 3 lb weights will add a challenge that gets deep into the muscles. If you do not have weights, try it without anything. Ankle weights work as well.
Once you get strong, add more reps (5 more at a time).

This one was awkward and as much as I tried to activate my hamstring the weight kept falling out. Feel frustrated and a little defeated. I think I need less complicate exercises.
